1180 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ و أبو زكريا بن أبي إسحاق و أبو بكر أحمد بن الحسن قالوا ثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب ثنا بحر بن نصر ثنا ابن وهب أخبرني عمرو بن الحارث أن دراجا حدثه أن أوس بن بشر المعافري حدثه أن : ـ عبد الله بن عمرو التقي هو و كعب ذو الكتابين فقال عبد الله لكعب : علم النجوم ؟ فقال كعب : لا خير فيه فقال عبد الله : لم ؟ قال : ترى فيه ما تكره و تزيد الطيرة فقال كعب : فإن مضى فقال اللهم لا طير إلا طيرك و لا خير إلا خيرك و لا رب غيرك ثم سكت فقال عبد الله : و لا حول و لا قوة إلا بك قال كعب : جاء بها عبد الله و الذي نفسي بيده إنها لرأس التوكل و كنز العبد في الجنة و لا يقولن عبد عند ذلك ثم يمضي إلا لم يضره شيء قال عبد الله : أفرأيت إن لم يمض و دفعه قال : طعم الإشراك

1181 - أخبرنا أبو الحسين بن الفضل أنا عبد الله بن جعفر ثنا يعقوب بن سفيان ثنا قصيبة ثنا سفيان عن أياد بن لقيط عن أبي رمثة قال : أتيت النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم فإذا خلف كتفه مثل التفاحة فقلت يا رسول الله إني أداوي فدعني أطبها و أداويها قال : طبيبها الذي خلقها قال الإمام أحمد رحمه الله : و هذا إنما امتنع من مداواته لأنه كان خاتم النبوة و كانت إحدى آياته المذكورة من صفته و الله تعالى أعلم

1182 - أخبرنا أبو الحسين بن الفضل أنا عبد الله بن جعفر ثنا يعقوب بن سفيان ثنا أبو عبد الرحمن عن حيوة بن شريح حدثني بكر بن عمرو أنه سمع عبد الله بن هبيرة أنه سمع أبا تميم الجيشاني أنه سمع عمر بن الخطاب أنه سمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يقول ـ ح و حدثنا أبو الحسن العلوي أنا أبو بكر محمد بن علي النجاد الحافظ حدثنا محمد بن أحمد بن أنس المقرئ ثنا عبد الله بن يزيد المقرئ ثنا حيوة بن شريح عن بكر بن عمرو عن عبد الله بن هبيرة عن أبي تميم الجيشاني عن عمر بن الخطاب قال : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يقول : لو توكلت على الله حق توكله لرزقت كما يرزق الطير تغدوا خماصا و تروح بطانا قال و في رواية يعقوب : لو أنكم تتوكلون على الله حق توكله لرزقكم كما يرزق الطير تغدو خماصا و تروح بطانا

1183 - أخبرنا أبو طاهر الفقيه ثنا علي بن حمشاد ثنا الحارث بن أبي أسامة ثنا أبو عبد الرحمن المقرئ : فذكره بمثل إسناد العلوي غير أنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : إنكم لو توكلون على الله حق توكله لرزقكم كما يرزق الطير تغدو خماصا و تروح بطانا قال الإمام أحمد رحمه الله تعالى : و ليس في هذا الحديث دلالة على القعود عن الكسب بل فيه ما يدل على طلب الرزق لأن الطير إذا غدت فإنما تغدو لطلب الرزق و إنما أراد ـ و الله تعالى أعلم ـ لو توكلوا على الله تعالى في ذهابهم و مجيئهم و تصرفهم و رأوا أن الخير بيده و من عنده لم ينصرفوا إلا سالمين غانمين كالطير تغدو خماصا و تروح بطانا لكنهم يعتمدون على قوتهم و جلدهم و يغشون و يكذبون و لا ينصحون و هذا خلاف التوكل

1186 - ثنا الإمام أبو الطيب سهل بن محمد بن سليمان أنا أبو بكر محمد بن علي بن إسماعيل الشافعي ثنا إسحاق بن بنان الأنماطي ثنا عمرو بن الحارث عن سعيد بن أبي هلال عن محمد بن المنكدر عن جابر بن عبد الله قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : لا تستبطؤوا الرزق فإنه لم يكن عبد يموت حتى يبلغه آخر رزق هو له فاتقوا الله و أجملوا في الطلب من الحلال و ترك الحرام و في هذا ما دل على أنه أمر بطلب الرزق إلا أنه أمر بإجماله و إجمال الطلب هو أن يطلبه من الحلال معتمدا على الله عز و جل و لا يلاحظ في طلبه قواه و مكايده و حيله و لا يطلبه من الحرام
