صحیح الترغیب والترھیب #1052

1052 - (1) [صحيح] عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لا يحلُّ لامرأةٍ أنْ تصومَ وزوجها شاهدٌ إلا بإذنه؛ ولا تأذنَ في بيته إلا بإذنه". رواه البخاري ومسلم وغيرهما. [حسن] ورواه أحمد بإسناد حسن (1)، وزاد: "إلا رمضان". [صحيح] وفي بعض روايات أبي داود: "غير رمضان". [صحيح] وفي رواية للترمذي وابن ماجه: "لا تصم المرأة وزوجها شاهدٌ يوماً من غيرِ شهر رمضانَ إلا بإذنه". ورواه ابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما" بنحو الترمذي. __________ (1) قلت: هو كما قال، أخرجه (2/ 444 و476) من طريق موسى بن أبي عثمان عن أبيه عن أبي هريرة، لكنَّه أخرجه (2/ 245) بإسناد آخر صحيح عنه. وبه أخرجه الترمذي وابن ماجه. وهو مخرج في "الإرواء" (7/ 63) و"الصحيحة" (395).
