2816 حدثنا بحر بن نصر الخولاني أخبرنا ابن وهب حدثنا معاوية بن صالح عن ربيعة بن يزيد عن قزعة قال أتيت ابا سعيد الخدري وهو يفتي الناس وهو مكثور عليه الناس فانتظرت خلوته حتى خلا فسألته عن صيام رمضان في السفر فقال خرجنا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في رمضان عام الفتح فكان رسول الله يصوم ونصوم حتى بلغ منزلا من المنازل فقال ( إنكم قد دنوتم من عدوكم والفطر أقوى لكم ) فأصبحنا منا الصائم ومنا المفطر قال ثم سرنا فنزلنا منزلا فقال ( إنكم تصبحون عدوكم والفطر أقوى لكم ) فكانت عزيمة من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال أبو سعيد ثم لقد رأيتني أصوم مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعد ذلك

2817 حدثنا يزيد بن عبد الصمد الدمشقي حدثنا أبو مسهر حدثنا سعيد ابن عبد العزيز عن عطية بن قيس الكلاعي عن قزعة عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال ( آذننا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بالرحيل عام الفتح لليليتين خلتا من رمضان فخرجنا صواما حتى بلغنا مر الظهران فآذننا بلقاء العدو وأمرنا بالفطر فأفطرنا جميعا - * 20 باب ذكر الخبر المبين أن الصائم في السفر لا يجوز له أن يعيب المفطر بفطره ولا المفطر أن يعيب الصائم وأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يعب على هؤلاء ولا على هؤلاء والدليل على أن ذلك كان من النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الغزو والحج كليهما - *
