1373 - (7) [ضعيف] وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: "نهى رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - عَنِ التحْريشِ بينَ البَهائمِ". رواه أبو داود والترمذي متصلاً ومرسلاً عن مجاهد، وقال في المرسل: "هو أصح".

1374 - (8) [ضعيف] وعن رافع بن مُكَيْثٍ -وكان مِمَّنْ شهِدَ الحدَيْبِيَةَ رضي الله عنه-؛ أنَّ النبيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "حُسْنُ المَلَكَةِ نَماءٌ، وسوء الخُلُقِ شُؤْمٌ". رواه أحمد وأبو داود عن بعض بني رافع بن مكيث، ولم يسمَّه عنه. ورواه أبو داود أيضاً عن الحارث بن رافع بن مكيث عن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - مرسلاً.

1375 - (9) [ضعيف] وعن أبي بكرٍ اِلصديقِ قال: قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لا يدخُلُ الجنَّةَ سيّىء المَلَكَةِ". قالوا: يا رسولَ الله! أليسَ أَخْبَرْتَنَا أنَّ هذه الأمَّةَ أكثَرُ الأُمَمِ مَمْلوكينَ ويتَامَى؟ قال: "نعم، فأكْرِموهُم كَكَرامَةِ أولادِكُمْ، وأْطِعمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلونَ". قالوا: فما يَنْفَعُنا مِنَ الدنيا؟ قال: "فَرَسٌ تربِطُه تقاتِلُ عليه في سبيلِ الله، مَمْلوكُكَ يكْفيكَ، فإذا صلَّى فَهُو أخوكَ، [فإذا صلَّى فهو أخوكَ] ". رواه أحمد وابن ماجه والترمذي مقتصراً على قوله: "لا يدخل الجنة سيىء الملكة"، وقال: "حديث حسن غريب، وقد تكلم أيوب السختياني في فرقد السبخي من قبل حفظه". ورواه أبو يعلى والأصبهاني أيضاً مختصراً، وقال: "قال أهل اللغة: سيىء الملكة: إذا كان سيىء الصنيعة إلى مماليكه".

1376 - (10) [ضعيف] وعن زيدٍ بنِ حارِثَة رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال في حَجَّةِ الوَدَاعِ: "أرِقَّاؤكُم، أرِقَّاؤكُم، أَطْعِموهُم مِمَّا تأكُلونَ، واكْسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تلْبَسون، فإنْ جاؤا بذَنْبٍ لا تريدون أنْ تَغْفِروا، فَبيعوا عبادَ الله ولا تُعَذِّبوهُمْ". رواه أحمد والطبراني من رواية عاصم بن عبيد الله، وقد مشاه بعضهم، وصحح له الترمذي والحاكم، ولا يضر في المتابعات.

1377 - (11) [ضعيف جداً] ورُويَ عنْ حُذَيْفَةَ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "الغَنَمُ بَركةٌ على أهْلِها، والإبلُ عِزٌّ لأهلِها، والخيلُ مَعْقودٌ في نواصيها الخيرُ، والعبدُ أخوكَ فأحْسِنْ إليه، وإنْ رأيته مَغْلوباً فأَعِنْهُ". رواه الأصبهاني.

1378 - (12) [ضعيف] وعن عمرو بن حريثٍ (1) رضي الله عنهما؛ أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "ما خَفَّفْتَ عن خادِمِك من عمله؛ كان لك أجراً في موازينِك". رواه أبو يعلى، وابن حبان في "صحيحه". (قال الحافظ): "وعمرو بن حريث؛ قال ابن معين: لم يرَ النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم -. والذي عليه الجمهور أن له صحبةً. وقيل: قُبِضَ النبيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وهو ابن اثنتي عشرة سنة، وروى عن أبي بكر، وابن مسعود، وغيرهم من الصحابة".

1379 - (13) [ضعيف] وعَنْ أمِّ سلَمَة رضي الله عنها قالتْ: كانَ رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - في بيتي، وكان بيده سِواكٌ، فدعا وَصيفَةً له -أوْ لَها-[فأبطأت] حتَّى اسْتبانَ الغَضَبُ في وَجْهِهِ، وخَرَجتْ أمُّ سَلَمة إلى الحُجُراتِ، فوجَدتِ الوَصيفةَ وهي تَلْعَبُ بِبَهْمَةٍ، فقالتْ: ألا أراكِ تلعبينَ بهذه البَهْمَة ورسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يدعوكِ، فقالتْ: لا والَّذي بعثَكَ بالحقِّ ما سمِعْتُكَ، فقالَ رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لولا خَشيةُ القَوَدِ؛ لأوْجَعْتُكِ بهذا السواكِ". رواه أبو يعلى (1) بأسانيد أحدها جيد (2)، واللفظ له. ورواه الطبراني بنحوه.

1381 - (15) [ضعيف] وعن جُنادَةَ بن جَرادَةَ أحدِ بني غَيْلانَ بْنِ جُنادَةَ رضي الله عنه قال: أتَيْتُ النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - بإبِل قد وَسَمْتُها في أنْفِها، فقال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "يا جُنادَةُ! فما وَجدْتَ عُضْواً تَسِمُه إلا في الوَجْهِ؟! أَمَا إنَّ أمامَك القِصاصَ". فقال: أمْرُها إليكَ يا رسولَ الله! " الحديث. رواه الطبراني (3).

1382 - (1) [ضعيف] وعن خريم بن فاتكٍ رضي الله عنه قال: صلَّى رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - صلاةَ الصبح، فلمّا انْصرفَ قام قائِماً فقال: "عَدَلَتْ شهادَةُ الزورِ الإشراكَ بالله" -ثلاثَ مراتٍ-. ثُمَّ قَرَأَ: {فَاجْتَنِبُوا الرِّجْسَ مِنَ الْأَوْثَانِ وَاجْتَنِبُوا قَوْلَ الزُّورِ. حُنَفَاءَ لِلَّهِ غَيْرَ مُشْرِكِينَ بِهِ} ". رواه أبو داود واللفظ له، والترمذي وابن ماجه.

1384 - (3) [موضوع] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لنْ تزولَ قدمُ شاهدِ الزورِ حتَّى يوجِبَ الله له النارَ". رواه ابن ماجه، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد" (1). [منكر] ورواه الطبراني في "الأوسط"، ولفظه: عن رسولِ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "إنَّ الطيرَ لَتضْرِبُ بِمناقيرِها، وتُحَرِّكُ أذْنابَها مِنْ هولِ يومِ القيامَةِ؛ وما يَتَكَلَّمَ بِهِ شاهِدُ الزورِ، ولا يُفارِقُ قَدماه على الأرْض؛ حتَّى يُقْذَفَ بِهِ في النارِ".
