1152) وَذكر من طَرِيق التِّرْمِذِيّ، عَن جَعْفَر بن خَالِد بن سارة، عَن أَبِيه، عَن عبد الله بن جَعْفَر، حَدِيث: " اصنعوا لآل جَعْفَر طَعَاما؛ فَإِنَّهُ / قد جَاءَهُم مَا يشغلهم ". وَأتبعهُ أَن قَالَ: جَعْفَر ثِقَة، وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيّ: هَذَا حَدِيث حسن. كَذَا قَالَ، وَلم يبين لم لَا يَصح، وَذَلِكَ أَن خَالِد بن سارة لَا تعرف حَاله، وروى عَنهُ ابْنه، وَعَطَاء بن أبي رَبَاح، قَالَه البُخَارِيّ. وَأَهْمَلَهُ ابْن أبي حَاتِم كَسَائِر من يجهل أَحْوَالهم. وَلَا أعلم لَهُ إِلَّا حديثين، هَذَا أَحدهمَا.

1154) وَذكر من طَرِيق التِّرْمِذِيّ عَن ابْن مَسْعُود، عَن النَّبِي - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم َ -: " إيَّاكُمْ والنعي؛ فَإِن النعي من عمل الْجَاهِلِيَّة ". ثمَّ قَالَ: ويروى مَوْقُوفا على عبد الله، وَالْمَوْقُوف أصح. لم يزدْ على هَذَا، وَهُوَ كَمَا نقُوله عَنهُ دائبين أَنه لَا يذكر من التَّعْلِيل إِلَّا مَا يجد لغيره، كَيفَ مَا كَانَ، وَرُبمَا تغير فِي نَقله. وَبَيَان أَمر هَذَا الحَدِيث، هُوَ أَنه يرويهِ مَيْمُون، أَبُو حَمْزَة القصاب، عَن إِبْرَاهِيم، عَن عَلْقَمَة، عَن عبد الله، ثمَّ اخْتلف الروَاة عَنهُ: فَمنهمْ من يَقُول: عَن النَّبِي - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم َ -: هَكَذَا يَقُول عَنْبَسَة بن سعيد بن الضريس، أَبُو بكر الْأَسدي قَاضِي الرّيّ - وَهُوَ أحد الثِّقَات - عَن مَيْمُون أبي حَمْزَة. وَمِنْهُم من يقفه على ابْن مَسْعُود، وَلَا يذكر النَّبِي - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم َ -. هَكَذَا يَقُول سُفْيَان الثَّوْريّ عَن مَيْمُون الْمَذْكُور، فَذكر أَبُو عِيسَى الرِّوَايَتَيْنِ، وَقَالَ فِي رِوَايَة الثَّوْريّ: إِنَّهَا أصح، على مَذْهَب لَهُ مَعْرُوف، فِي حَدِيث يرْوى تَارَة مَرْفُوعا / وَتارَة مَوْقُوفا، أَو تَارَة مُسْندًا، وَتارَة مُرْسلا. ثمَّ أتبعه أَبُو عِيسَى أَن قَالَ: وَأَبُو حَمْزَة، هُوَ مَيْمُون الْأَعْوَر، وَلَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيّ عِنْد أهل الحَدِيث. وَقد تقدم لأبي مُحَمَّد تَضْعِيفه فِي حَدِيث:

1155) " يَا أَفْلح، ترب وَجهك ". فَكَانَ هَذَا من التِّرْمِذِيّ بَيَان ضعف هَذَا الحَدِيث مَرْفُوعا أَو مَوْقُوفا. " فَمَعْنَى قَوْله إِذن فِي الْمَوْقُوف: " إِنَّه أصح "، لَيْسَ أَنه صَحِيح وصحيح، وَأَحَدهمَا أرجح، بل مَعْنَاهُ كَمَا يُقَال: {أَصْحَاب الْجنَّة يَوْمئِذٍ خير مُسْتَقرًّا} و " الْعَسَل أحلى من الْخلّ ". فَترك أَبُو مُحَمَّد التَّنْبِيه على كَونه من رِوَايَة أبي حَمْزَة، فتسرد من قَوْله: " الْمَوْقُوف أصح " أَنَّهُمَا جَمِيعًا بِإِسْنَاد صَحِيح، وَلَكِن أَحدهمَا أرجح. وَترك أَيْضا مِنْهُ أمرا آخر، وَهُوَ أَن يذكر الْإِسْنَاد الصَّحِيح لهَذَا الْخَبَر عِنْد التِّرْمِذِيّ نَفسه من رِوَايَة حُذَيْفَة. وسنذكره (إِن شَاءَ الله تَعَالَى) فِي بَاب الْأَحَادِيث الَّتِي أوردهَا على أَنَّهَا صَحِيحَة، وَهِي ضَعِيفَة، وَلها طرق صَحِيحَة. 1156) وَذكر من طَرِيق مُسلم حَدِيث " الْمحرم الَّذِي وقصته رَاحِلَته ". ثمَّ قَالَ: وَقَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيّ فِي هَذَا الحَدِيث: " خمروهم وَلَا تشبهوا باليهود ". رَوَاهُ من حَدِيث عَليّ بن عَاصِم، عَن ابْن جريج، عَن عَطاء، عَن ابْن عَبَّاس، وَالصَّحِيح مَا تقدم. انْتهى مَا أورد. وَقد أبرز مَوضِع علته، وَهُوَ عَليّ بن عَاصِم، وَلكنه لم يبين ضعفه لمن لَا يُعلمهُ، وَهُوَ عِنْدهم ضَعِيف، كَانَ يكثر غلطه، وَكَانَ فِي لجاج، وَلم يكن مُتَّهمًا، قَالَه ابْن حَنْبَل. وَقَالَ ابْن معِين: " لَيْسَ بِثِقَة ". قَالَ ابْن أبي خَيْثَمَة: قيل ليحيى بن معِين: إِن أَحْمد بن حَنْبَل، يَقُول فِيهِ: ثِقَة، قَالَ: لَا، وَالله مَا كَانَ عِنْده قطّ ثِقَة، وَلَا حدث عَنهُ بِحرف قطّ، فَكيف صَار عِنْده الْيَوْم ثِقَة. قَالَ ابْن أبي خَيْثَمَة: [قَالَ أبي] : مَا عتبت عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا أَنه كَانَ يغلط، فيلج، ويستصغر أَصْحَابه. قَالَ: وَلم يحدث عَنهُ أبي بِشَيْء.

1157) وَلما ذكر التِّرْمِذِيّ حَدِيث: " من عزى مصابا فَلهُ مثل / أجره ". قَالَ: يُقَال أَكثر مَا ابْتُلِيَ بِهِ عَليّ بن عَاصِم هَذَا الحَدِيث، نقموا عَلَيْهِ. وَقَالَ يزِيد / بن زُرَيْع: أفادني عَليّ بن عَاصِم، عَن خَالِد الْحذاء، وَعَن هِشَام بن حسان أَحَادِيث، فأنكراها ومعا عرفاها. وَقَالَ أَبُو زرْعَة: " إِنَّه تكلم بِكَلَام سوء "، وَلم يفسره، وَذكر ذَلِك عَنهُ أَبُو مُحَمَّد بن أبي حَاتِم فِي بَاب مُحَمَّد بن مُصعب. واعترى أَبَا مُحَمَّد فِي هَذَا الحَدِيث - مَعَ مَا ذَكرْنَاهُ من إِجْمَال علته - أَنه أوهم بإيراده إِيَّاه - إِثْر حَدِيث " الَّذِي وقصته رَاحِلَته " - أَنه فِيهِ. وَلَيْسَ كَذَلِك، تِلْكَ قصَّة مَخْصُوصَة، وَهَذَا عَام فِي الْمحرم يَمُوت. (

أَبُو زرْعَة: إِنَّه تكلم بِكَلَام سوء وَلم يفسره، ← هِشَام بن حسان أَحَادِيث، فأنكراها ومعا عرفاها. ← خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ ← يزِيد بن زُرَيْع: أفادني عَليّ بن عَاصِم، ← يُقَال أَكثر مَا ابْتُلِيَ بِهِ عَليّ بن عَاصِم هَذَا الحَدِيث، نقموا عَلَيْهِ. ← التِّرْمِذِيّ حَدِيث: من عزى مصابا فَلهُ مثل أجره ← وَلِمَا

1158) قَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيّ: حَدثنَا أَبُو بكر النَّيْسَابُورِي، حَدثنَا مُحَمَّد بن عَليّ السَّرخسِيّ، حَدثنَا عَليّ بن عَاصِم، عَن ابْن جريج، عَن عَطاء، عَن ابْن عَبَّاس، عَن النَّبِي - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم َ - فِي الْمحرم يَمُوت فَقَالَ: " خمروهم وَلَا تشبهوا باليهود ". وَقد جَاءَ هَذَا الحَدِيث بأعم من هَذَا اللَّفْظ، وَأَصَح من هَذَا الطَّرِيق. وَهُوَ مَا ذكر الدَّارَقُطْنِيّ، قَالَ: حَدثنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِم بن منيع حَدثنَا عبد الرَّحْمَن ابْن صَالح الْأَزْدِيّ، حَدثنَا حَفْص بن غياث، عَن ابْن جريج، عَن عَطاء، عَن ابْن عَبَّاس قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُول الله - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم َ -: " خمروا وُجُوه مَوْتَاكُم، وَلَا تشبهوا باليهود ". عبد الرَّحْمَن بن صَالح الْأَزْدِيّ، الْبَغْدَادِيّ - جَار عَليّ بن الْجَعْد - صَدُوق، قَالَه أَبُو حَاتِم الرَّازِيّ وَسَائِر الْإِسْنَاد لَا يسْأَل عَنهُ.
