حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَمَّارِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ مُؤَذِّنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ يُکَبِّرُ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ فِي الْأُولَی سَبْعًا قَبْلَ الْقِرَائَةِ وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ خَمْسًا قَبْلَ الْقِرَائَةِ

‘Abdur-Rahmân bin Sa’d bin ‘Ammâr bin Sa’d, the Mu’adhdhifl of the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H , narrated from his father, from his father, from his grandfathers that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H used to say the Takbir in the ‘Eid prayer, seven times in the first (Rak’ah) before reciting Qur’ân, and five times in the second before reciting Qur’ân.(Hasan)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَائِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَکِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْلَی عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَبَّرَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْعِيدَيْنِ سَبْعًا وَخَمْسًا

It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, from his father, from his grandfather that the Prophet a said the Takbir seven times and five times in the ‘Eid prayer.(Hasan)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَثْمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا کَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَبَّرَ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ سَبْعًا فِي الْأُولَی وَخَمْسًا فِي الْآخِرَةِ

Kathir bin ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr bin ‘Awf narrated, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said the Takbir in the ‘Rid prayers, seven times in the first Rak’ah and five times in the second. (Hasan)

حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَی حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ وَعُقَيْلٌ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَبَّرَ فِي الْفِطْرِ وَالْأَضْحَی سَبْعًا وَخَمْسًا سِوَی تَکْبِيرَتَيْ الرُّکُوعِ

It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said the Takbir seven and five times in (the prayer for ‘Eid) Fitr and Adha, apart from the Takbir for Ruku’ (bowing). (Hasan)
