أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَشَّارٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ , بِالْبَصْرَةِ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَحْمَوَيْهِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْبَهْرَانِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ , وَأَبُو الْيَمَانِ , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيزُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَوْفٍ الْجُرَشِيُّ , عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِ يكَرِبٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " أَلَا إِنِّي أُوتِيتُ الْكِتَابَ وَمِثْلَهُ مَعَهُ , أَلَا إِنِّي قَدْ أُوتِيتُ الْقُرْآنَ وَمِثْلَهُ , أَلَا يُوشِكُ رَجُلٌ شَبْعَانُ عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ يَقُولُ: عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذَا الْقُرْآنِ , فَمَا وَجَدْتُمْ فِيهِ مِنْ حَلَالٍ فَأَحِلُّوهُ , وَمَا وَجَدْتُمْ فِيهِ مِنْ حَرَامٍ فَحَرِّمُوهُ , أَلَا لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ لَحْمُ الْحِمَارِ الْأَهْلِيِّ , وَلَا كُلُّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ , وَلَا لُقْطَةٌ مِنْ مَالِ مُعَاهَدٍ , إِلَّا أَنْ يَسْتَغْنِيَ عَنْهَا صَاحِبُهَا "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ الْمُعَدِّلُ , قَالَ: أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ الرَّزَّازُ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزِّبْرِقَانِ، أنا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الْمِقْدَامَ بْنَ مَعْدِ يكَرِبٍ الْكِنْدِيَّ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَّ حَرَّمَ أَشْيَاءَ , فَذَكَرَ الْحُمُرَ الْإِنْسِيَّةَ ثُمَّ قَالَ: " يُوشِكُ رَجُلٌ مُتَّكِئٌ عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ يُحَدَّثُ بِالْحَدِيثِ مِنْ حَدِيثِي فَيَقُولُ: بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ , فَمَا وَجَدْنَا حَلَالًا أَحْلَلْنَاهُ , وَمَا وَجَدْنَا حَرَامًا حَرَّمْنَاهُ , أَلَا وَإِنَّ مَا حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَّ مِثْلُ مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ، أنا مُكْرَمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ الْقَاضِي، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ بُرْدٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ , قَالَ: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ الطَّبَّاعِ , قَالَ: ثنا أَشْعَثُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَرْطَأَةُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ , قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ حَكِيمَ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ , يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ , أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَّ نَزَلَ خَيْبَرَ وَمَعَهُ مَنْ مَعَهُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ , وَمَكَرَ صَاحِبُ خَيْبَرَ مَكْرًا مَارِدًا فَأَقْبَلَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَّ فَقَالَ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ , أَلَكُمْ أَنْ تَذْبَحُوا حُمُرَنَا وَتَأْكُلُوا بَقَرَنَا وَتَضْرِبُوا نِسَاءَنَا وَتَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتَنَا , فَغَضِبَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَّ , فَقَالَ: " يَا ابْنَ عَوْفٍ , قُمْ فَارْكَبْ فَرَسَكَ , فَنَادِ فِي النَّاسِ: أَلَا إِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لَا تَحِلُّ إِلَّا لمُؤْمِنٍ , وَأَنِ اجْتَمِعُوا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ " فَاجْتَمَعُوا فَصَلَّى بِهِمُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَّ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَقَالَ: «بِحَسْبِ امْرِئٍ قَدْ شَبِعَ وَبَطِنَ وَهُوَ مُتَّكِئٌ عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ , لَا يَظُنُّ أَنَّ لِلَّهِ حَرَامًا إِلَّا مَا فِي الْقُرْآنِ , وَإِنِّي وَاللَّهِ قَدْ حَرَّمْتُ وَنَهَيْتُ وَوَعَظْتُ بِأَشْيَاءَ إِنَّهَا لَمِثْلُ الْقُرْآنِ أَوْ أَكْثَرُ , لَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ كُلَّ ذِي نَابٍ , وَلَا الْحُمُرَ الْأَهْلِيَّةَ وَلَا أَنْ تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ [ص:10] إِلَّا بِإِذْنٍ , وَلَا أَكْلَ أَمْوَالِهِمْ إِلَّا مَا طَابُوا بِهِ نَفْسًا , وَلَا ضَرْبَ نِسَائِهِمْ إِذَا أَعْطَوُا الَّذِي عَلَيْهِمْ»
