[633] أخبرنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْقَبَّانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: عُمَرُ بْنُ رِيَاحٍ أَبُو حَفْصٍ الضَّرِيرُ الْبَصْرِيُّ دَجَّالٌ (2). وَمِنْهَا مَا:

عُمَرُ بْنُ رِيَاحٍ أَبُو حَفْصٍ الضَّرِيرُ الْبَصْرِيُّ دَجَّالٌ وَمِنْهَا مَا: ← عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ← أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْقَبَّانِيُّ ← عَلِيُّ بْنُ عِيسَى ← أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ

[634] أخبرنا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نُوحٍ الْجُنْدَيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْأَحْمَسِيُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الرَّزَّازُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ: "لَيْسَ فِي الْقَطْرَةِ وَلَا الْقَطْرَتَيْنِ مِنَ الدَّمِ وُضُوءٌ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ دَمًا سَائِلًا". قَالَ عَلِيٌّ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ضَعِيفٌ (3).

[635] أخبرنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ بَالُويَهْ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ يَقُولُ: قُلْتُ لِيَحْيَى: إِنَّ عَوْنَ بْنَ سَلَّامٍ يُحَدِّثُ بِأَحَادِيثَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، فَقَالَ: كَانَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ كَذَّابًا (4).

مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، فَقَالَ: كَانَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ كَذَّابًا ← بِأَحَادِيثَ ← قُلْتُ لِيَحْيَى: إِنَّ عَوْنَ بْنَ سَلَّامٍ ← ابْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ← أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ بَالَوَيْهِ، ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ

[636] وَقَدْ ذَكَرْنَا مَا قَالَ أَئِمَّتُنَا فِيهِ في مَسْأَلَةِ مَسْحِ الْأُذُنَيْنِ بِمَاءٍ جَدِيدٍ (5). ورواه سُفْيَانُ بْنُ زَيادٍ، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ نُصَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَيْمُونٍ (1)، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْخَفَّافُ (2)، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ أَبُو سَهْلٍ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مَرْفُوعًا (3). قَالَ عَلِيٌّ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ ضَعِيفٌ، وَسُفْيَانُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ وَحَجَّاجُ بْنُ نُصَيْرٍ ضَعِيفَانِ (4). وَرُوِيَ في هَذَا عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ لَا يَصِحُّ:

[637] أخبرنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الْمُذَكِّرُ (5)، ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ السِّجْزِيُّ (6)، ثنا الْجَارُودُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "يُعَادُ الْوُضُوءُ مِنْ سَبْعٍ: مِنْ إِقْطَارِ الْبَوْلِ، وَالدَّمِ السَّائِلِ، وَالْقَيْءِ، وَمِنْ دَسْعَةٍ (7) يُمْلَأُ بِهَا الْفَمُ، وَالنَّوْمِ الْمُضْطَجِعِ، وَقَهْقَهَةِ الرَّجُلِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ، وَمِنْ خُرُوجِ الدَّمِ" (1). سَهْلُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ مَجْهُولٌ، وَالْجَارُودُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ضَعِيفٌ في الْحَدِيثِ، وَلَا يَصِحُّ هَذَا. وَمِنْهَا مَا:

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ← سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ← الْجَارُودُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ← سَهْلُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ السِّجْزِيُّ ← أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الْمُذَكِّرُ ← أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ

[638] أخبرنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، ثنا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ، عَنْ يَعِيشَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ (2)، عَنِ ابْنِ (3) مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَاءَ فَأَفْطَرَ. قَالَ: فَلَقِيتُ ثَوْبَانَ في مَسْجِدِ دِمَشْقَ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ، أَنَا صَبَبْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وَضُوءَهُ.

[639] وأخبرناه أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَهْرُويَهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ، ثنا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ أَبِي السَّفَرِ، ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، ثنا أَبِي، عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَعِيشَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، حَدَّثَنِي مَعْدَانُ بْنُ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قاءَ فَأَفْطَرَ، فَلَقِيتُ ثَوْبَانَ في مَسْجِدِ دِمَشْقَ، فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ: صَدَقَ، إِنِّي صَبَبْتُ لَهُ وَضُوءَهُ (1). هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ مُضْطَرِبٌ. رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ هِشَامٍ كَمَا ذَكَرْنَا. وَرَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ يَعِيشَ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ - رضي الله عنه -. وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، كَمَا ذَكَرْنَا. وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: عَنْ مَعْدَانَ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ. وَكَذَا قَالَ أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ (2). وَقَالَ حَرْبٌ: عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ يَعِيشَ، عَنْ مَعْدَانَ (3). وَقَالَ مَرَّةً: عَنْ يَعِيشَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَعْدَانَ (4). وَقَالَ شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ مَعْدَانَ. وَقَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ يَعِيشَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ (1). وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ يَعِيشَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ (2). وَيَعِيشُ قَدْ تَكَلَّمَ فِيهِ بَعْضُ الْعُلَمَاءِ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُ ذِكْرٌ في الصَّحِيحِ، وَبِمِثْلِ هَذَا لَا تَقُومُ الْحُجَّةُ. وَرُبَّمَا يُقَابِلُهُمْ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا بِمَا:

أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، ← مَعْدَانَ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ ← أَبِيهِ ← يَعِيشَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ← عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ← يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، ← حُسَيْنُ بْنُ ذَكْوَانَ الْمُعَلِّمُ ← أَبِي ← عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، ← أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ أَبِي السَّفَرِ ← الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ، ← أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَهْرُويَهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ← وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ

[640] أخبرنا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ السِّمْسَارُ، ثنا عُتْبَةُ بْنُ السَّكَنِ الْحِمْصِيُّ، ثنا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، ثنا عُبَادَةُ بْنُ نُسَيٍّ وَهُبَيْرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو أَسْمَاءَ الرَّحَبِيُّ، ثنا ثَوْبَانُ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - صَائِمًا في غَيْرِ رَمَضَانَ، فَأَصَابَهُ غَمٌّ آذَاهُ، فَتَقَيَّأَ، فَقَاءَ، فَدَعَانِي (3) بِوَضُوءٍ، فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ أَفْطَرَ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَفَرِيضَةٌ الْوُضُوءُ مِنَ الْقَيْءِ؟ قَالَ: "لَوْ كَانَ فَرِيضَةً لَوَجَدْتَهُ في الْقُرْآنِ". قَالَ: ثُمَّ صَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - الْغَدَ، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: "هَذَا مَكَانَ إِفْطَارِي أَمْسِ" (4). هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ، لَا يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا أَنْ يُعَارِضَهُمْ بِذَلِكَ؛ لِكَيْلَا يَكُونَ وَهُمْ فِي الِاحْتِجَاجِ بِالْمَنَاكِيرِ سَوَاءً، أَعَاذَنَا اللَّهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِمَنِّهِ.

[643] أخبرنا الْقَاضِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْحِيرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا رَعَفَ انْصَرَفَ فَتَوَضَّأَ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ وَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ (4). هَذَا عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ثَابِتٌ، وَقَدْ رُوِّينَا عَنْهُ بِخِلَافِ هَذَا، فَيُحْمَلُ فِعْلُهُ عَلَى الِاسْتِحْبَابِ، وَتَرْكُهُ عَلَى الْجَوَازِ. وَرَوَى حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ - رضي الله عنه - كَانَ يُصَلِّي بِأَصْحَابِهِ فَرَعَفَ، فَقَدَّمَ رَجُلًا فَصَلَّى بِالْقَوْمِ، ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ فَتَوَضَّأَ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَصلَّى مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ، وَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ (1). وَهَذَا مُرْسَلٌ؛ فَإِنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ أَبِي ضِرَارٍ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُمَرَ - رضي الله عنه -، وَحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ ضَعِيفٌ (2)، سَيَجِيءُ ذِكْرُهُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالى فِيمَا بَعْدُ. وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ - رضي الله عنه -:
