1015 - أخبرنا أبو نصر بن قتادة أنا أبو العباس محمد بن إسحاق بن أيوب الصبغي ثنا الحسن بن علي بن زياد ثنا عبد العزيز بن عبد الله الأويسى ثنا ابن أبي الزناد أخبرني موسى بن عقبة عن رجل من ولد عبادة بن الصامت عن أبي هريرة : أن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : حضر ملك الموت رجلا بموت فشق أعضاءه فلم يجده عمل خيرا شق قلبه فلم يجد فيه خيرا ثم فك عن لحييه فوجد طرف لسانه لاصقا بحنكه يقال لا إله إلا الله قال النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم : فغفر له بكلمة الإخلاص قال : و قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : أمر الله عز و جل بعبد إلى النار فلما وقف على شفتها التفت فقال : أما و الله يا رب إن كان ظني بك لحسن فقال الله عز و جل : ردوه فأنا عند ظن عبدي بي

1016 - أخبرنا أبو الحسين بن بشران أنا أبو الحسن علي بن محمد المصري ثنا جامع بن سوادة ثنا زياد بن يونس الحضرمي ثنا عبد الرحمن بن أبي الزناد عن موسى بن عقبة عن رجل من ولد عبادة بن الصامت عن أبي هريرة : أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : أمر الله عز و جل بعبدين إلى الناؤ فلما وقف أحدهما على شفتها التفت فقال : أما و الله إن كان ظني بك لحسن فقال الله عز و جل : ردوه فأنا عند ظن عبدي بي فغفر له قال البيهقي رحمه الله 1016 - مكرر ـ : و قد ذكر في حسن الظن بالله تعالى حكايات في باب التوبة في هذا الكتاب و فيما قرأت على أبي عبد الرحمن السلمي عن عبد الله بن خبيق إنه قال : الرجال ثلاثة : رجل عمل حسنة فهو يرجو ثوابها و رجل عمل سيئة ثم تاب فهو يرجو المغفرة و الثالث : الرجل الكذاب يتمادى في الذنوب و يقول أرجو المغفرة و من عرف نفسه بالأساءة ينبغي أن يكون غالبا على رجائه
