7589 حدثنا أبو داود السجزي قال ثنا يحيى بن معين ح وحدثنا الصغاني قال أنبأ يحيى بن معين قال ثنا حماد بن خالد عن معاوية ابن صالح عن عبد الرحمن بن جبير بن نفير عن أبيه عن أبي ثعلبة الخشني قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في الصيد ( إذا رميت بسهمك وسميت عليه فغاب عنك ثلاث ليال فكله ما لم ينتن )

7590 حدثنا أبو أمية قثنا أحمد بن حنبل قال ثنا حماد بن خالد الخياط قال ثنا معاوية بن صالح بإسناده ( فغاب ثلاثا ثم أدركته فكله ما لم ينتن ) - * 4 بيان تحريم أكل الصيد من السباع الذي له ناب والدليل على إباحة لحوم السباع الذي ليس له ناب وعلى أن غير السباع إذا كان له ناب جائز أكله - *
