3853 - عَنْ أَبِي عَسِيبٍ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: «أَتَانِي جِبْرَائِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ بِالْحُمَّى وَالطَّاعُونِ فَأَمْسَكْتُ الْحُمَّى بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَأَرْسَلْتُ الطَّاعُونَ إِلَى الشَّامِ فَالطَّاعُونُ شَهَادَةٌ لِأُمَّتِي وَرَحْمَةٌ لَهُمْ رِجْسٌ عَلَى الْكَافِرِ». رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالْطَبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ.

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے غلام حضرت ابوعسیب رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کر تے ہیں: نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشادفرمایا: جبرائیل میرے پاس بخاراور طاعون لے کے آئے‘ تو میں نے بخارکو مد ینہ کے لئے روک لیا اور طاعون کوشام کی طرف بھجواد یا‘ طاعون میری امت کے لئے شہادت ہو گا‘ اور ان کے لئے رحمت ہو گا‘ اور کافروں کے لئے عذاب ہوگا۔ یہ ر وایت امام احمد نے اور امام طبرانی نے معجم کبیر میں نقل کی ہے ۔ امام احمد کے رجال ثقہ ہیں۔

3854 - وَعَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ قَالَ: «كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِي الْغَارِ فَقَالَ: " اللَّهُمَّ طَعْنًا وَطَاعُونًا " قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ قَدْ سَأَلْتَ مَنَايَا أُمَّتِكَ فَهَذَا الطَّعْنُ قَدْ عَرَفْنَاهُ فَمَا الطَّاعُونُ؟ قَالَ: " ذَرْبٌ كَالدُّمَّلِ إِنْ طَالَتْ بِكَ حَيَاةٌ سَتَرَاهُ». رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَفِيهِ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنَفِيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.

حضرت ابوبکر صد یق رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں: میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ غار میں موجودتھا آپ نے دعا کی: اے اللہ ! طعن اور طاعون ‘ میں نے عرض کی: یارسول اللہ ! یہ تو مجھے تو پتہ ہے کہ آپ نے اپنی امت کے بارے میں دعامانگی ہے طعن ( ہتھیار کے ذریعے زخمی ہونے) کا تو ہمیں پتہ ہے طاعون کیا ہے؟ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشادفرمایا: یہ پیپ والے پھوڑے کی طرح کا ہوتا ہے‘ اگر تمہاری زندگی طویل ہوئی ‘ تو تم عنقریب اسے دیکھ لو گے۔ یہ روایت امام ابویعلیٰ نے نقل کی ہے ۔ اس کی سند میں ایک راوی جعفر بن زبیرحنفی ہے‘ اور وہ ضعیف ہے۔

3855 - وَعَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ: «أَنَّ الطَّاعُونَ وَقَعَ بِالشَّامِ فَقَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ: إِنَّ هَذَا الزَّجْرَ قَدْ وَقَعَ فَتَفَرَّقُوا عَنْهُ فِي الشِّعَابِ وَالْأَوْدِيَةِ، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ مُعَاذًا فَلَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُ بِالَّذِي قَالَ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ: بَلْ هُوَ شَهَادَةٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَدَعْوَةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - اللَّهُمَّ أَعْطِ مُعَاذًا وَأَهْلَهُ نَصِيبَهُمْ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ قَالَ أَبُو قِلَابَةَ: فَعَرَفْتُ الشَّهَادَةَ وَعَرَفْتُ الرَّحْمَةَ وَلَمْ أَدْرِ مَا دَعْوَةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ حَتَّى أُنْبِئْتُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بَيْنَا هُوَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ يُصَلِّي إِذْ قَالَ فِي دُعَائِهِ: " فَحُمَّى إِذَا أَوْ طَاعُونًا " - ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ قَالَ لَهُ إِنْسَانٌ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَقَدْ سَمِعْتُكَ اللَّيْلَةَ تَدْعُو بِدُعَاءٍ؟ قَالَ: " وَسَمِعْتَهُ؟ " قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: " إِنِّي سَأَلْتُ رَبِّي - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - أَنْ لَا يُهْلِكَ أُمَّتِي بِسَنَةٍ فَأَعْطَانِيهَا، وَسَأَلْتُ اللَّهَ أَنْ لَا يُسَلِّطَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَدُوًّا مِنْ غَيْرِهِمْ، وَسَأَلْتُهُ أَنْ لَا يَلْبِسَهُمْ شِيَعًا وَيُذِيقُ بَعْضَهُمْ بَأْسَ بَعْضٍ فَأَبَى عَلَيَّ " - أَوْ قَالَ: " فَمُنِعْتُ، فَقُلْتُ: حُمَّى إِذًا أَوْ طَاعُونًا حُمَّى إِذًا أَوْ طَاعُونًا " يَعْنِي: ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ». رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَأَبُو قِلَابَةَ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ.

ابوقلابہ بیان کرتے ہیں : شام میں طاعون کی وباء پھیل گئی تو حضرت عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہ نے فر مایا: یہ بیماری ہے‘ جو واقع ہوگئی ہے‘ تو تم اس کو چھوڑ کر مختلف گھاٹیوں اور وادیوں میں بکھر جاؤ‘ حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کو اس بات کی اطلاع ملی‘ تو انہوں نے حضرت عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہ کے قول کی تصد یق نہیں کی اور یہ فر مایا: جی نہیں بلکہ یہ شہادت ہے ‘ اور رحمت ہے‘ اور تمہارے نبی کی دعا ہے اے اللہ! تو معاذ اوراس کے گھر والوں کو اپنی رحمت میں سے ان کا حصہ نصیب فرما ۔ابوقلابہ کہتے ہیں: شہادت کا مجھے پتہ تھا‘ رحمت ہونے کا مجھے پتہ تھا‘ لیکن مجھے یہ نہیں معلوم تھا کہ تم لوگوں کے نبی کی دعا سے مراد کیا ہے؟ یہاں تک کہ مجھے یہ بات بیان کی گئی کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم رات کے وقت نماز ادا کر ر ہے تھے۔ آپ نے دعا کے دوران ارشادفرمایا: یا یہاں بخار ہو ‘ یا طاعون ہوایسا آپ نے تین مرتبہ کہا جب صبح ہوئی تو آپ کے گھر والوں میں سے کسی نے آپ سے کہا یا رسول اللہ ! میں نے گزشتہ رات آپ کو ایک دعا کرتے ہوئے سناتھا نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دریافت کیا : کیاتم نے اس کو سنا تھا انہوں نے جواب دیا: جی ہاں ۔ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشادفرمایا: میں نے اپنے پروردگار سے یہ دعامانگی تھی کہ وہ میری امت کوقحط سالی کے ذریعے ہلاکت کا شکار نہ کرے تو پروردگار نے یہ چیز مجھے عطا کر دی میں نے اللہ تعالیٰ سے یہ عامانگی کہ وہ ان لوگوں پرایسادشمن مسلط نہ کرے جوان کے علاوہ ہو‘ اور میں نے اس سے یہ د عامانگی تھی کہ وہ انہیں مختلف گروہوں میں تقسیم نہ کرے کہ وہ ایک دوسرے کونقصان پہنچاتے پھریں تو پروردگار نے اسے قبول نہیں کیا( راوی کو شک ہے شاید یہ الفاظ ہیں: ) مجھے روک دیا گیا تو میں نے عرض کی: پھر یا تو بخار ہو‘ یا طاعون ہو‘ یا تو بخار ہو‘ یا طاعون ہویعنی تین مرتبہ ایسے کہا۔ یہ روایت امام احمد نے نقل کی ہے ۔ ابوقلا بہ نامی راوی نے حضرت معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ کازمانہ نہیں پایا ہے۔

أَبِي قِلَابَةَ أَنَّ الطَّاعُونَ وَقَعَ

3856 - وَعَنْ أَبِي مُنِيبٍ الْأَحْدَبِ قَالَ: خَطَبَ مُعَاذٌ بِالشَّامِ فَذَكَرَ الطَّاعُونَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّهَا رَحْمَةُ رَبِّكُمْ وَدَعْوَةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ وَقَبْضُ الصَّالِحِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ عَلَى آلِ مُعَاذٍ نَصِيبَهُمْ مِنْ هَذِهِ الرَّحْمَةِ، ثُمَّ نَزَلَ عَنْ مَقَامِهِ ذَلِكَ فَدَخَلَ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ: {الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ} [البقرة: 147] فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ: سَتَجِدُنِي إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّابِرِينَ. رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَرَوَى الطَّبَرَانِيُّ بَعْضَهُ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ وَإِسَنَادُهُ مُتَّصِلٌ.

ابومنیب احدب بیان کرتے ہیں: حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے شام میں خطبہ دیتے ہوئے طاعون کا ذکر کیا‘ اور ارشادفرمایا: یہ تمہارے پروردگار کی رحمت ہے‘ اور تمہارے نبی کی دعا ہے‘ اور تم سے پہلے کے نیک لوگوں کے انتقال کا طریقہ ہے اے اللہ ! معاذ کے گھر والوں کو اس رحمت میں سے ان کا حصہ نصیب فرما کر حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ اپنی جگہ سے نیچے اتر آئے آپ حضرت عبدالرحمن بن معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس تشریف لے گئے تو حضرت عبدالرحمن رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: ’’ یہ چیز حق ہے ‘ اور تمہارے پروردگار کی طرف سے ہے تو تم شک کا شکار ہونے والوں میں سے ہرگز نہ ہو جانا‘‘ ۔تو حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا( یعنی یہ آیت پڑھی ) ’’ عنقریب تم مجھے صبر کر نے والوں میں پاؤ گے ‘ اگر اللہ نے چاہا‘‘۔ یہ ر وایت امام احمد نے نقل کی ہے ‘ اورامام طبرانی نے اس کا کچھ حصہ معجم کبیر میں نقل کیا ہے۔ امام احمد کے رجال ثقہ ہیں اوران کی سند میں متصل ہے۔

3857 - وَعَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ: «سَتُهَاجِرُونَ إِلَى الشَّامِ فَيُفْتَحُ لَكُمْ وَيَكُونُ فِيكُمْ دَاءٌ كَالدُّمَّلِ أَوْ كَالْحُزَّةِ يَأْخُذُ بِمُرَاقِ الرَّجُلِ يَسْتَشْهِدُ اللَّهُ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَيُزَكِّي بِهِ أَعْمَالَهُمْ». اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَأَعْطِهِ هُوَ وَأَهْلَ بَيْتِهِ الْحَظَّ الْأَوْفَرَ مِنْهُ، فَأَصَابَهُمُ الطَّاعُونُ فَلَمْ يَبْقَ مِنْهُمْ أَحَدٌ فَطُعِنَ فِي إِصْبَعِهِ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ فَكَانَ يَقُولُ: مَا يَسُرُّنِي أَنَّ لِي بِهَا حُمْرُ النَّعَمِ. رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ مُعَاذًا.

حضرت معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں: میں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ ارشاد فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے: ’’ عنقریب تم لوگ شام کی سرز مین کی طرف ہجرت کر جاؤ گے وہ تمہارے لئے فتح کردی جائےگی وہاں پھوڑے یا حز ة (وہ درد جو دل یا جگر میں محسوس ہو) کی مانندایک بیماری ہو گی‘ جوآدمی کے پیٹ کے نیچے والے حصے کو( یا خون کی رگوں کو) گرفت میں لے گی‘ اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے ذریعے لوگوں کو شہادت نصیب کرے گا ‘ اوراس کے ذریعے ان کے اعمال کا تزکیہ کرے گا( اس کے بعد حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے دعا کی : ) ’’ اے اللہ ! اگر تو یہ بات جانتا ہے کہ معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ نے اللہ کے رسول کی زبانی یہ بات سنی ہے‘ تو تو اس کو ( یعنی حضرت معاذ کو) اور اس کے اہل خانہ کو اس میں سے حظ وافر عطافرما‘‘۔ راوی کہتے ہیں: تو ان لوگوں کو طاعون نے اپنی لپیٹ میں لے لیا اور ان میں سے کوئی بھی باقی نہیں بچا ان کی شہادت کی انگلی میں اس کا پھوڑ انمودار ہواتھا تووہ یہ کہتے تھے کہ مجھے یہ بات پسندنہیں ہے کہ اس کے عوض میں مجھے سرخ اونٹ مل جائیں ‘‘۔ یہ روایت امام احمد نے نقل کی ہے۔ اسماعیل بن عبید اللہ نامی راوی نے حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کازمانہ نہیں پایا ہے۔

مُّعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلِ

Hadith 3857

مجمع الزوائد ومنبع الفوائد · [أَبْوَابُ الْعِيدَيْنِ] ‹ [بَابٌ فِي الطَّاعُونِ وَمَا تَحْصُلُ بِهِ الشَّهَادَةُ] · حديث 3858

3858 - وَعَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: «فَنَاءَ أُمَّتِي بِالطَّعْنِ وَالطَّاعُونِ " قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا الطَّعْنُ قَدْ عَرَفْنَاهُ فَمَا الطَّاعُونُ؟ قَالَ: " وَخْزُ أَعْدَائِكُمْ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَفِي كُلٍّ شَهَادَةٌ». رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بِأَسَانِيدَ، وَرِجَالُ بَعْضِهَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ، وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَالْبَزَّارُ وَالْطَبَرَانِيُّ فِي الثَّلَاثِ.

حضرت ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں: نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشادفر مایا ہے: ’’ میری امت طعن ( زخمی ہونے) اور طاعون کے ذریعے فنا ہو گی عرض کی گئی: یارسول اللہ ! طعن کا تو ہمیں پتہ ہے طاعون کیا چیز ہے؟ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشادفرمایا: یہ تمہارے دشمن جنوں کا وار ہے ‘ اور (ان دونوں صورتوں میں سے) ہر صورت میں شہادت نصیب ہوگی‘‘۔ یہ روایت امام احمد نے مختلف اسانید کے ساتھ نقل کی ہے ۔ اس کے بعض رجال ’’صحیح‘‘ کے رجال ہیں یہ روایت امام ابو یعلیٰ امام بزار نے اور امام طبرانی نے تینوں کتابوں میں نقل کی ہے۔

أَبِي مُوسَی الأَشْعَرِيِّ

Hadith 3858

3859 - وَعَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ أَخِي أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: «اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فَنَاءَ أُمَّتِي قَتْلًا فِي سَبِيلِكَ بِالطَّعْنِ وَالطَّاعُونِ». رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالْطَبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ.

حضرت ابو بردہ بن قیس رضی اللہ عنہ جو حضرت ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ کے بھائی ہیں وہ بیان کر تے ہیں: نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ( یعنی آپ نے یہ دعا کی : ) ’’ اے اللہ! تو میری امت کو اپنی راہ میں طعن اور طاعون کے ذریعے قتل ہونے کی صورت میں فنا کر نا‘‘۔ یہ ر وایت امام احمد نے اور امام طبرانی نے معجم کبیر میں نقل کی ہے۔ امام احمد کے رجال ثقہ ہیں۔

3860 - وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ قَالَ: لَمَّا وَقَعَ الطَّاعُونُ بِالشَّامِ خَطَبَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ هَذَا الطَّاعُونَ رِجْسٌ فَتَفَرَّقُوا عَنْهُ فِي هَذِهِ الشِّعَابِ وَفِي هَذِهِ الْأَوْدِيَةِ، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنَ حَسَنَةَ قَالَ: فَغَضِبَ فَجَاءَ يَجُرُّ ثَوْبَهُ مُعَلِّقَ نَعْلَيْهِ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ: صَحِبْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، وَعَمْرٌو أَضَلُّ مِنْ حِمَارِ أَهْلِهِ وَلَكِنَّهُ رَحْمَةٌ [مِنْ رَ] بِّكُمْ وَدَعْوَةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ وَمَوْتُ الصَّالِحِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ. رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ.

عبدالرحمن بن غنم بیان کرتے ہیں: جب شام میں طاعون پھیل گیا تو حضرت عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہ نے خطہ دیتے ہوئے یہ ارشادفرمایا: یہ طاعون‘ گندگی (یعنی بیماری) ہے‘ توتم اسے چھوڑ کر مختلف علاقوں اور مختلف وادیوں میں بکھر جاؤ اس بات کی اطلاع حضرت شرحبیل بن حسنہ کوملی تو وہ غصے میں آگئے‘ تو وہ اپنے کپڑے کوکھینچتے ہوئے اوراپنے ہاتھ میں جوتے کولٹکا کر آئے اور یہ بات بیان کی : میں اللہ کے رسول کے ساتھ رہا ہوں عمر واپنے اہل خانہ کے گدھے سے زیادہ گمراہ ہے بلکہ یہ ( طاعون ) تمہارے پروردگار کی طرف سے رحمت ہے‘ اور تمہارے نبی کی دعا ہے‘ اورتم سے پہلے کے نیک لوگوں کی موت ( کی وجہ) ہے۔ یہ روایت امام احمد نے نقل کی ہے۔

3861 - وَعِنْدَهُ فِي رِوَايَةٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُنِيبٍ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ فِي طَاعُونٍ آخَرَ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ: هَذَا زَجْرٌ مِثْلُ السَّبِيلِ مَنْ يَنْكُبُهُ أَخْطَأَهُ وَمِثْلُ النَّارِ مَنْ يَنْكُبُهَا أَخْطَأَتْهُ وَمَنْ أَقَامَ أَحْرَقَتْهُ وَآذَتْهُ.

امام احمد نے ایک روایت ابومنیب کے حوالے سے نقل کی ہے: یہ حضرت عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہ نے ایک اور طاعون کے درمیان لوگوں کوخطبہ دیتے ہوئے یہ ارشاد فرمایا: یہ سبیل کی مانند زجر ( بیماری ) ہے‘ جسے یہ چبھتا ہے اسے خراب کر جا تا ہے‘ اور آگ کی مانند ہے‘ جسے وہ چبھتا ہے ‘تو اسے خراب کر جا تا ہے‘ اور جو ٹھہر جا تا ہے‘ یہ ا سے جلادیتی ہے‘ اور اذیت پہنچاتی ہے‘‘ ۔

3862 - وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ حُمَيْرٍ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ حَسَنَةَ نَحْوَهُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عَمْرًا فَقَالَ: صَدَقَ. رَوَاهَا كُلَّهَا أَحْمَدُ، وَرَوَى الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ بَعْضَهُ وَأَسَانِيدُ أَحْمَدَ حِسَانٌ صِحَاحٌ.

ایک روایت میں یہ بات منقول ہے: یزید حمیر نے حضرت شرحبیل بن حسنہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے حوالے سے اس کی مانند روایت نقل کی ہے‘ تا ہم اس میں یہ الفاظ ہیں : حضرت عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ کواس بات کی اطلاع ملی تو انہوں نے فرمایا: انہوں نے ٹھیک کہا ہے۔ یہ تمام روایات امام احمد نے نقل کی ہیں ۔ امام طبرانی نےمعجم کبیر میں ان میں سے بعض روایات نقل کی ہیں ۔ امام احمد کی اسانید حسن اورصحیح ہیں۔

3863 - وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ عَنْ حَدِيثِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَمِيرَةَ: أَنَّهُ قَدِمَ مَعَ مُعَاذٍ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ فَمَكَثَ مَعَهُ فِي دَارِهِ وَفِي مَنْزِلِهِ فَأَصَابَهُمُ الطَّاعُونُ فَطُعِنَ مُعَاذٌ وَأَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ وَشُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ حَسَنَةَ وَأَبُو مَالِكٍ فِي يَوْمٍ وَاحِدٍ، وَكَانَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ حِينَ حَسَّ بِالطَّاعُونِ فَرَّ وَفَرَقَ فَرَقًا شَدِيدًا وَقَالَ: أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ تَفَرَّقُوا فِي هَذِهِ الشِّعَابِ فَقَدْ نَزَلَ بِكُمْ أَمْرٌ [مِنْ أَمْرِ اللَّهِ] لَا أَرَاهُ إِلَّا رِجْزٌ وَطَاعُونٌ فَقَالَ لَهُ شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ حَسَنَةَ: كَذَبْتَ قَدْ صَحِبْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَأَنْتَ أَضَلُّ مِنْ حِمَارِ أَهْلِكَ فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو: صَدَقْتَ فَقَالَ مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ: كَذَبْتَ، لَيْسَ بِالطَّاعُونِ وَلَا الرِّجْزِ وَلَكِنَّهَا رَحْمَةُ رَبِّكُمْ وَدَعْوَةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَقَبْضُ الصَّالِحِينَ، اللَّهُمَّ فَآتِ آلَ مُعَاذٍ النَّصِيبَ الْأَوْفَرَ مِنْ هَذِهِ الرَّحْمَةِ قَالَ: فَمَا أَمْسَى حَتَّى طُعِنَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنُهُ وَأَحَبُّ الْخَلْقِ إِلَيْهِ الَّذِي كَانَ يُكَنَّى بِهِ فَرَجَعَ مُعَاذٌ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَوَجَدَهُ مَكْرُوبًا، فَقَالَ: يَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ كَيْفَ أَنْتَ؟ فَاسْتَجَابَ لَهُ فَقَالَ: يَا أَبَتِ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ: وَإِنَّا (إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّابِرِينَ)، فَمَاتَ مِنْ لَيْلَتِهِ وَدَفَنَهُ مِنَ الْغَدِ فَجَعَلَ مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٌ يُرْسِلُ الْحَارِثَ بْنَ عَمِيرَةَ إِلَى أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ يَسْأَلُهُ كَيْفَ هُوَ؟ فَأَرَاهُ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ طَعْنَةً فِي كَفِّهِ فَبَكَى الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عَمِيرَةَ إِلَى أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ وَفَرَقَ مِنْهَا حِينَ رَآهَا فَأَقْسَمَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بِاللَّهِ مَا يُحِبُّ أَنَّ لَهُ مَكَانَهَا حُمْرُ النَّعَمِ. فَقَالَ: فَرَجَعَ الْحَارِثُ إِلَى مُعَاذٍ فَوَجَدَهُ مَغْشِيًّا عَلَيْهِ فَبَكَى الْحَارِثُ وَاسْتَبْكَى، ثُمَّ إِنَّ مُعَاذًا أَفَاقَ فَقَالَ: يَا ابْنَ الْحِمْيَرِيَّةِ لِمَ تَبْكِي عَلَيَّ؟ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْكَ فَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ: وَاللَّهِ مَا عَلَيْكَ أَبْكِي!! فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ: فَعَلَى مَا تَبْكِي؟ قَالَ: أَبْكِي عَلَى مَا فَاتَنِي مِنْكَ الْعَصْرُ مِنَ الْغُدُوِّ وَالرَّوَاحِ، فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ: أَجْلِسْنِي، فَأَجْلَسَهُ فِي حِجْرِهِ فَقَالَ: اسْمَعْ مِنِّي فَإِنِّي أُوصِيكَ بِوَصِيَّةٍ: إِنَّ الَّذِي تَبْكِي عَلَيَّ مِنْ غُدُوِّكَ وَرَوَاحِكَ فَإِنَّ الْعِلْمَ مَكَانُهُ بَيْنَ لَوْحَيِ الْمُصْحَفِ، فَإِنْ أَعْيَا عَلَيْكَ تَفْسِيرُهُ فَاطْلُبْهُ بَعْدِي عِنْدَ ثَلَاثَةٍ: عُوَيْمِرُ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءُ أَوْ عِنْدَ سَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيِّ أَوْ عِنْدَ ابْنِ أُمُّ عَبْدٍ، وَأُحَذِّرُكَ زَلَّةَ الْعَالَمِ وَجِدَالَ الْمُنَافِقِ، ثُمَّ إِنَّ مُعَاذًا اشْتَدَّ بِهِ [النَّزْعُ] نَزْعُ الْمَوْتِ فَنَزَعَ نَزْعًا لَمْ يَنْزِعْهُ أَحَدٌ فَكَانَ كُلَّمَا أَفَاقَ مِنْ غَمْرَةٍ فَتَحَ طَرْفَهُ فَقَالَ: اخْنُقْنِي خَنْقَتَكَ فَوَعِزَّتِكَ [إِنَّكَ] لَتَعْلَمُ أَنِّي أُحِبُّكَ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى نَحْبَهُ انْطَلَقَ الْحَارِثُ حَتَّى أَتَى أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ بِحِمْصَ فَمَكَثَ عِنْدَهُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَمْكُثَ ثُمَّ قَالَ الْحَارِثُ: أَخِي مُعَاذٌ أَوْصَانِي بِكَ وَسَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيِّ وَابْنِ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ وَلَا أَرَانِي إِلَّا مُنْطَلِقًا إِلَى الْعِرَاقِ فَقَدِمَ الْكُوفَةَ فَجَعَلَ يَحْضُرُ مَجْلِسَ ابْنِ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ بُكْرَةً وَعَشِيَّةً فَبَيْنَا هُوَ كَذَلِكَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ قَالَ ابْنُ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ: مَنْ أَنْتَ؟ قَالَ: امْرُؤٌ مِنَ الشَّامِ، قَالَ ابْنُ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ: نِعْمَ الْحَيُّ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ لَوْلَا وَاحِدَةٌ! قَالَ الْحَارِثُ: وَمَا تِلْكَ الْوَاحِدَةُ؟ قَالَ: لَوْلَا أَنَّهُمْ يَشْهَدُونَ عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ أَنَّهُمْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ، قَالَ: فَاسْتَرْجَعَ الْحَارِثُ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا قَالَ: صَدَقَ مُعَاذٌ فِيمَا قَالَ لِي فَقَالَ ابْنُ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ: مَا قَالُ لَكَ يَا ابْنَ أَخِي؟ قَالَ: حَذَّرَنِي زَلَّةَ الْعَالِمِ، وَاللَّهِ مَا أَنْتَ - يَا ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - إِلَّا أَحَدُ رَجُلَيْنِ: إِمَّا رَجُلٌ أَصْبَحَ عَلَى يَقِينٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ فَأَنْتَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ، أَوْ رَجُلٌ مُرْتَابٌ لَا تَدْرِي أَيْنَ مَنْزِلُكَ؟، قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ: صَدَقَ أَخِي إِنَّهَا زَلَّةٌ فَلَا تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِهَا، فَأَخَذَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ بِيَدِ الْحَارِثِ فَانْطَلَقَ بِهِ إِلَى رَحْلِهِ فَمَكَثَ عِنْدَهُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ الْحَارِثُ: لَا بُدَّ لِي أَنْ أُطَالِعَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ سَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيَّ بِالْمَدَائِنِ فَانْطَلَقَ الْحَارِثُ حَتَّى قَدِمَ عَلَى سَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيِّ بِالْمَدَائِنِ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ: مَكَانَكَ حَتَّى أَخْرُجَ إِلَيْكَ، قَالَ الْحَارِثُ: وَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَاكَ تَعْرِفُنِي يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: بَلَى عَرَفَتْ رُوحِي رُوحَكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَعْرِفَكَ إِنَّ الْأَرْوَاحَ جُنُودٌ مُجَنَّدَةٌ فَمَا تَعَارَفَ مِنْهَا ائْتَلَفَ وَمَا تَنَاكَرَ مِنْهَا فِي غَيْرِ اللَّهِ اخْتَلَفَ، فَمَكَثَ عِنْدَهُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَمْكُثَ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَى الشَّامِ، فَأُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ يَتَعَارَفُونَ فِي اللَّهِ وَيَتَزَاوَرُونَ فِي اللَّهِ. رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ، وَرَوَى أَحْمَدُ بَعْضَهُ وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الْبَزَّارِ شَهْرُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ، وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ، وَرَوَى الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ طَرَفًا مِنْهُ.

عبدالرحمن بن غنم نے حارث بن عمیرہ کے حوالے سے یہ روایت نقل کی ہے ۔ وہ حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ یمن سے آئےاور ان کے محلے اوران کے گھر میں ان کے ساتھ ٹھہرے رہے ان لوگوں کو طاعون لاحق ہو گیا حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ حضرت ابوعبیدہ بن جراح رضی اللہ عنہ حضرت شرحبیل بن حسنہ رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت ابو مالک رضی اللہ عنہ ایک ہی دن میں طاعون کا شکار ہوئے جب حضرت عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہ کو طاعون کا اندازہ ہواتوانہوں نے راہ فراراختیار کی اور وہ بہت زیادہ خوف زدہ ہوگئے انہوں نے ارشادفرمایا: مختلف گھاٹیوں میں بکھر جاؤ کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ کا حکم تم پر نازل ہونے لگا ہے میراخیال ہے یہ عذاب(یا گندگی) اور طاعون ہے‘ تو حضرت شرحبیل بن حسنہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان سے کہا: تم غلط کہہ رہے ہو‘ ہم اللہ کے رسول کے ساتھ رہے ہیں تم اپنے گھر والوں کے گدھے سے زیادہ گمراہ ہو‘ تو حضرت عمرو نے کہا آپ ٹھیک کہ رہے ہو ۔ حضرت معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ نے حضرت عمر و رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا تم غلط کہہ ر ہے ہو یہ نہ تو طاعون ہے‘ اور نہ ہی عذاب ہے‘ بلکہ یہ تمہارے پروردگار کی رحمت اور تمہارے نبی کی دعا اور نیک لوگوں کی موت کی صورت ہے اے اللہ! تو معاذ کے گھر والوں کو اس رحمت میں سے زیادہ حصہ عطافرما۔ راوی کہتے ہیں: شام ہونے تک حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کے صاحبزادے عبدالرحمن بھی طاعون کا شکار ہو گئے وہ صاحبزادے حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کو ساری مخلوق میں سب سے زیادہ محبوب تھے‘ اور حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ انہی کی نسبت سے کنیت اختیار کر تے تھے حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ مسجد سے واپس تشریف لائےتو انہیں پریشانی کے عالم میں پایا حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: اے عبدالرحمن! تمہارا کیا حال ہے؟ ان صاحبزادے کے حق میں حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کی دعامستجاب ہوگئی تھی ان صاحبزادے نے کہا: اے اباجان یہ آپ کے پروردگار کی طرف سے آنے والاحق ہے آپ نے شک کا شکار ہونے والوں میں سے ہرگزنہیں ہونا تو حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: اگر اللہ نے چاہا تو ہم صبر کر نے والوں میں سے ہوں گے وہ صاحبزادے اسی رات انتقال کر گئے تو اگلے دن حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے انہیں دفن کر دیا پھر حضرت معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ نے حارث بن عمیرہ کوحضرت ابوعبیدہ بن جراح رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس بھیجا تا کہ ان سے دریافت کر یں کہ ان کا کیا حال ہے‘ تو حضرت ابوعبیدہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے حارث کو دکھا یا کہ ان کی ہتھیلی میں طاعون کانشان موجود ہے‘ تو حارث بن عمیرہ حضرت ابوعبیدہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے حوالے سے رونے لگے جب انہوں نے یہ دیکھاتو وہ ان کے پاس سے اٹھ کر آ گئے حضرت ابوعبیدہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے اللہ کے نام کی قسم اٹھائی کہ انہیں یہ بات پسند نہیں ہے کہ اس زخم کی جگہ انہیں سرخ اونٹ مل جائیں۔ راوی بیان کرتے ہیں: حارث بن عمیر ہ حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس واپس آئے‘ تو انہوں نے حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کو پایا کہ ان پر بے ہوشی طاری ہو چکی تھی حارث رونے لگے جب حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کو ہوش آیا توانہوں نے کہا: اے ابن حمیر یہ! تم مجھ پر کیوں رور ہے ہو؟ میں تم سے اللہ کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں حارث نے کہا: اللہ کی قسم میں آپ پرنہیں رور با حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے در یافت کیا: پھرتم کس بات پر رور ہے ہو؟ حارث نے کہا: میں اس بات پر رور ہا ہوں کہ صبح وشام کا آپ کا تعلق مجھ سے چھوٹ جائےگا حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: تم مجھے بٹھاؤ حارث نے انہیں بٹھاد یا تو حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: میری بات سنو میں تمہیں ایک وصیت کرنے لگا ہوں تم اس وجہ سے رور ہے ہو کہ صبح وشام کا ساتھ چھوٹ جائےگاعلم کی جگہ مصحف کے دوالواح کے درمیان ہے (یعنی قرآن مجید ہے) اگرتم اس کی تفسیر میں تھک جاتے ہو‘ تو میرے بعد علم کو تین آدمیوں کے پاس تلاش کر ناعو یمر ابو درداء ‘ یا سلمان فارسی کے پاس ‘ یا ابن ام عبد کے پاس اور میں تمہیں عالم کی لغزش اور منافق کے ساتھ بحث کرنے سے بچنے کی تلقین کرتا ہوں پھر حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ پر نزع کا عالم شد ید ہو گیا جوموت کی نزع کا عالم تھا انہیں جب بھی نزع کی تکلیف لاحق ہوتی تھی اور جب بھی بے ہوشی میں افاقہ ہوتا تھا‘ تو وہ اپنی پلک اٹھا کر یہ کہتے تھے یہ تیری طرف سے آنے والا دباؤ ہے ‘ جو مجھے لاحق ہوا ہے ‘ اور تیری عزت کی قسم ہے‘ تو یہ بات جانتا ہے کہ میں تجھ سے محبت رکھتا ہوں ۔ جب حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کا انتقال ہو گیا تو حارث وہاں سے روانہ ہوئے اورحمص میں حضرت ابودرداء رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس آگئے جتنا اللہ کومنظورتھاوہ اتناعرصہ ان کے پاس ٹھہرے رہے پھر حارث نے کہا: میرے بھائی حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے مجھے آپ کے بارے میں حضرت سلمان فارسی رضی اللہ عنہ کے بارے میں اور حضرت ابن اُم عبد ( یعنی حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ ) کے بارے میں وصیت کی تھی اب میں یہ سمجھتاہوں کہ مجھے عراق جانا چا ہے پھروہ کوفہ آگئے اور حضرت ابن ام عبد رضی اللہ عنہ کی محفل میں صبح وشام حاضر ہونے لگے ایک مرتبہ وہ اسی محفل میں موجود تھے تو حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے دریافت کیا: تم کون ہو؟ انہوں نے بتایا: شام سے تعلق رکھنے والا ایک فردہوں حضرت عبد اللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: اہل شام اچھا گروہ ہے اگر ان میں ایک خامی نہ ہوحارث نے دریافت کیا: وہ ایک چیز کیا ہے؟ حضرت عبداللہ نے فرمایا: یہ نہ ہو کہ وہ لوگ اپنے بارے میں اس بات کی گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ وہ جنتی ہیں تو حارث نے دو یاشاید تین مرتبہ اناللہ وانا الیہ راجعون کہا اور پھر یہ کہا حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے مجھ سے جو بات کہی تھی وہ ٹھیک کہی تھی حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: اے میرے بھتیجے! انہوں نے تم سے کیا کہاتھا؟ حارث نے بتایا انہوں نے مجھے عالم کی لغزش سے بچنے کی تلقین کی تھی اوراے حضرت ابن مسعوداللہ کی قسم! آپ دوقسم کے افراد میں سےکوئی ایک ہیں‘ یا تو آدمی یہ ہوتا ہے کہ وہ ایسے یقین پر صبح کرتا ہے کہ وہ اس بات کی گواہی دیتا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے علاوہ اورکوئی معبودنہیں ہے ‘ تو ایسی صورت میں آپ جنتی ہوں گے یا پھر آدمی شک کا شکار ہوتا ہے ‘ تو آپ کو یہ پتہ نہیں چلے گا کہ آپ کا ٹھکانہ کیا ہوگا‘ تو حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: میرے بھائی نے ٹھیک کہا تھا یہ لغزش تھی تم اس کے حوالے سے میر امواخذ ہ نہ کرو پھر حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے حارث کا ہاتھ پکڑا اور انہیں ساتھ لے کر اپنے گھر چلے گئے پھر جتنا اللہ کومنظورتھا حارت وہاں ٹھہرے رہے پھر حارث نے کہا: میرے لئے یہ ضروری ہے کہ میں ابوعبداللہ سلمان فارسی سے مدائن میں جا کے مل لوں۔ پھر حارث وہاں سے روانہ ہوئے یہاں تک کہ مدائن میں حضرت سلمان فارسی رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس آئےجب انہوں نے حضرت سلمان فارسی رضی اللہ عنہ کو سلام کیا‘ تو حضرت سلمان رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: تم اپنی جگہ رہو میں نکل کر تمہارے پاس آتا ہوں حارث نے کہا: اللہ کی قسم! اے ابوعبداللہ آپ کے بارے میں میری یہ رائےنہیں تھی کہ آپ مجھے پہچانتے ہوں گے حضرت سلمان فارسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: جی ہاں ۔لیکن میری روح نے تمہاری روح کو پہچان لیا تھا اس سے پہلے کہ میں تمہیں پہچانوں‘ روحیں ( عالم ارواح میں) گروہوں کی شکل میں رہتی تھیں وہاں جوایک دوسرے سے متعارف تھیں (دنیامیں) وہ ایک دوسرے سے مانوس ہوتی ہیں اور وہاں جوایک دوسرے سے نا آشنا تھیں وہ دنیا میں لاتعلق رہتی ہیں پھر جتنا اللہ کومنظور تھا حارث ان کے ہاں ٹھہرے رہے پھر وہ شام واپس چلے گئے ۔ تو یہ وہ لوگ تھے جواللہ تعالیٰ کی خاطر ایک دوسرے کو پہچانتے تھے‘ اور اللہ تعالیٰ کی خاطر ایک دوسرے ملا کرتے تھے۔ یہ روایت امام بزار نے نقل کی ہے ۔ امام احمد نے اس کا کچھ حصہ نقل کیا ہے بزار کی سند میں ایک راوی شہر بن حوشب ہے‘ اور اس کے بارے میں کلام کیا گیا ہے ایک سے زیادہ حضرات نے اسے ’’ ثقہ‘‘ قرار دیا ہے۔ امام طبرانی نے معجم کبیر میں اس روایت کا ایک حصہ نقل کیا ہے۔

3864 - وَعَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: «تَنْزِلُونَ مَنْزِلًا يُقَالُ لَهُ الْجَابِيَةُ - أَوِ الْجُوَيْبِيَةُ - يُصِيبُكُمْ فِيهِ دَاءٌ مِثْلُ غُدَّتَيِ الْجَمَلِ يَسْتَشْهِدُ اللَّهُ بِهِ أَنْفُسَكُمْ وَذَرَارِيَّكُمْ، وَيُزَكِّي بِهِ أَعْمَالَكُمْ». رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ، وَفِيهِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْخُشَنِيُّ، وَثَّقَهُ دُحَيْمٌ وَغَيْرُهُ، وَضَعَّفَهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ.

حضرت معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں: نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشادفرمایا: ’’ تم لوگ ایک جگہ پر پڑاؤ کرو گے جس کا نام جابیہ ( راوی کو شک ہے شاید یہ الفاظ ہیں : ) جویبیہ ہو گا وہاں تمہیں ایک بیماری لاحق ہو گی جواونٹ کے غدہ کی مانند ہو گی اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے ذریعے تمہیں اورتمہارے بال بچوں کو شہادت نصیب کرے گا‘ اور اس کی وجہ سے تمہارے اعمال کا تزکیہ کر دے گا‘‘۔ یہ روایت امام طبرانی نے معجم کبیر میں نقل کی ہے۔ اس کی سند میں ایک راوی حسن بن یحییٰ خشنیٰ ہے ‘جسے دحیم اور دیگر حضرات نے’’ثقہ‘‘ قراردیا ہے ۔ امام نسائی اور دیگر حضرات نے اسے ضعیف کہا ہے۔
