1048 - أخبرنا أبو بكر بن فورك ثنا عبد الله بن جعفر أنا أبو بشر يونس بن حبيب ثنا أبو داود الطيالسي ثنا عبد الله بن المبارك عن يحيى بن أيوب عن عبيد الله بن زحر عن خالد بن أبي عمران عن ابن عباس عن معاذ بن جبل قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : إن شئتم أنبأتكم بأول ما يقول الله للمؤمن يوم القيامة و بأول ما يقولون ؟ قالوا : نعم يا رسول الله قال : يقول للمؤمنين : هل أحببتم لقائي ؟ قال : فيقولون : نعم يا ربنا فيقول : لم ؟ فيقولون : رجونا عفوك و رحمتك فيقول : إني قد أوجبت لكم رحمتي

1049 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ و محمد بن موسى قالا : ثنا أبو العباس هو الأصم ثنا عبد الملك بن عبد الحميد الميموني ثنا روح بن عبادة ثنا ابن عون عن عمير بن إسحاق : قال : كان من أدركت من أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم أكبر ممن سبقني فما رأيت قوما أهون سيرة و لا أقل تشديدا منهم و قد جاء عن عبد الله بن مسعود و غيره في التشديد في الأمن من مكر الله و اليأس من رحمة الله

1052 - و بهذا الإسناد أخبرنا معمر عن زيد بن أسلم : أن رجلا كان في الأمم مجتهدا في العبادة و يشدد على نفسه و يقنط الناس من رحمة الله تعالى ثم مات فقال أي رب ما لي عندك ؟ قال : أي رب فأين عبادتي و اجتهادي ؟ قال فيقول : إنك كنت تقنط الناس من رحمتي في الدنيا فأنا أقنطك اليوم من رحمتي قال البيهقي رحمه الله : و لعل هذا الرجل كان يرى النجاة في عبادته و يعتمد عليها و لا يذكر مغفرة الله عز و جل الذنوب لمن يشاء من عباده بل كان يستبعدها

1053 - أخبرنا أبو محمد المؤملي ثنا أبو عثمان البصري ثنا أبو أحمد الفراء أنا يعلى ثنا الأعمش عن أبي سعد عن أبي الكنود قال : مر عبد الله يعني ابن مسعود على قاص و هو يذكر فقال : يا مذكر لا تقنط الناس ثم قرأ : { يا عبادي الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم لا تقنطوا من رحمة الله إن الله يغفر الذنوب جميعا إنه هو الغفور الرحيم }

1058 - أخبرنا أبو الحسين بن بشران أنا أبو سهل أحمد بن محمد بن عبد الله بن زياد أنا أبو جعفر محمد بن غالب بن حرب تمتام ثنا مسلم بن إبراهيم أبو عمرو ثنا الربيع بن مسلم القرشي ثنا محمد بن زياد عن أبي هريرة : أن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم خرج على رهط من أصحابه و هم يتحدثون فقال : و الذي نفسي بيده لو تعلمون ما أعلم لضحكتم قليلا و لبكيتم كثيرا فلما انصرفنا أوحى الله إليه يا محمد لم تقنط عبادي ؟ فرجع إليهم فقال : أبشروا و قاربوا و سددوا قال البيهقي رحمه الله : ففي هذا دلالة على أنه لا ينبغي أن يكون خوفه بحيث يؤيسه و يقنطه من رحمة الله كما لا ينبغي أن يكون رجاؤه بحيث يأمن مكر الله أو يجرئه على معصية الله عز و جل

1059 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ ثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب ثنا محمد بن علي بن ميمون بالرقة ثنا الفريابي و الفضل بن دكين قالا ثنا سفيان عن سعيد الجريري عن أبي عثمان النهدي عن حنظلة التميمي الأسيدي الكاتب قال : كنا عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم فذكرنا بالجنة و النار كأنهما رأى عين فقمت و أتيت إلى أهلي فضحكت و لهوت ـ و في حديث الفريابي و لعبت ـ فلقيت أبا بكر : فذكرت ذلك له فقلت يا أبا بكر نافق حنظلة ! فقال أبو بكر : و ما ذاك ؟ فأخبرته فقلت : كنا عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم فذكرنا بالجنة و النار كأنا رأي عين فقمت إلى أهلي فضحكت و لعبت فقال أبو بكر : إنا لنفعل ذلك فأتيت النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم فقلنا : يا رسول الله ! إنا إذا كنا عندك تذكرنا بالجنة و النار كأنا رأي عين فقمت إلى أهلي فضحكت و لعبت فقال النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم : يا حنظلة ساعة و ساعة لو كنتم تكونون كما تكونون عندي لصافحتكم الملائكة في بيوتكم و على فرشكم يا حنظلة ساعة و ساعة قال : الفريابي أتم سياقة للحديث رواه مسلم في الصحيح عن زهير بن حرب عن الفضل بن دكين
