9879 - أخبرنا أبو بكر بن فورك أنا عبد الله بن جعفر نا يونس بن حبيب نا أبو داود نا شعبة عن أبي بكر بن حفص قال : سمعت ابن مصبح أو أبا مصبح عن شرحبيل بن السمط عن عبادة بن الصامت قال : عاد النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم ابن رواحة فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم ما تعدون شهداء أمتي ؟ فقالوا : من قتل في سبيل الله فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : إن شهداء أمتي إذا لقليل القتل شهادة و البطن شهادة و الطاعون شهادة و المرأة يقتلها ولدها جمعاء شهادة

9880 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ نا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب نا بحر بن نصر نا عبد الله بن وهب أخبرني مالك و أخبرنا الحاكم أبو عبد الله الحافظ أنا أبو بكر بن أبي نصر المروزي نا أحمد بن محمد بن عيسى القاضي نا القعنبي قيما قرأ على مالك عن عبد الله بن عبد الله بن جابر عن عتيك أن عتيق بن الحارث بن عتيك و هو جد عبد الله بن عبد الله أبو أمامة أخبره : أن أن جابر بن عتيك أخبره أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يعود عبد الله بن ثابت فوجده قد غلب فصاح فلم يجبه فاسترجع رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم و قال غلبنا عليك يا أبا الربيع فصاح النسوة و بكين فجعل ابن عتيك يسكتهن فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : دعهن فإذا وجب فلا تبكين باكية قالوا يا رسول الله و ما الوجوب قال : إذا مات فقالت ابنته و الله إني كنت أرجو أن يكون شهيدا و إنك قد كنت قضيت جهادك فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قد أوقع أجره على قدر نيته و ما تعدون الشهادة ؟ قالوا : القتل في سبيل الله فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم الشهادة سبع سوى القتل في سبيل الله المطعون شهيد و الغريق شهيد و صاحب ذات الجنب شهيد و المبطون شهيد و صاحب الحريق شهيد و الذي يموت تحت الهدم شهيد و المرأة تموت بجمع شهيد

9882 - أخبرنا أبو الحسين بن الفضل نا عبد الله بن جعفر نا يعقوب بن سفيان حدثني حيوة بن شريح و أبو عتبة الحسن بن علي السكوني و الوليد بن عتبة قالوا نا بقية بن الوليد عن يحيى بن سعيد عن خالد بن معدان عن ابن أبي بلال عن العرباض بن سارية : أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : يختصم الشهداء و المتوفون على فراشهم إلى ربنا في الذين يتوفون من الطاعون فيقول الشهداء : و إخواننا قتلوا كما قتلنا و يقول المتوفون على فراشهم كما متنا فيقول ربنا انظروا إلى جراحهم فإن أشبهت جراح المقتولين فإنهم منهم و معهم فإذا جراحهم قد أشبهت جراحهم قال الشيخ أحمد رحمه الله زاد الحسن قال : فيلحقون بهم
