حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَأَنْ يَجْلِسَ أَحَدُکُمْ عَلَی جَمْرَةٍ تُحْرِقُهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ عَلَی قَبْرٍ

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: "If one of you were to sit on a live coal that burns him, that would be better for him than if he were to sit on a grave."

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ عَنْ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْيَزَنِيِّ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَأَنْ أَمْشِيَ عَلَی جَمْرَةٍ أَوْ سَيْفٍ أَوْ أَخْصِفَ نَعْلِي بِرِجْلِي أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَمْشِيَ عَلَی قَبْرِ مُسْلِمٍ وَمَا أُبَالِي أَوَسْطَ الْقُبُورِ قَضَيْتُ حَاجَتِي أَوْ وَسْطَ السُّوقِ

It was narrated from 'Uqbah bin ' Amir that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: 'If I were to walk on a live coal or a sword, or if T were to sew my shoes to my feet, that would be better for me than walking on the grave of a Muslim. And I see no difference between relieving myself in the midst of the graves or in the middle of the marketplace. " (Da'if)
