[5459] أخبرنا بصحة ذلك: أبو عبد الله الحافظ، أنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق الفقيه (ح)وحدثنا أبو محمد بن يوسف إملاء، أنا أبو إسحاق إبراهيم بن أحمد بن فراس المالكي، حدثنا - وقال أبو بكر: أنا - العباس بن الفضل الأسفاطي، ثنا إسماعيل بن [أبي] (6) أويس، ثنا أخي (ح) وأخبرنا عبد الخالق بن علي بن عبد الخالق المؤذن من أصله، أنا أبو بكر محمد (7) بن أحمد بن خنب، أنا محمد بن إسماعيل الترمذي، ثنا أيوب بن سليمان بن بلال، حدثني أبو بكر بن أبي أويس، حدثني سليمان بن بلال، عن محمد بن أبي عتيق وموسى بن عقبة، [عن] (1) ابن شهاب، عن سليمان بن أرقم، عن يحيى بن أبي كثير (2) الذي يسكن اليمامة، حدثه أنه سمع أبا سلمة بن عبد الرحمن يخبر عن عائشة بنت أبي بكر - رضي الله عنها - أنها (3) قالت: إن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"لا نذر في معصية الله، وكفارته كفارة يمين" (4).

[5460] أخبرنا أبو علي الروذباري، أنا أبو بكر بن داسة، ثنا أبو داود، ثنا أحمد بن محمد المروزي، قال: قال ابن المبارك في هذا الحديث: حدث أبو سلمة، يدل أن الزهري لم يسمعه من أبي سلمة. وقال أحمد بن محمد: وتصديق ذلك ما حدثنا أيوب. يعني ابن سليمان بن بلال.قال أحمد: وإنما الحديث حديث علي بن المبارك، عن يحيى بن أبي كثير، عن محمد بن الزبير، عن أبيه (5)، عن عمران بن حصين، عن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم -.قال أبو داود: أراد [أن] (6) سليمان بن أرقم وهم فيه، وحمله عنه الزهري، وأرسله عن أبي سلمة. قال أبو داود: و [رواه بقية، عن] (7) الأوزاعي عن يحيى، عن محمد بن الزبير بإسناد علي بن المبارك مثله (1).

[5466] أخبرنا الحسين بن محمد الفقيه، أنا محمد بن بكر، ثنا أبو داود، ثنا محمد بن المنهال (5)، ثنا يزيد بن زريع، ثنا حبيب المعلم، عن عمرو بن شعيب، عن سعيد بن المسيب؛ أن أخوين من الأنصار كان بينهما ميراث، فسأل أحدهما صاحبه القسمة، فقال: إن عدت تسألني القسمة، فكل مالي في رتاج (1) الكعبة، فقال له عمر - رضي الله عنه -: إن الكعبة غنية عن مالك، كفر عن يمينك وكلم أخاك، سمعت رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "لا يمين عليك، ولا نذر في معصية الرب، ولا في قطيعة الرحم، ولا فيما لا تملك" (2).

[5467] أخبرنا أبو زكريا يحيى بن إبراهيم المزكي وأبو بكر بن الحسن القاضي، قالا: ثنا أبو العباس الأصم، أنا محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد الحكم، أنا ابن وهب، أخبرني عبد الله بن عمر، عن منصور بن عبد الرحمن الحجبي، عن أمه، عن عائشة زوج النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم -، أنها سئلت عن امرأة جعلت مالها في رتاج الكعبة، فقالت عائشة - رضي الله عنها -: يمين تكفر (3).

[5469] أخبرني أبو عبد الرحمن السلمي، أنا علي بن عمر الحافظ، ثنا أبو بكر النيسابوري، ثنا محمد بن يحيى، ثنا محمد بن عبد الله الأنصاري، ثنا أشعث، ثنا بكر بن عبد الله المزني، عن أبي رافع؛ أن مولاته أرادت أن تفرق بينه وبين امرأته فقالت: هي يوما يهودية ويوما نصرانية، وكل مملوك لها حر، وكل مال لها في سبيل الله، وعليها (1) المشي إلى بيت الله، إن لم تفرق بينهما. فسألت عائشة وابن عمر وابن عباس وحفصة وأم سلمة - رضي الله عنهم -، فكلهم قال (2) لها:أتريدين (3) أن تكوني مثل هاروت وماروت؟ ! وأمروها أن تكفر يمينها، وتخلي بينهما (4).

Rule (35): There is no valid tayammum in Egypt when there is water for a funeral prayer or for any other purpose, even if one fears missing it (1).36. Rule (36): To hasten prayer at the beginning of the time with tayammum is better - according to one of the two sayings - than delaying it until the end of the time in the hope of having water (1).37. 4. Fear Prayer Book
    168. Issue (168): Friday is valid without authority and no one on his part (1).169. Issue (169): Prayer is permissible with the intensity of the fighting and the fusion of war, both men and knees, those who come to the qiblah and those who do not receive it with gestures, and it is not permissible to delay it beyond its time for that (1)170. 5. Eid prayer book
    171. Rule (171): Takbeer on the night of Eid al-Fitr and the day of Eid al-Fitr until the imam emerges as an elderly person (1).172. Issue (172): A person who leads the imam to the place before the Eid prayer should perform naafil prayers before the Eid prayer (1).173. Issue (173): The takbeers of the Eid are seven in the first one except for the opening takbeer (1), and five in the second except for the takbeer for standing up from prostration (2).174. Issue (174): The takbeer in the second rak'ah (1) before the recitation is like (2) in the first rak'ah (3).175. Rule (175): He stands between every two takbeers that mentions God Almighty as far as Verse (1).176. Rule (176): The beginning of (1) is the takbeer of the days of al-Tashreeq after the noon prayer from the Day of Sacrifice to the morning prayer from the last days of Tashreeq (2).177. Question (177): The Takbeer has three modes (1).
6. Eclipse prayer book
    179. Issue (179): The eclipse prayer is two rak'ahs, and each rak'ah has two rak'ahs (1).180. Issue (180): He preaches for the eclipse prayer after the prayer (1).181. An issue that the Imam did not mention (181): He is pleased to recite in the solar eclipse prayer, and recite it aloud in the lunar eclipse prayer (1).182. Rule (182): The prayer of rain is performed in congregation in the prayer hall, as is the Eid prayer in the takbirat, loud and sermon after (1).183. Rule (183): It is desirable for the imam and the person praying to pray if he wants to supplicate, to turn his robe and change it (1)184. Question (184): Whoever deliberately does not pray without an excuse will be killed (1).
7. The funeral book
    185. Rule (185): The one who washes the deceased should cover between his navel to his knee, and washing it in his shirt was better (1).186. Issue (186): If the forbidden person dies, his head is not baked, nor is he offering good blood (1).187.
