[350] أخبرنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيَّ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمَدِينِيِّ - يَقُولُ فِي حَدِيثِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فِي الِاسْتِنْجَاءِ بِثَلَاثَةِ أَحْجَارٍ: الصَّوَابُ (5) عِنْدِي عَمْرُو بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ (6).

[351] أخبرناه (7) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ (1)، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، عَنْ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - عَنِ الِاسْتِطَابَةِ (2)، فَقَالَ: "بِثَلَاثَةِ أَحْجَارٍ لَيْسَ فِيهَا رَجِيعٌ". قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: كَذَا رَوَاهُ أَبُو أُسَامَةَ وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ (3).

[352] وأخبرنا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، أنا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: ذَكَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - الِاسْتِطَابَةَ، فَقَالَ: "ثَلَاثَةُ (4) أَحْجَارٍ لَيْسَ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْهَا رَجِيعٌ". قَالَ عَلِيٌّ: وَلَا أُرَى سُفْيَانَ حَفِظَ هَذَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ خَالَفَهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ، وَإِنَّمَا أَرَادَ عِنْدِي: هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَجْزَةَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ مُزَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ: كُنْتُ (5) آكُلُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -. لِأَنَّ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ: كُنْتُ آكُلُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -. وَلَيْسَ هَذَا مِنْ حَدِيثِ عُرْوَةَ، إِنَّمَا (6) رَوَاهُ أَصْحَابُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ (7)، عَنْ أَبِي وَجْزَةَ.

[353] قَالَ الشَّيْخُ - رحمه الله -: وَرَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ كَمَا: أخبرنا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَا: أنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبُوسَنْجِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ (1)، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - سُئِلَ عَنِ الِاسْتِطَابَةِ، فَقَالَ: "أَوَلَا يَجِدُ أَحَدُكُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَحْجَارٍ" (2). وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ هَكَذَا أَيْضًا:

أَبِيهِ ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، ← مَالِكٍ، ← ابْنُ بُکَيْرٍ ← أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبُوسَنْجِيُّ، ← أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ، ← أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَأَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ ← الشَّيْخُ وَرَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ كَمَا:

[354] أخبرناه أَبُو سعِيدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، أنا أَبُو بَحْرٍ الْبَرْبَهَارِيُّ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ فِي الِاسْتِنْجَاءِ: "أَوَلَا يَجِدُ أَحَدُكُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَحْجَارٍ" (3).

[355] قال هِشَامٌ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو وَجْزَةَ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - بمِثْلِهِ، وَقَالَ: "لَيْسَ فِيهَا رَجِيعٌ" (4).

النَّبِيِّ بمِثْلِهِ، وَقَالَ: "لَيْسَ فِيهَا رَجِيعٌ" ← أَبِيهِ ← عُمَارَۃَ بْنِ خُزَیْمَۃَ بْنِ ثَابِتِ ← هِشَامٌ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو وَجْزَةَ،

[356] وبإسناده قَالَ: ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي خُزَيْمَةَ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ (5)، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - بمِثْلِهِ (6). وَرُبَّمَا اسْتَدَلَّ أَصْحَابُهُمْ بِالْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي:

النَّبِيِّ بمِثْلِهِ وَرُبَّمَا اسْتَدَلَّ أَصْحَابُهُمْ بِالْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي: ← أَبِيهِ ← عُمَارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ ← أَبِي خُزَيْمَةَ ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، ← وَكِيعٌ، ← الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ← وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ

[357] أخبرناه أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّازِيُّ، أنا عِيسَى، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، عَنِ الْحُصَيْنِ الْحُبْرَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ (1)، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قالَ: "مَنِ اكْتَحَلَ فَلْيُوتِرْ، مَنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ، وَمَنْ لَا فَلَا حَرَجَ، وَمَنِ اسْتَجْمَرَ (2) فَلْيُوتِرْ، مَنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ، وَمَنْ لَا فَلَا حَرَجَ، وَمَنْ أَكَلَ فَمَا تَخَلَّلَ فَلْيَلْفِظْ (3)، وَمَا لَاكَ (4) بِلِسَانِهِ فَلْيَبْتَلِعْ، مَنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ، وَمَنْ لَا فَلَا حَرَجَ (5)، وَمَنْ أَتَى الْغَائِطَ فَلْيَسْتَتِرْ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجْمَعَ كَثِيبًا مِنْ رَمْلٍ فَلْيَسْتَدْبِرْهُ؛ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَلْعَبُ بِمَقَاعِدِ بَنِي (6) آدَمَ، مَنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ وَمَنْ لَا فَلَا حَرَجَ". قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: رَوَاهُ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ ثورٍ، قَالَ: حُصَيْنٌ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ. وَرَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ فَقَالَ: أَبُو سَعِيدٍ (7) الْخَيْرُ (8). لَيْسَ هَذَا بِمَشْهُورٍ، وَلَا يُعَارِضُ حَدِيثَ سَلْمَانَ الْمُخَرَّجَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، وَلَمْ يَحْتَجَّ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمَا. ثُمَّ قَوْلُهُ: "فَلَا حَرَجَ" يَرْجِعُ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: "فَلْيُوتِرْ" دُونَ الِاسْتِجْمَارِ، وَالصَّحِيحُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: "وَمَنِ اسْتَجْمَرَ فَلْيُوتِرْ" دُونَ قَوْلِهِ: "وَمَنْ لَا فَلَا حَرَجَ".

[358] أخبرناه أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثنا يُونُسُ (1) (ح). قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَلِيمٍ (2) بِمَرْوَ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ، أنا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ، أنا عَبْدَانُ، أنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو إِدْرِيسَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُخْبِرُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: "مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَلْيَسْتَنْثِرْ، وَمَنِ اسْتَجْمَرَ فَلْيُوتِرْ". أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَبْدَانَ (3). وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ. وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَعْرَجُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ. وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ. وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ. وَكُلُّهُ مُخَرَّجٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ (4). وَرُبَّمَا اسْتَدَلُّوا بِمَا:
