حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ بَکْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مَرْحُومُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ قَالَ کُنَّا جُلُوسًا مَعَ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ وَعِنْدَهُ ابْنَةٌ لَهُ فَقَالَ أَنَسٌ جَائَتْ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَرَضَتْ نَفْسَهَا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَلْ لَکَ فِيَّ حَاجَةٌ فَقَالَتْ ابْنَتُهُ مَا أَقَلَّ حَيَائَهَا قَالَ هِيَ خَيْرٌ مِنْکِ رَغِبَتْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَرَضَتْ نَفْسَهَا عَلَيْهِ

Thabit said: "We were sitting with Anas bin Malik, and a daughter of his was with him. Anas said: 'A woman came to the Prophet P.B.U.H and offered herself to him. She said: "0 Messenger of Allah, do YOU have any need of me?''' His daughter said: 'How little modesty she had' He said: 'She was better than you, because she wanted (to marry) the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H, and she offered herself to him.''' (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ جَائَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي فَزَارَةَ إِلَی رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ امْرَأَتِي وَلَدَتْ غُلَامًا أَسْوَدَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَلْ لَکَ مِنْ إِبِلٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَمَا أَلْوَانُهَا قَالَ حُمْرٌ قَالَ هَلْ فِيهَا مِنْ أَوْرَقَ قَالَ إِنَّ فِيهَا لَوُرْقًا قَالَ فَأَنَّی أَتَاهَا ذَلِکَ قَالَ عَسَی عِرْقٌ نَزَعَهَا قَالَ وَهَذَا لَعَلَّ عِرْقًا نَزَعَهُ وَاللَّفْظُ لِابْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "A man from Banu Fazarah came to the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H and said: '0 Messenger of Allah, my wife has given birth to a black boy.' The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: 'Do you have camels?' He said', ''{es.' Be said: 'What color are they?' Be said 'Red. ' He said' . 'Are th grey ones am ere any 'Yes, there aroengthem?' He said: some among them.' He grey ones does that come from? He said: Where 'Perhaps it is hereditary?.' He said: 'Likewise , perhaps this is hereditary." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَادَةُ بْنُ کُلَيْبٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ أَبُو غَسَّانَ عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ بْنِ أَسْمَائَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَادِيَةِ أَتَی النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ امْرَأَتِي وَلَدَتْ عَلَی فِرَاشِي غُلَامًا أَسْوَدَ وَإِنَّا أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ لَمْ يَکُنْ فِينَا أَسْوَدُ قَطُّ قَالَ هَلْ لَکَ مِنْ إِبِلٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَمَا أَلْوَانُهَا قَالَ حُمْرٌ قَالَ هَلْ فِيهَا أَسْوَدُ قَالَ لَا قَالَ فِيهَا أَوْرَقُ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَأَنَّی کَانَ ذَلِکَ قَالَ عَسَی أَنْ يَکُونَ نَزَعَهُ عِرْقٌ قَالَ فَلَعَلَّ ابْنَکَ هَذَا نَزَعَهُ عِرْقٌ

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that a man from the desert people came to the Prophet I and said: “0 Messenger of Allah, my wife has given birth on my bed to a black boy, and there are no black people among my family.” He said: “Do you have camels?” He said: “Yes.” He said: “What color are they?” He said: “Red.” He said: “Are there any black ones among them?” He said, “No.” He said: “Are there any grey ones among them?” He said: “Yes.” He said: “How is that?” He said: “Perhaps it is hereditary.” He said: “Perhaps (the color oO this son of yours is also hereditary.” (Hasan)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ إِنَّ عَبْدَ بْنَ زَمْعَةَ وَسَعْدًا اخْتَصَمَا إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ابْنِ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَوْصَانِي أَخِي إِذَا قَدِمْتُ مَکَّةَ أَنْ أَنْظُرَ إِلَی ابْنِ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ فَأَقْبِضَهُ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ أَخِي وَابْنُ أَمَةِ أَبِي وُلِدَ عَلَی فِرَاشِ أَبِي فَرَأَی النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَبَهَهُ بِعُتْبَةَ فَقَالَ هُوَ لَکَ يَا عَبْدَ بْنَ زَمْعَةَ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَاحْتَجِبِي عَنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: Ibn Zam'ah and Sa'd (Ibn Abu Waqqas) referred a dispute to the Prophet P.B.U.H concerning the son of Zam'ah's slave woman. Sad said: "0 Messenger of Allah, my brother (Utbah bin Abu Waqqas) left instructions in his will that when I come to Makkah, I should look for the son of the slave woman of Zam'ah and take him into my care." 'Abd bin Zam' ah said: "He is my brother and the son of the slave woman of my father; he was born on my father's bed." The Prophet P.B.U.H saw that he resembled 'Utbah, and said: "He belongs to you, 0 'Abd bin Zam'ah, The child is for the bed. Observe Hijab before him, 0 Saudah." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَی بِالْوَلَدِ لِلْفِرَاشِ

It was narrated from 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H ruled that the child belonged to the bed. (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ

It was narrated from Abu Hurairab that the Prophet P.B.U.H said: “The child is for the bed (i.e., belongs to the husband) and the fornicator gets nothing.” (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ

Shurahjil bin Muslim said:"I heard Abu Umamah Al-Bahili say: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H say: "The child is for the bed and the fornicator gets nothing." (Hasan)

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ جُمَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاکٌ عَنْ عِکرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَائَتْ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَسْلَمَتْ فَتَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ قَالَ فَجَائَ زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي قَدْ کُنْتُ أَسْلَمْتُ مَعَهَا وَعَلِمَتْ بِإِسْلَامِي قَالَ فَانْتَزَعَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا الْآخَرِ وَرَدَّهَا إِلَی زَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ

It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that a woman came to the Prophet P.B.U.Hand became Muslim, and a man married her. Then her first husband came and said: "0 Messenger of Allah, I became Muslim with her, and she knew that I was Muslim." So the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H took her away from her second husband and returned her to her first husband. (Da'if)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ وَيَحْيَی بْنُ حَکِيمٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَقَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ عِکْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَدَّ ابْنَتَهُ عَلَی أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ بَعْدَ سَنَتَيْنِ بِنِکَاحِهَا الْأَوَّلِ

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbâs that the Messenger of Allah returned his daughter to Abul-’As bin Rabi’ after two years, on the basis of the first marriage contract, (Da’if)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَدَّ ابْنَتَهُ زَيْنَبَ عَلَی أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ بِنِکَاحٍ جَدِيدٍ

It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H ills returned his daughter Zainab to Abul-’As bin Rabi’, with a new marriage contract, (Da’if)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ إِسْحَقَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ الْقُرَشِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ جُدَامَةَ بِنْتِ وَهْبٍ الْأَسَدِيَّةِ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ قَدْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَنْهَی عَنْ الْغِيَالِ فَإِذَا فَارِسُ وَالرُّومُ يُغِيلُونَ فَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ أَوْلَادَهُمْ وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ وَسُئِلَ عَنْ الْعَزْلِ فَقَالَ هُوَ الْوَأْدُ الْخَفِيُّ

It was narrated that j u d am a h bint Wahb AIAsadiyyah said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah P.U.B.H say: 'I wanted to forbid intercourse with a nursing mother, but then (I saw that) the Persians and the Romans do this, and it does not kill their children.' And I heard him say, when he was asked about coitus interruptus: 'It is the disguised form of burying children alive.''' (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ حَمْزَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ الْمُهَاجِرَ بْنَ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَسْمَائَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ السَّکَنِ وَکَانَتْ مَوْلَاتَهُ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلَادَکُمْ سِرًّا فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ إِنَّ الْغَيْلَ لَيُدْرِکُ الْفَارِسَ عَلَی ظَهْرِ فَرَسِهِ حَتَّی يَصْرَعَهُ

It was narrated from Muhajir bin Abu Muslim, from Asma' bint Yazid bin Sakan, who was his freed slave woman, that she heard the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H say: "Do not kill your children secretly. for by the One in Whose Hand is my soul, intercourse with a breastfeeding woman catches up with people when they are riding their horses (in battle) and wrestles them to the ground. (Da'if)
