أخبرنا أبو بكر بن فورك ، أنا عبد الله بن جعفر ، ثنا يونس بن حبيب ، ثنا أبو داود ، ثنا هشام ، عن يحيى بن أبي كثير ، عن يعلى بن حكيم ، عن سعيد بن جبير ، عن ابن عباس قال في الحرام : يمين يكفرها ، وقال : ! ( لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة ) ! ( 2 ) .

وروينا عن مسلمة بن علقمة ، عن داود بن أبي هند ، عن عامر ، عن مسروق ، عن عائشة قالت : ' آلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من نسائه وحرم فجعل الحرام حلالا ، وجعل في اليمين كفارة ' . أخبرنا علي بن أحمد بن عبدان ، أنا أحمد بن عبيد ، ثنا زكريا بن يحيى الساجي ، ثنا الحسن بن قزعة ، ثنا مسلمة بن علقمة فذكره ( 1 ) ، ورواه غير واحد عن داود فأرسله .

وفي حديث عبيد بن عمير ، عن عائشة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يمكث عند زينب بنت جحش ويشرب عندها عسلا قالت : فتواصيت أنا وحفصة ايتنا ما دخل عليها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فلتقل : إني اجد منك ريح مغافير ، فدخل على إحداهما فقالت ذلك له ، فقال : ' بل شربت عسلا عند زينب ولن أعود له ' فنزلت : ! ( لم تحرم ما أحل الله لك ) ! الآية ( 1 ) . ورواه عروة ، عن عائشة ولم يذكر نزول الآية في ذلك ( 2 ) ، ورواه هشام بن يوسف ، عن ابن جريج ، عن عطاء ، عن عبيد ابن عمير ، عن عائشة ، وقال في الحديث : ' ولن اعود له وقد حلفت فلا تخبري بذلك احدا ' ( 3 ) . وكذلك قاله محمد بن ثور ، عن ابن جريج . وفي حديث ابن أبي مليكة ، عن ابن عباس في هذه القصة : ' والله لا اشربه ' .

أخبرنا علي بن أحمد بن عبدان ، أنا أحمد بن عبيد الصفار ، ثنا العباس بن الفضل الاسفاطي ، ثنا مسدد ، ثنا يحيى ، عن أبي عامر الخزار ، وحدثني ابن أبي مليكة ، عن ابن عباس قال : كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يشرب من شراب ، يعني عند امرأة من سنان ، يعني من العسل ، فدخل على عائشة فقالت : إني اجد منك ريحا ، ثم دخل على حفصة فقالت : إني اجد منك ريحا فقال : ' إني اراه من شراب شربته عند فلانة والله لا اشربه ' فنزلت هذه الآية : ! ( يا أيها النبي لم تحرم ما أحل الله لك ) ! ( 1 ) .
