1111 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ قال : سمعت أبا بكر بن إسحاق الفقيه الصبغي يقول : أريت في منامي كأني في دار فيها عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه و قد اجتمع الناس عليه يسألونه المسائل فأشار إلي أن أجيبهم فما زلت أسئل و أجيب و عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه يقول لي : أصبت امض فلما فرغوا من السؤال قلت يا أمير المؤمنين ما النجاة من الدنيا أو المخرج منها ؟ فقال لي بإصبعه : الدعاء ثم أعدت عليه السؤال فجمع نفسه كأنه راكع بخضوعه فقال : الدعاء ثم أعدت عليه السؤال فجمع نفسه كأنه ساجد بخضوعه ثم قال : الدعاء

1112 - أخبرنا أبو نصر بن قتادة أنا أبو الحسن علي بن الفضل بن محمد بن عقيل الخزاعي أخبرني جعفر بن محمد بن المستفاض الفريابي ثنا عبيد الله بن معاذ قال : أنا المعتمر بن سليمان قال : قال لي أبي ثنا أبو عثمان عن سلمان قال : لما خلق الله تعالى آدم عليه السلام قال : يا آدم واحدة لي و واحدة لك و واحدة بين و بينك فأما التي هي لي فتبعدني لا تشرك بي شيئا و أما التي هي لك فما عملت من شيء جزيتك به و أن أغفر فأنا الغفور الرحيم و أما التي بيني و بينك فمنك المسألة و الدعاء و مني الإجابة و العطاء هذا موقوف
