563 - (1) [صحيح] عن جابرِ بنِ عبد الله رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "بين الرجلِ وبين الكفرِ تركُ الصلاةِ". رواه أحمد، ومسلم وقال: "بينَ الرجلِ وبين الشركِ والكفرِ تركُ الصلاةِ". وأبو داود، والنسائي ولفظه: "ليس بينَ العبدِ وبين الكفرِ إلاَّ تركُ الصلاةِ". والترمذي، ولفظه: قال: "بين الكفر والإيمان تركُ الصلاةِ". وابن ماجه، ولفظه قال: "بين العبد وبين الكفر تركُ الصلاةِ". 564 - (2) [صحيح] وعن بُريدة رضي الله عنه قال: سمعتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "العهدُ الذي بيننا وبينهم الصلاةُ، فمَن تَركها فقد كَفَرَ". رواه أحمد وأبو داود والنسائي والترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح"، وابن ماجه وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم، وقال: "صحيح، ولا نعرف له علة". (2) __________ (1) وبهذا اللفظ عينه رواه أبو داود (4678)؛ خلافاً لما يوهمه صنيع المؤلف. (2) قلت: ووافقه الذهبي (1/ 6)، وهو كما قالا. ولم أجده عند أبي داود، وقد رواه ابن ماجه (1/ 333)، ولم يعزه المِزِّي في "تحفة الأشراف" (1960) لأبي داود.

565 - (3) [صحيح موقوف] وعن عبدِ اللهِ بنِ شَقيق العُقَيْلِيِّ رضي الله عنه قال: كان أصحابُ محمدٍ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لا يَرَونَ شيئاً من الأعمال تركُه كفرٌ؛ غيرَ الصلاة. رواه الترمذي. (1)

567 - (5) [حسن لغيره] وعن أبي الدرداءِ رضي اللهُ عنه قال: أوصاني خليلي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أنْ: "لا تُشرِكْ بالله شيئاً إنْ قُطِّعْتَ أو حُرِّقْتَ، ولا تَتْرُكْ صلاةً مكتوبةً متعمِّداً، فمَن تركها متعمداً فقد بَرِئَتْ منه الذِّمةُ، ولا تَشربِ الخمرَ، فإنّها مفتاحُ كلِّ شَرٍّ". رواه ابن ماجه والبيهقي عن شهر بن حَوشَب عن أم الدرداء عنه. 568 - (6) [حسن لغيره] ورواه [يعني حديث أنس الذي في "الضعيف"] محمد بن نصر في "كتاب الصلاة"، ولفظه: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "بين العبدِ والكفرِ أو الشركِ تركُ الصلاةِ، فإذا ترك الصلاةَ فقد كفر". [صحيح لغيره] ورواه ابن ماجه عن يزيد الرقاشي عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ليسَ بين العبد والشرك إلاَّ تركُ الصلاة، فإذا تَرَكها فقد أشرك". __________ (1) رواه الحاكم (1/ 1) عن عبد الله بن شقيق عن أبي هريرة به، وصححه الحاكم، وقال الذهبي: "وإسناده صالح"، وأقول: فيه قيس بن أنيف، ولم أعرفه. وقد خالفه الترمذي فلم يذكر فيه أبا هريرة، وهو الصواب، لكنّي وجدت له شاهداً عن جابر بن عبد الله بنحوه. أخرجه ابن نصر في "الصلاة" (238/ 1) بسند حسن. وهذا ونحوه محمول على المعاند المستكبر الممتنع من أدائها ولو أنذر بالقتل. كما قال ابن تيمية وابن القيم، انظر رسالتي "حكم تارك الصلاة". (2) أخرجه في "شرح أصول اعتقاد أهل السنة والجماعة" (3 و4/ 822/ 1521) وقال: "إسناد صحيح على شرط مسلم". وهو قريب من لفظ الترمذي (2621) عن جابر: بين الكفر والإيمان ترك الصلاة". (3) قلت: لكن له شواهد عن معاذ وغيره. انظر الحديث الآتي بعده، وقد خرَّجتها في كتابي "إرواء الغليل" (2026).

569 - (7) [حسن لغيره] وعن معاذِ بنِ جبلٍ رضي الله عنه قال: أتى رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رجلٌ فقال: يا رسول الله! علِّمني عملاً إذا أنا عَمِلتُه دخلتُ الجنة. فقال: "لا تُشركْ بالله شيئاً وإنْ عُذِّبْتَ وحُرِّقْتَ، أطع والدَيْكَ وإنْ أخرجاك من مالكَ، ومن كلّ شيءٍ هو لَكَ، ولا تترك الصلاةَ متعمِّداً، فإنّ مَن تركَ الصلاةَ متعمداً، فقد برئت منه ذمةُ الله" الحديث. رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط"، ولا بأس بإسناده في المتابعات.

570 - (8) [حسن لغيره] وعنه قال: أوصاني رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بعشر كلماتٍ، قال: "لا تُشرِكْ بالله شيئاً وإنْ قُتِلتَ وحُرِّقْتَ، ولا تَعُقَّنَّ والدَيْكَ وإنْ أمراك أنْ تخرج من أهلِك ومالِك، ولا تَتْرُكنَّ صلاةً مكتوبةً متعمداً؛ فإنَّ مَن ترك صلاةً مكتوبةً متعمداً؛ فقد بَرِئتْ منه ذِمةُ الله، ولا تشربَنَّ خمراً؛ فإنّه رأسُ كل فاحشة، وإياكَ والمعصيةَ، فإنَّ بالمعصيةِ حَلَّ سخط اللهِ، وإياك والفِرارَ من الزحف، وإنْ هَلَكَ الناسُ، وإنْ أصابَ الناس موت فاثْبُتْ، وأنفِق على أهلك من طَوْلِك، ولا ترفع عنهم عصاك أدباً، وأخِفْهم في اللهِ". رواه أحمد، والطبراني في "الكبير"، وإسناد أحمد صحيح لو سلِم من الانقطاع؛ فإنَّ عبد الرحمن بن جُبَير بن نُفَير لم يسمع من معاذ. (1) __________ (1) قلت: لكن له شواهد يتقوَّى بها، بعضها في "الأدب المفرد" للبخاري و"المجمع" (4/ 216 - 217)، ومنها ما قبله وما بعده. وانظر "الإرواء" (7/ 89 - 91).

571 - (9) [حسن لغيره] وعن أُمَيْمَةَ مولاةِ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قالت: كنت أَصُبُّ على رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَضوءه، فدخل رجلٌ، فقال: أوصني، فقال: "لا تُشرك باللهِ شيئاً وإن قُطِّعتَ وحُرِّقتَ بالنار، ولا تَعصِ والديك، وإن أمراك أنْ تَخلَّى من أهلك ودنياك فَتَخَلَّ، ولا تَشرَبن خَمراً، فإنها مفتاحُ كلِّ شرٍ، ولا تَتْرُكَنَّ صلاةً متعمداً، فمن فعل ذلك؛ فقد برئت منه ذِمة الله وذمة رسوله" الحديث. رواه الطبراني، وفي إسناده يزيد بن سنان الرُّهاوي. 572 - (10) [صحيح] وعن أبي أمامةَ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "لَتُنْقَضَنَّ عُرى الإسلام عُروةً عروةً، فكلما انتقضت عُروةٌ تَشَبَّثَ الناسُ بالتي تليها، فأولُهنَّ نقضاً الحُكْمُ، وآخِرُهُنَّ الصلاةُ". رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه". (2)

573 - (11) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أمّ أيمنَ رضي الله عنها؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لا تتركِ (3) الصلاةَ متعمداً؛ فإنه من ترك الصلاةَ متعمداً؛ فقد برئت منه ذمةُ الله رسولِه". رواه أحمد، والبيهقي، ورجال أحمد رجال الصحيح، إلا أن مكحولاً لم يسمع من أم أيمن. __________ (1) بضم الراء وفتح الهاء نسبة إلى (الرُّها) مدينة من بلاد الجزيرة. وأما (الرَّهاوي) بفتح الراء فنسبة إلى (رَها) بطن من مذحج كما في "اللباب" لابن الأثير. (2) قلت: ورواه أحمد (5/ 251)، والحاكم، وصححه، وفي سنده تحريف خفي على الذهبي، فضعف الحديث من أجله! وإسناد أحمد صحيح. (3) الخطاب لبعض أهله، وهو ثوبان كما في بعض الروايات عند عبد بن حميد في "المنتخب" (3/ 274 - 276)، ونقله الناجي (80 - 81)، وذكر أن من ساق الحديث بلفظ: "لا تتركي" بزيادة ياء التأنيث، فقد وهم، والحديث وإن كان المؤلف قد أعله بالانقطاع، فهو ثابت، لأن له شواهد كثيرة في الأصل هنا وغيره كما تقدم.
