7248 - «عَنْ سَعْدٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ، وَكَانَ يَخْدِمُ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَكَانَ يُعْجِبُهُ خِدْمَتَهُ فَقَالَ: " يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَعْتِقْ سَعْدًا ". فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا لَنَا مَاهِنٌ غَيْرُهُ. قَالَ: فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اعْتِقْ سَعْدًا أَتَتْكَ الرِّجَالُ أَعْتِقْ سَعْدًا أَتَتْكَ الرِّجَالُ» ". قُلْتُ: رَوَى ابْنُ مَاجَهْ طَرَفًا مِنْهُ. رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ.

7249 - وَعَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ قَالَ: «كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - غُلَامٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ: يَسَارٌ فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ يُحْسِنُ الصَّلَاةَ فَأَعْتَقَهُ» - فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ، وَهُوَ مَذْكُورٌ فِي الدِّيَاتِ فِي الْمُحَارِبِينَ. رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَفِيهِ مُوسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيُّ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.
