[ 20429 ] أخبرناه أبو علي الروذباري أنبأ محمد بن بكر ثنا أبو داود ثنا محمد بن يحيى وسلمة بن شبيب قالا ثنا عبد الرزاق أنبأ محمد بن مسلم ح وأخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ وأبو نصر بن قتادة قالا أنبأ أبو علي الرفاء أنبأ علي بن عبد العزيز المكي ثنا أبو حذيفة ثنا محمد بن مسلم عن عمرو بن دينار عن بن عباس رضى الله تعالى عنهما أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قضى باليمين مع الشاهد قال سلمة في حديثه عن عبد الرزاق قال عمرو في الحقوق وخالفهما من لا يحتج بروايتهم عن محمد بن مسلم فزادوا في إسناده طاوسا ورواه بعضهم من وجه آخر عن عمرو فزاد في إسناده جابر بن زيد ورواية الثقات لا تعلل برواية الضعفاء وروي ذلك من وجه آخر عن بن عباس رضى الله تعالى عنهما
