46 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ ، قال : أخبرني أبو يحيى يعني السمرقندي ، حدثنا محمد بن نصر ، حدثنا عبيد الله بن معاذ ، حدثنا أبي ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن أبي عمران الجوني ، عن أنس بن مالك ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : « يقول الله عز وجل لأهون أهل النار عذابا : لو كان لك الدنيا وما فيها ، أكنت مفتديا بها ؟ فيقول : نعم ، فيقول : قد أردت منك أهون من هذا وأنت في صلب (1) آدم ، أن لا تشرك بي - أحسبه قال - ولا أدخلك النار فأبيت (2) إلا الشرك » رواه مسلم في الصحيح عن عبيد الله بن معاذ ، وأخرجاه من حديث غندر عن شعبة ومن زعم أن جميعهم قالوا : بلى إلا أن من كان في علمه أنه يكذب به إنما قاله كرها يزعم أن قوله : « فأبيت إلا الشرك » يريد به فأبيت الإقرار بالتوحيد طوعا __________ (1) الصلب : المراد : الظهر (2) أبى : رفض وامتنع

47 - أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله الحافظ ، حدثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب ، حدثنا محمد بن إسحاق ، حدثنا حسين بن محمد أبو أحمد ، حدثنا جرير بن حازم ، عن كلثوم بن جبر ، عن سعيد بن جبير ، عن ابن عباس ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : « أخذ الله الميثاق (1) من ظهر آدم عليه السلام بنعمان - يعني عرفة - فأخرج من صلبه (2) كل ذرية (3) ذرأها (4) ثم نثرهم بين يديه كالذر (5) ، ثم كلمهم قبلا قال : ألست بربكم قالوا بلى شهدنا أن تقولوا يوم القيامة إنا كنا عن هذا غافلين أو تقولوا (6) » الآية __________ (1) الميثاق : العهد (2) الصلب : ظهر الإنسان (3) الذُّرِّية : اسمٌ يَجْمعُ نَسل الإنسان من ذَكَرٍ وأنَثَى وقد تطلق على الزوجة (4) ذرأ : خلق وأوجد من العدم (5) الذر : ما يظهر في شعاع الشمس الداخل من النافذة (6) سورة : الأعراف آية رقم : 172

48 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ ، أخبرنا أبو جعفر محمد بن علي بن دحيم الشيباني بالكوفة ، حدثنا أحمد بن حازم الغفاري ، حدثنا عبيد الله بن موسى ، أخبرنا أبو جعفر عيسى بن عبد الله بن ماهان ، عن الربيع بن أنس ، عن أبي العالية ، عن أبي بن كعب ، في قوله عز وجل : « وإذ أخذ ربك من بني آدم من ظهورهم ذريتهم وأشهدهم على أنفسهم (1) إلى قوله : أفتهلكنا بما فعل المبطلون (2) قال : أجمعهم له يومئذ جميعا ما هو كائن إلى يوم القيامة فجعلهم أرواحا ثم صورهم واستنطقهم فتكلموا وأخذ عليهم العهد والميثاق (3) وأشهدهم على أنفسهم ألست بربكم قالوا بلى شهدنا أن تقولوا يوم القيامة إنا كنا عن هذا غافلين أو تقولوا إنما أشرك آباؤنا من قبل وكنا ذرية من بعدهم أفتهلكنا بما فعل المبطلون ، قال : فإني أشهد عليكم السموات السبع والأرضين السبع ، وأشهد عليكم أباكم آدم أن تقولوا يوم القيامة : لم نعلم ، أو تقولوا : إنا كنا عن هذا غافلين . فلا تشركوا بي شيئا ، فإني أرسل إليكم رسلي يذكرونكم عهدي وميثاقي ، وأنزل عليكم كتبي ، فقالوا : نشهد أنك ربنا وإلهنا ، لا رب لنا غيرك ولا إله لنا غيرك ، ورفع لهم أبوهم آدم فنظر إليهم ، فرأى فيهم الغني والفقير وحسن الصورة وغير ذلك ، فقال : رب لو سويت بين عبادك فقال : إني أحب أن أشكر ، ورأى فيهم الأنبياء مثل السرج (4) ، وخصوا بميثاق أخر بالرسالة والنبوة فذلك قوله : وإذ أخذنا من النبيين ميثاقهم ومنك ومن نوح (5) الآية ، وهو قوله : فأقم وجهك للدين حنيفا فطرت الله التي فطر الناس عليها لا تبديل لخلق الله وذلك قوله : هذا نذير من النذر الأولى (6) وقوله : وما وجدنا لأكثرهم من عهد وإن وجدنا أكثرهم لفاسقين (7) وهو قوله : ثم بعثنا من بعده رسلا إلى قومهم فجاءوهم بالبينات فما كانوا ليؤمنوا بما كذبوا به من قبل (8) كان في علمه يوم أقروا بما أقروا به من يكذب به ومن يصدق به »

49 - أخبرنا أبو زكريا بن أبي إسحاق ، أخبرنا أبو عبد الله بن يعقوب ، حدثنا محمد بن عبد الوهاب ، أخبرنا جعفر بن عون ، أخبرنا عبد الرحمن يعني ابن عبد الله ، عن علي بن بذيمة ، عن سعيد بن جبير ، عن ابن عباس ، وإذ أخذ ربك من بني آدم (1) الآية قال : « خلق الله آدم فأخذ ميثاقه أنه ربه ، وكتب أجله ورزقه ومصائبه ثم أخرج من ظهره كالذر فأخذ ميثاقهم (2) أنه ربهم ، وكتب أجلهم وأرزاقهم ومصائبهم » __________ (1) سورة : الأعراف آية رقم : 172 (2) الميثاق : العهد

50 - أخبرنا أبو زكريا بن أبي إسحاق المزكي ، أخبرنا أبو الحسن الطرائفي ، حدثنا عثمان بن سعيد ، حدثنا عبد الله بن صالح ، عن معاوية بن صالح ، عن علي بن أبي طلحة ، عن ابن عباس ، في قوله : وإذ أخذ ربك من بني آدم من ظهورهم ذريتهم (1) قال : « إن الله عز وجل خلق آدم ثم أخرج ذريته من صلبه (2) مثل الذر (3) فقال لهم : من ربكم ؟ قالوا : الله ربنا ، ثم أعادهم في صلبه حتى يولد كل من أخذ ميثاقه لا يزاد فيهم ولا ينقص منهم إلى أن تقوم الساعة » __________ (1) سورة : الأعراف آية رقم : 172 (2) الصلب : ظهر الإنسان (3) الذر : صغار النمل وقيل الذَّرةُ ليس لها وزْنٌ ، ويُرَاد بها ما يُرى في شُعاع الشمس الدَّاخل في النَّافِذَة

51 - أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ ، أخبرنا محمد بن الخليل الأصبهاني ، حدثنا موسى بن إسحاق الأنصاري ، حدثنا منجاب بن الحارث ، حدثنا علي بن المسهر ، عن داود بن أبي هند ، عن أبي العالية ، عن ابن عباس ، في قوله عز وجل : أكفرتم بعد إيمانكم (1) أي : « بعد الإقرار والميثاق (2) بالله عز وجل » وروي ذلك مرفوعا ، والموقوف أصح __________ (1) سورة : آل عمران آية رقم : 106 (2) الميثاق : العهد والذمة والضمان
