1285 - (1) [ضعيف] وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: "نهى رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - عنِ اخْتِناثِ الأسْقِيَةِ". وأَنَّ رجُلاً بعدَ ما نَهى رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - عَنْ ذلك، قامَ مِنَ الليلِ إلى سِقاءٍ فاخْتَنَثهُ؛ فَخرجَتْ عليه منه حَيَّةٌ". رواه ابن ماجه من طريق زمعة بن صالح عن سلمة بن وهرام، وبقية إسناده ثقات. (خَنَثَ) السقاء واختنثه: إذا كسر فمه إلى خارج فشرب منه.

1286 - (2) [ضعيف] وعن عيسى بن عبد الله بن أُنَيسٍ عن أبيهِ: أنَّ النبيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - دعا بإداوَةٍ يومَ أُحُدٍ فقال: "اخْتَنِثْ فَمَ الإداوَةِ ثُمَّ اشْرَبْ مِنْ فيها". رواه أبو داود عن عبيد (1) الله بن عمر عنه، ومن طريقه البيهقي وقال: "الظاهر أن خبر النهي كان بعد هذا". (قال الحافظ): "ورواه الترمذي أيضاً وقال: "ليس إسناده بصحيح، عبد الله بن عمر يضعف في الحديث، ولا أدري سمع من عيسى أم لا؟ ". والله أعلم".
