حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ الْمِصْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَنْبَأَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ السَّائِبَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ وَعُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَاهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْقَارِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ نَامَ عَنْ حِزْبِهِ أَوْ عَنْ شَيْئٍ مِنْهُ فَقَرَأَهُ فِيمَا بَيْنَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ وَصَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ کُتِبَ لَهُ کَأَنَّمَا قَرَأَهُ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ

It was narrated that 'Abdur-Rahman bin"Abdin AI-Qeri said: "I heard 'Umar bin Khattab say: The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: 'Whoever sleeps and misses his daily portion of Qur'an, or any part of it, let him read it between the Fajr prayer and the Zuhr prayer, and it will be recorded as if he had read it during the night." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَمَّالُ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عَبْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَائِ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَتَی فِرَاشَهُ وَهُوَ يَنْوِي أَنْ يَقُومَ فَيُصَلِّيَ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ فَغَلَبَتْهُ عَيْنُهُ حَتَّی يُصْبِحَ کُتِبَ لَهُ مَا نَوَی وَکَانَ نَوْمُهُ صَدَقَةً عَلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ

It was narrated that Abu Darda' conveyed that the Prophet said: "Whoever goes to bed Intending to wake up and pray during the night, but is overwhelmed by sleep until morning comes. What he intended will be recorded for him, and his sleep is a charity given to him by his Lord:' (Sahih)

أَبِي الدَّرْدَائِ ← سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ، ← عَبْدَۃُ بْنُ اَبِیْ لُبَابَۃَ ← حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ← سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَعْمَشِ ← زَائِدَةَ ← الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ ← هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَمَّالُ،
