حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَطَائٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ عَلَی رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ صَلَّی قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ ثُمَّ خَطَبَ فَرَأَی أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُسْمِعْ النِّسَائَ فَأَتَاهُنَّ فَذَکَّرَهُنَّ وَوَعَظَهُنَّ وَأَمَرَهُنَّ بِالصَّدَقَةِ وَبِلَالٌ قَائِلٌ بِيَدَيْهِ هَکَذَا فَجَعَلَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ تُلْقِي الْخُرْصَ وَالْخَاتَمَ وَالشَّيْئَ

It was narrated that ‘Atâ’ said: “I heard Ibn ‘Abbâs say: ‘I ‘bear witness that the Messenger Allah P.B.U.H prayed before the sermon, then he delivered the sermon, And he thought that the women had not heard, so he went over to them and reminded them (of Allah) and preached to them enjoined them to give in charity, and Bilal was spreading his hands like this, and their women started giving their earings, rings and things.’” (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّی يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَلَا إِقَامَةٍ

It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that the Prophet prayed on the day of ‘Eid with no Adhãn and no Iqa’mah. (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ رَجَائٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ و عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ أَخْرَجَ مَرْوَانُ الْمِنْبَرَ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ فَبَدَأَ بِالْخُطْبَةِ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا مَرْوَانُ خَالَفْتَ السُّنَّةَ أَخْرَجْتَ الْمِنْبَرَ يَوْمَ عِيدٍ وَلَمْ يَکُنْ يُخْرَجُ بِهِ وَبَدَأْتَ بِالْخُطْبَةِ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ وَلَمْ يَکُنْ يُبْدَأُ بِهَا فَقَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ قَضَی مَا عَلَيْهِ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ رَأَی مُنْکَرًا فَاسْتَطَاعَ أَنْ يُغَيِّرَهُ بِيَدِهِ فَلْيُغَيِّرْهُ بِيَدِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِلِسَانِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ بِلِسَانِهِ فَبِقَلْبِهِ وَذَلِکَ أَضْعَفُ الْإِيمَانِ

It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed said: “Marwân brought the pulpit out one ‘Eid day and started to deliver the sermon before the prayer. A man stood up and said: ‘0 Commander of the Believers, you have gone against the Sunnah. You have brought the pulpit out on the day of ‘Eid and it was not brought out before, and you started with the sermon before the prayer, when this was not done before.’ Abu Sa’eed said: ‘As for this man, he has done his duty. I heard the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H say: “Whoever among you sees an evil action, and he is able to change it with his hand, then change it with his hand (by taking action); if he cannot, (do so) with his tounge then with his tongue (by speaking out); and if he cannot then with his heart (by hating it and feeling that it is wrong), arid that is the weakest of faith.” (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا حَوْثَرَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ کَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ أَبُو بَکْرٍ ثُمَّ عُمَرُ يُصَلُّونَ الْعِيدَ قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said: “The Prophet P.B.U.H then Abu Bakr, then ‘Umar, used to pray the ‘Eid prayer before delivering the sermon.” (Sahih)
