1213 - أخبرنا أبو علي الروذباري ثنا أبو بكر بن داسة ثنا أبو داود ثنا عبد الوهاب بن نجدة و موسى بن مروان الرقي قالا ثنا بقية بن الوليد عن بحير بن سعد عن خالد بن معدان عن سيف قوله عن عوف بن مالك : أنه حدثهم أن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قضى بين رجلين فقال المقضي عليه لما أدبر : حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل فقال النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم : إن الله عز و جل يلوم على العجز و لكن عليك بالكيس فإن غلبك أمر فقل حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل

1214 - قال الإمام أحمد رحمه الله تعالى : و روينا عن ابن شهاب مرسلا في هذه القصة : أن أحدهما تهاون ببعض حجته لم يبلغ فيها ثم حين قضى للآخر فقال هذا القول فقال النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم : اطلب حقك حتى تعجر فإذا عجزت فقل حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل فإنما يقضي بينكم على حججكم فلم يرض تجريد التوكل عن الطلب

1218 - أخبرنا أبو سعيد بن أبي عمرو ثنا أبو العباس الأصم ثنا الحسن بن علي بن عفان ثنا أبو أسامة ثنا جرير بن حازم ثنا أيوب عن نافع قال : دخل شاب قوي المسجد و في يده مشاقص و هو يقول : من يعينني في سبيل الله ؟ قال : فدعا به عمر فأتي به فقال : من يستأجر مني هذا بعمل في أرضه ؟ فقال رجل من الأنصار : أنا يا أمير المؤمنين قال : بكم تؤجره كل شهر ؟ قال : بكذا و كذا قال : خذه فانطلق به ليعمل في أرض الرجل أشهرا ثم قال عمر للرجل : ما فعل أجيرنا ؟ قال : صالح يا أمير المؤمنين قال : آيتني به و بما اجتمع له من الأجر فجاء به و بصرة من دراهم فقال خذ هذه فإن شئت الآن فاغز و إن شئت فاجلس

1219 - أخبرنا أبو طاهر الفقيه أنا أبو طاهر المحمد آباذي ثنا أبو جعفر محمد بن عبيد الله بن يزيد المنادي ثنا وهب بن جرير بن حازم أبو العباس ثنا شعبة عن قتادة عن مطرف عن حكيم بن قيس بن عاصم قال أوصى قيس بن عاصم بنيه فقال : أوصيكم بتقى الله تعالى و أن تسودوا أكبركم فإنكم إذا فعلتم ذلك خلفتم أباكم و لا تسودوا أصغركم فإنكم إذا فعلتم ذلك أزرى بكم من أكفائكم و عليكم بالمال و اصطناعه فإن المال منبهة للكريم و يستغنى به عن اللئيم و إياكم و مسألة الناس فإنها أخس كسب الرجل و إذا أنا مت فلا تنوحوا علي فإن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم لم ينح عليه و ادفنوني في أرض لا يعلم بمدفني بكر ابن وائل فإني كنت أغاولهم أو أغاورهم في الجاهلية شك وهب

1223 - أخبرنا أبو محمد عبد الله بن يوسف الأصبهاني ثنا أبو سعيد بن الأعرابي ثنا الحسن بن محمد الزعفراني ثنا وكيع بن الجراح عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه عن جده قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم لأن يأخذ أحدكم حبله فيأتى الجبل فيجيء بحزمة من حطب على ظهره فيبيعها فيستغني بها خير له من أن يسال الناس أعطوه أو منعوه أخرجه البخاري في الصحيح عن يحيى بن موسى عن وكيع و أخرجه مسلم من حديث أبي هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم و فيه من الزيادة : فيتصدق منه و يستغني به عن الناس
