حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ رَأَی النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلًا يُصَلِّي بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ رَکْعَتَيْنِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَصَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَقَالَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ إِنِّي لَمْ أَکُنْ صَلَّيْتُ الرَّکْعَتَيْنِ اللَّتَيْنِ قَبْلَهُمَا فَصَلَّيْتُهُمَا قَالَ فَسَکَتَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

It was narrated that Qais bin 'Amr said: "The Prophet P.B.U.H saw a man praying two Rak'ah after the Subh prayer and said, 'Is the Subh prayer to be offered twice?' The man said to him: 'I did not pray the two Rak'ah before it, so I prayed them (now).' The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H remained silent." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَيَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ کَاسِبٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ کَيْسَانَ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَامَ عَنْ رَکْعَتَيْ الْفَجْرِ فَقَضَاهُمَا بَعْدَ مَا طَلَعَتْ الشَّمْسُ

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet P.B.U.H slept and missed the two Rak'ah before Fajr, so he made them up after the sun had risen. (Sahih)
