5683 - عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: «جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ: إِنَّ أَبِي مَاتَ وَلَمْ يَحُجَّ حَجَّةَ الْإِسْلَامِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَى أَبِيكَ دَيْنٌ أَكُنْتَ تَقْضِيهِ عَنْهُ؟ "، قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: " فَإِنَّهُ دَيْنٌ عَلَيْهِ فَاقْضِهِ». رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ.

5684 - وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ «أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَحُجُّ عَنْ أُمِّي وَقَدْ مَاتَتْ؟ قَالَ: " أَرَأَيْتِ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَى أُمِّكِ دَيْنٌ فَقَضَيْتِيهِ أَلَيْسَ كَانَ مَقْبُولًا مِنْكِ؟ "، قَالَتْ: بَلَى، فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَحُجَّ عَنْهَا». «وَجَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ فَقَالَتْ: أَحُجُّ بِابْنِي، وَهُوَ مُرْضَعٌ أَوْ صَغِيرٌ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ». رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ، وَفِيهِ سُوَيْدٌ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ وَثَّقَهُ أَبُو زُرْعَةَ وَابْنُ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ وَضَعَّفَهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ.
