1087 - (1) [حسن] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من وجد سَعةً لأن يضحي فلم يُضَحِّ؛ فلا يحضُرْ مصلانا". رواه الحاكم مرفوعاً هكذا وصححه، وموقوفاً، ولعله أشبه.

1088 - (2) [حسن] وعن أبي هريرة أيضاً رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من باع جلد أضحيته فلا أضحيةَ له". رواه الحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". (قال الحافظ): "في إسناده عبد الله بن عيّاش القِتْبَاني المصري، مختلف فيه، وقد جاء في غير ما حديث عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - النهي عن بيع جلد الأضحية. (2) __________ (1) كتاب (العيدين): تثنية (عيد)، عيد الأضحى وعيد الفطر، مشتق من (العَوْد) لتكرره كل عام أو لعود السرور بعوده. أو لكثرة عوائد الله على عباده فيه. وجمعه (أعياد) بالياء، وإن كان أصله الواو للزومها في الواحد، أو للفرق بينه وبين أعواد الخشب.
