حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ بُکَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ أَبِي حُبَيْشٍ حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّهَا أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَشَکَتْ إِلَيْهِ الدَّمَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا ذَلِکَ عِرْقٌ فَانْظُرِي إِذَا أَتَی قَرْؤُکِ فَلَا تُصَلِّي فَإِذَا مَرَّ الْقَرْئُ فَتَطَهَّرِي ثُمَّ صَلِّي مَا بَيْنَ الْقَرْئِ إِلَی الْقَرْئِ

It was narrated from 'Urwah bin Zubair that Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish narrated to him that she went to the Messenger of Allah and complained to him about bleeding. The Messenger of Allah said: "Rather that is a vein, so look and see when your period comes, then do not perform the prayer. When the period is over, then purify yourself and perform the prayer between one period to the next."

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ح و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ جَائَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ أَبِي حُبَيْشٍ إِلَی رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ أُسْتَحَاضُ فَلَا أَطْهُرُ أَفَأَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ لَا إِنَّمَا ذَلِکِ عِرْقٌ وَلَيْسَ بِالْحَيْضَةِ فَإِذَا أَقْبَلَتْ الْحَيْضَةُ فَدَعِي الصَّلَاةَ وَإِذَا أَدْبَرَتْ فَاغْسِلِي عَنْکِ الدَّمَ وَصَلِّي هَذَا حَدِيثُ وَکِيعٍ

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish came to the Messenger of Allah and said: 'O Messenger of Allah I am a woman who bleeds continuously and never becomes pure, should I give up the prayer?' He said: 'No, rather that is a vein and it is not menstruation. When the time of your period comes, leave off the prayer, and when it is over, take a bath and wash the blood from yourself and perform the prayer." This is the Hadith of Waki'.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَی حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ إِمْلَائً عَلَيَّ مِنْ کِتَابِهِ وَکَانَ السَّائِلُ غَيْرِي أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ قَالَتْ کُنْتُ أُسْتَحَاضُ حَيْضَةً کَثِيرَةً طَوِيلَةً قَالَتْ فَجِئْتُ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَسْتَفْتِيهِ وَأُخْبِرُهُ قَالَتْ فَوَجَدْتُهُ عِنْدَ أُخْتِي زَيْنَبَ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ لِي إِلَيْکَ حَاجَةً قَالَ وَمَا هِيَ أَيْ هَنْتَاهُ قُلْتُ إِنِّي أُسْتَحَاضُ حَيْضَةً طَوِيلَةً کَبِيرَةً وَقَدْ مَنَعَتْنِي الصَّلَاةَ وَالصَّوْمَ فَمَا تَأْمُرُنِي فِيهَا قَالَ أَنْعَتُ لَکِ الْکُرْسُفَ فَإِنَّهُ يُذْهِبُ الدَّمَ قُلْتُ هُوَ أَکْثَرُ فَذَکَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ شَرِيکٍ

It was narrated that Umm Habibah bint Jahsh said: "I used to bleed continuously and heavily. I went to the Prophet asking him for advice and telling him (about my situation). I found him with my sister Zainab and said: 'O Messenger of Allah! I need to ask you something.' He said: 'What is it?' I said: 'I bleed continuously and heavily, and that is keeping me from prayer and fasting. What do you command me to do about it?' He said: 'I advise you to use a piece of cotton, for that will take away the blood.' I said: 'It is more than that.'" And he mentioned something like the Hadith of Sharik (below).

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ سَأَلَتْ امْرَأَةٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ إِنِّي أُسْتَحَاضُ فَلَا أَطْهُرُ أَفَأَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ لَا وَلَکِنْ دَعِي قَدْرَ الْأَيَّامِ وَاللَّيَالِي الَّتِي کُنْتِ تَحِيضِينَ قَالَ أَبُو بَکْرٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ وَقَدْرَهُنَّ مِنْ الشَّهْرِ ثُمَّ اغْتَسِلِي وَاسْتَثْفِرِي بِثَوْبٍ وَصَلِّي

It was narrated that Umm Salamah said: A woman asked the Prophet: 'I bleed continuously and do not become pre. Should I give up the prayer?' He said: 'No, but leave off praying for the number of dys and nights that you used to menstruate.'" (One of the narrators) Abu Bakr (Ibn Abu Shaibah) said in his Hadith: “(Estimate the number of days in the month, then take a bath and cover your private part with a cloth and perform prayer."

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ جَائَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ أَبِي حُبَيْشٍ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ أُسْتَحَاضُ فَلَا أَطْهُرُ أَفَأَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ لَا إِنَّمَا ذَلِکِ عِرْقٌ وَلَيْسَتْ بِالْحَيْضَةِ اجْتَنِبِي الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ مَحِيضِکِ ثُمَّ اغْتَسِلِي وَتَوَضَّئِي لِکُلِّ صَلَاةٍ وَإِنْ قَطَرَ الدَّمُ عَلَی الْحَصِيرِ

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish came to the Prophet and said: 'O essenger of Allah! I am a woman who bleeds continuously and never becomes pure. Should I give up prayer?' He said: 'No, that is just a vein and is not menstruation. Do not perform prayer during the days of your period, then take a bath, and perform ablution for each prayer, even if drops of blood fall on the mat.'

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَإِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَی قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيکٌ عَنْ أَبِي الْيَقْظَانِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتَتَوَضَّأُ لِکُلِّ صَلَاةٍ وَتَصُومُ وَتُصَلِّي

It was narrated from 'Adiyy bin Thabit, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet said: "The woman who experiences irregular non-menstrual bleeding should leave prayer during the days of her period, then she should take a bath, and perform ablution for each prayer, and she should fast and perform the prayer."

«الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا، ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ وَتَتَوَضَّأُ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ، وَتَصُومُ وَتُصَلِّي» ← النَّبِيِّ ← جَدِّهِ، ← أَبِيهِ ← عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ← أَبِي الْيَقْظَانِ ← شَرِيکٍ ← أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَإِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَی
