575 - (13) [صحيح موقوف] وعن أبي الدرداءِ رضي الله عنه قال: لا إيمان لمن لا صلاةَ له، ولا صلاةَ لمن لا وُضوءَ له. رواه ابن عبد البَرِّ وغيرُه موقوفاً (2). وقال ابن أبي شيبة: قال النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من ترك الصلاة؛ فقد كفر". وقال محمد بن نصر المروزي: "سمعت إسحاق يقول: صح عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أن تارك الصلاة كافر، (3) وكذلك كان رأي أهل العلم من لدن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أن تارك الصلاة عمداً من غير عذر حتى يذهب وقتها كافر". (4) ورُوي عن حماد بن زيد عن أيوب قال: "ترك الصلاة كفر، لا يختلف فيه". __________ (1) قلت: ورواه ابن أبي شيبة في "كتاب الإيمان" (184/ 2)، والطبراني في "المعجم الكبير" (3/ 19/ 1) بسند حسن. (2) وكذا رواه هبة الله الطبري في "شرح الأصول" (2/ 828/ 1536)، وابن نصر (2/ 903/ 945)، وإسناده صحيح. (3) قلت: لم أره بلفظ (كافر) مرفوعاً من وجه ثابت، وإنما صح بلفظ: ". . . فقد كفر" كما تقدم، وفرق كبير بين اللفظين عند أهل العلم، لا مجال لبيانه هنا. (4) قلت: وزاد ابن عبد البر في "التمهيد" (4/ 226) عن إسحاق: "إذا أبى من قضائها وقال: لا أصلي". ففي قوله هذا ما يشعر أنه لا يصلي عناداً واستكباراً عن الخضوع لله بها، فهو في هذه الحالة ونحوها كافر. وليس كذلك من يقول مثلاً في هذا الزمان الذي عطلت فيها إقامة الحدود الشرعية -حين ينكر عليه ترك الصلاة قال-: الله يتوب علي، والله يعلم أنه صادق فيما يقول،

576 - (14) [حسن موقوف] وعن مصعب بن سعد قال: قلت لأبي: يا أبتاه! أرأيت قوله: {الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ} أيُّنا لا يسهو؟ أيُّنا لا يُحَدِّثُ نفسَه؟ قال: ليس ذلك، إنما هو إضاعة الوقت، يلهو حتى يَضيعَ الوقتُ. رواه أبو يعلى بإسناد حسن.

578 - (16) [صحيح] وعن سمرة بن جندب قال: كان رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مما يُكثِرُ أن يقولَ لأصحابه: "هل رأى أحدٌ منكم من رؤيا؟ "، فيُقصُّ عليه ما (1) شاءَ اللهُ أنْ يُقصَّ، وإنه قال لنا ذاتَ غداةٍ: "إنه أَتاني الليلةَ اثنان، وإنهما ابتَعَثاني، وإنهما قالا لي: انطلقْ، وإني انطلقتُ معهما، وإنا أتينا على رجلٍ مضطجع، وإذا آخرُ قائمٌ عليه بصخرةٍ، وإذا هو يَهوي بالصخرة لرأْسِه فَيَثْلَغُ رأْسَه، فَيَتَدَهْدَهُ الحجرُ، فيأْخذُه، فلا يرجع إليه حتى يَصحِّ رأْسُه كما كان، ثم يعود عليه فيفعل به مثلَ ما فعل المرةَ الأُولى. قال: قلت: سبحان الله! ما هذان؟ قالا لي: انطلق، انطلق. فأَتينا على رجلٍ مستلقٍ على قفَاه، وإذا آخرُ قائمٌ عليه بِكَلُّوب من حَديد، وإذا هو يأتي أحدَ شِقَّيْ وَجهه فَيُشَرشِر شِدْقَه إلى قفاه، ومَنْخَرَه إلى قفاه، وعينَه إلى قفاه، (قال: وربما قال أبو رجاء: فَيَشُقُّ) (1)، قال: ثم يتحول إلى الجانبِ الآخرِ، فيفعل به مثلَ ما فعل بالجانب الأول. قال: فما يفرغُ من ذلك الجانبِ حتى يَصحَّ ذلك الجانبُ كما كان، ثم يعودُ عليه فيفعل [مثلَ ما فعل] (2) المرةَ الأولى. قال: قلت: سبحان الله ما هذان؟ قالا لي: انطلقْ انطلقْ. فانطلقنا، فأتينا على مثل التنور (3) -قال: فأَحسَب أنه كان يقول: -فإذا فيه لَغَطٌ وأصواتٌ. قال: فاطَّلَعنا فيه، فإذا فيه رجالٌ ونساءٌ عُراةٌ، فإذا هم يأتيهم لهبٌ من أسفلَ منهم، فإذا أتاهم ذلك اللهبُ ضَوْضَوْا، قال: قلتُ: ما هؤلاءِ؟ قالا لي: انطلقْ انطلقْ. قال: فانطلقنا، فأتينا على نهرٍ -حسِبتُ أنه كان يقول:- أحمرَ مثلِ الدم، وإذا في النهر رجلٌ سابح، يَسْبَح، وإذا على شطِّ النهر رجل قد جمع عنده حجارةً كثيرةً، وإذا ذلك السابحُ يسبح ما يسبح، ثم يأتي ذلك الذي قد جمع عنده الحجارةَ، فَيَفْغرُ فاه، فيُلْقِمُه حجراً، فينطلقُ فيسبحُ، ثم يرجعُ إليه، كلما رجع إليه فَغَرَ فاه، فألقمه حجراً، قلت لهما: ما هذان؟ قالا لي: انطلق انطلق. فانطلقنا، فأتينا على رجل كريه المَرآة، كأكره ما أنتَ راءٍ رجلاً مَرآةً، وإذا عنده نارٌ يَحُشُّها، ويسعى حولَها، قال: قلت لهما: ما هذا؟ قال: قالا لي: انطلق انطلق. فانطلقنا، فأتينا على روضةٍ مُعْتمةٍ (1) فيها من كل نَوْرِ الربيع، وإذا بين ظهرَي الروضة رجلٌ طويلٌ، لا أكادُ أرى رأسَه طُولاً في السماءِ، وإذا حولَ الرجل من أكثرِ ولدانٍ رأيتهم [قط]، (2) قال: قلت: ما هذا؟ ما هؤلاء؟ قالا لي: انطلق انطلق. فانطلقنا، فأتينا على دوحةٍ (3) عظيمة، لم أرَ دوحةً (4) قط أعظمَ ولا أحسنَ منها، قال: قالا لي: ارقَ فيها، فارتقَيْنا إلى مدينةٍ مبنيةٍ بلَبِنِ ذهبٍ، ولبنِ فضةٍ، فأتينا بابَ المدينةِ، فاستفتحنا، ففُتِحَ لنا، فدخلناها، فتلقانا رجالٌ شطرٌ من خَلقِهم كأحسن ما أنتَ راءٍ، وشطرٌ منهم كأقبح ما أنت راءٍ، قال: قالا لهم: اذهبوا فَقَعوا في ذلك النهر، قال: وإذا نهر معترضٌ يجري كأنَّ ماءَه المحضُ في البياض، فذهبوا، فوقعوا فيه، ثم رجَعوا إلينا قد ذهب ذلك السوء عنهم، فصاروا في أَحسنِ صورةٍ. قال: قالا لي: هذه جنةُ عدنٍ، وهذا منزلُك، قال: فَسَما بصري صُعُداً، فإذا قصرٌ مثلُ الرَّبابةِ (5) البيضاء، قال: قالا لي: هذا منزلُك، قال: قلت لهما: بارك الله فيكما، فذراني فأَدْخلَه، قالا: أما الآن فلا، وأَنت داخِلُه. قال: قلت لهما: فإني [قد] (6) رأيتُ منذ الليلة عجباً، فما هذا الذي رأيتُ؟ قال: قالا لي: إنا سنخبرُك: أما الرجلُ الأولُ الذي أتيتَ عليه يُثْلَغُ رأسُه بالحجر، فإنه الرجل يأخذ القرآنَ فَيرْفُضُه، وينامُ عن الصلاةِ المكتوبِة. وأما الرجلُ الذي أتيتَ عليه يُشَرْشَرُ شِدقُه إلى قفاه، ومنخرُه إلى قفاه، وعينُه إلى قفاه، فإنه الرجلُ يغدو من بيته فيكذب الكِذبةَ تبلغُ الآفاق. وأما الرجالُ والنساءُ العُراةُ الذين هم في مِثلِ بناءِ التنور، فإنهم الزُّناةُ والزَّواني. وأما الرجل الذي أتَيتَ عليه يَسبح في النهر، ويُلقَمُ الحجَر، فإنه آكلُ الربا. وأما الرجلُ الكريهُ المَرآةِ، الذي عند النار يَحُشُّها ويسعى حولَها، فإنه مالكٌ، خازنُ جهنم. وأما الرجل الطويل الذي في الروضةِ، فإنه إبراهيم. وأما الوِلْدان الذين حوله فكلُّ مولودٍ مات على الفطرة". قال: فقال بعض المسلمين: يا رسولَ الله! وأولادُ المشركين؟ فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "وأولادُ المشركين". "وأما القومُ الذين كانوا شطرٌ منهم حسنٌ، وشطرٌ منهم قبيحٌ، فإنهم قومٌ خَلَطوا عملاً صالحاً وآخرَ سيئاً تجاوز الله عنهم". رواه البخاري. وذكرته هنا بتمامه لأحيل عليه فيما يأتي إن شاء الله تعالى. قوله: (يَثْلَغُ رأسه) أي: يشدخ. قوله: (فيتدهده) أي: فيتدحرج. و (الكلوب) بفتح الكاف وضمها وتشديد اللام: هو حديدة معوجة الرأس. وقوله: (يُشَرْشِرُ شدقه) هو بشينين معجمتين، الأولى منهما مفتوحة، والثانية مكسورة، وراءين، الأولى منهما ساكنة، ومعناه: يقطعه ويشقه. و (اللغط) محركاً: هو الصخب والجلبة والصياح. وقوله: (ضَوْضَوا) بفتح الضادين المعجمتين وسكون الواوين: وهو الصياح مع الانضمام والفزع. وقوله: (ففغر فاه) بفتح الفاء والغين المعجمة معاً بعدهما راء، أي: فتحه. وقوله: (يَحُشُّها) هو بالحاء المهملة المضمومة والشين المعجمة، أي: يوقدها. وقوله: (معتمة) أي: طويلة النبات، يقال: اعتمَّ النبت إذا طال. و (النَّور) بفتح النون: هو الزهر. و (المحض) بفتح الميم وسكون الحاء المهملة: هو الخالص من كل شيء. وقوله: (فَسَما بصري صُعُداً) بضم الصاد والعين المهملتين، أي: ارتفع بصري إلى فوق. و (الربابة) هنا: هي السحابة البيضاء. قال أبو محمد بن حزم (1): "وقد جاء عن عُمَرَ، وعبد الرحمن بن عوف، ومعاذ بن جبل، وأبي هريرة، وغيرهم من الصحابة رضي الله عنهم أن من ترك صلاةَ فرضٍ واحدةً متعمداً حتى يخرج وقتها؛ فهو كافر مرتد. ولا نعلم لهؤلاء من الصحابة مخالفاً". (قال الحافظ) عبد العظيم: "قد ذهبتْ جماعة من الصحابة ومن بعدهم إلى تكفير من ترك الصلاة متعمداً لتركها، حتى يخرج جميع وقتها، منهم عمر بن الخطاب، وعبد الله بن مسعود، وعبد الله بن عباس، ومعاذ بن جبل، وجابر بن عبد الله، وأبو الدرداء رضي الله عنهم. ومن غير الصحابة: أحمد بن حنبل، وإسحاق بن راهويه، وعبد الله بن المبارك، والنخعي، والحكم بن عتيبة، وأيوب السختياني، وأبو داود الطيالسي، وأبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، وزهير بن حرب، وغيرهم رحمهم الله تعالى" (1). __________ = فمثله لو أنذر بالقتل إن أبى -يصلي، فليس الكفر هو لمجرد الترك، بل ما اقترن به من العمل الدال على الكفر القلبي، فعليه تحمل أحاديث الباب وآثاره. والله أعلم.
