818 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ , نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ أَبِي خِدَاشٍ , نا عَمَّارُ بْنُ مَطَرٍ , نا أَبُو يُوسُفَ يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ , عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ , عَنْ قَمِيرٍ امْرَأَةِ مَسْرُوقٍ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي حُبَيْشٍ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ أُسْتَحَاضُ , فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّمَا ذَاكَ عِرْقٌ فَانْظُرِي أَيَّامَ إِقْرَائِكِ فَإِذَا جَاوَزَتْ فَاغْتَسِلِي وَاسْتَنْقِي , ثُمَّ تَوَضَّئِي لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ» تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عَمَّارُ بْنُ مَطَرٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ , عَنْ أَبِي يُوسُفَ , وَالَّذِي عِنْدَ النَّاسِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مَوْقُوفًا: «الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا , ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتَتَوَضَّأُ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ»

819 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ سَهْلٍ الْبَرْبَهَارِيُّ , ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ مَالَجَ , نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ , عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ , عَنْ حَبِيبٍ , عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ: أَتَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ أَبِي حُبَيْشٍ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي اسْتُحِضْتُ فَمَا أَطْهُرُ , فَقَالَ: «ذَرِي الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ حَيْضَتِكِ , ثُمَّ اغْتَسِلِي وَتَوَضَّئِي عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ وَإِنْ قَطَرَ الدَّمُ عَلَى الْحَصِيرِ». تَابَعَهُ وَكِيعٌ , وَالْحَرْبِيُّ , وَقُرَّةُ بْنُ عِيسَى , وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ , وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَرَّاقُ , وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ فَرَفَعُوهُ. وَوَقَفَهُ حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ , وَأَبُو أُسَامَةَ , وَأَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُمْ أَثْبَاتٌ

826 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ , ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ , قَالَ: جِئْنَا مِنْ عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْخُرَيْبِيِّ إِلَى يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانِ , فَقَالَ: مِنْ أَيْنَ جِئْتُمْ؟ , قُلْنَا: مِنْ عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ , فَقَالَ: مَا حَدَّثَكُمْ؟ , قُلْنَا: حَدَّثَنَا عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ , عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ , عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ الْحَدِيثَ. فَقَالَ يَحْيَى: أَمَا إِنَّ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيَّ كَانَ أَعْلَمَ النَّاسِ بِهَذَا زَعَمَ أَنَّ حَبِيبَ بْنَ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ شَيْئًا. 827 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ , قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا دَاوُدَ السِّجِسْتَانِيَّ , يَقُولُ: وَمِمَّا يَدُلُّ عَلَى ضَعْفِ حَدِيثِ الْأَعْمَشِ هَذَا أَنَّ حَفْصَ بْنَ غِيَاثٍ وَقَفَهُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ وَأَنْكَرَ أَنْ يَكُونَ مَرْفُوعًا أَوَّلُهُ وَأَنْكَرَ أَنْ يَكُونَ فِيهِ الْوُضُوءُ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ , وَدَلَّ عَلَى ضَعْفِ حَدِيثِ حَبِيبٍ , عَنْ عُرْوَةَ أَيْضًا أَنَّ الزُّهْرِيَّ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , وَقَالَ فِيهِ: فَكَانَتْ تَغْتَسِلُ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ , هَذَا كُلُّهُ قَوْلِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ
