حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الَّذِي تَفُوتُهُ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ فَکَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلُهُ وَمَالُهُ

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: “The one who misses the ‘An prayer, it is as if he has been cheated out of his family and his wealth.” (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ح و حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ حَکِيمٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ عَنْ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَبَسَ الْمُشْرِکُونَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّی غَابَتْ الشَّمْسُ فَقَالَ حَبَسُونَا عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْوُسْطَی مَلَأَ اللَّهُ قُبُورَهُمْ وَبُيُوتَهُمْ نَارًا

It was narrated that ‘Abdullâh said: “The idolaters kept the Prophet P.B.U.H from the ‘An prayer until the sun had set. He said: ‘They kept us from performing the middle prayer; may Allah fill their graves and their houses with fire.” (Sahih)
