حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ السَّائِبَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ مَاذَا سَمِعْتَ فِي سُکْنَی مَکَّةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْعَلَائَ بْنَ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ يَقُولُ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثًا لِلْمُهَاجِرِ بَعْدَ الصَّدَرِ

It was narrated that 'Abdur-Rahman bin Humaid Az-Zuhri said: "I asked Saib bin Yazid: 'What have you heard about staying in Makkah?' He said: 'I heard 'Ala' bin Hadrami say: "The Prophet P.B.U.H said: 'Three (days) for the Muhajir after departing (from Mina).' (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَی حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ وَقَرَأْتُهُ عَلَيْهِ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَائٌ حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فِي أُنَاسٍ مَعِي قَالَ قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَکَّةَ صُبْحَ رَابِعَةٍ مَضَتْ مِنْ شَهْرِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ

'Ata' narrated: "Jabir bin Abdullah, who was among the people with me, told me that the Prophet P.B.U.H arrived in Makkah in the morning of the fourth day of Dhul-Hijjah:' (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِکِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ عِکْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ أَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تِسْعَةَ عَشَرَ يَوْمًا يُصَلِّي رَکْعَتَيْنِ رَکْعَتَيْنِ فَنَحْنُ إِذَا أَقَمْنَا تِسْعَةَ عَشَرَ يَوْمًا نُصَلِّي رَکْعَتَيْنِ رَکْعَتَيْنِ فَإِذَا أَقَمْنَا أَکْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِکَ صَلَّيْنَا أَرْبَعًا

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H stayed for nineteen days in which he shortened his prayer to two Rak'oh, So, whenever we stayed for nineteen days we would shorten our prayer to two Rak'ah, but if we stayed more than that we would pray four Rak'ah:" (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يُوسُفَ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الرَّقِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَقَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقَامَ بِمَکَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ لَيْلَةً يَقْصُرُ الصَّلَاةَ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H stayed in Makkah for fifteen nights during the year of the Conquest, (during which time) he shortened his prayer, (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ وَعَبْدُ الْأَعْلَی قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ الْمَدِينَةِ إِلَی مَکَّةَ فَصَلَّی رَکْعَتَيْنِ رَکْعَتَيْنِ حَتَّی رَجَعْنَا قُلْتُ کَمْ أَقَامَ بِمَکَّةَ قَالَ عَشْرًا

Yahya bin Abu Ishâq narrated that Anas said: “We went out with the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H from Al-Madinah to Makkah, during which time we shortened our prayer to two Rak’ah, until we came back.” I asked: “How long did he stay in Makkah?” He said: “Ten (days).” (Sahih)
