وبه عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت : دخل علي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وعندي امرأة ، فقال : « ما هذه ؟ » ، قلت : لا تنام الليل ، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « مه (1) عليكم من الأعمال ما تطيقون فإن الله لا يمل حتى تملوا وإن أحب الدين إلى الله ما يدوم عليه صاحبه »

حدثنا عبيد الله بن سعد ، ثنا عمي ، ثنا أبي ، عن ابن إسحاق ، حدثني هشام بن عروة ، عن أبيه ، عن عائشة ، رضي الله عنها قالت : مرت برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الخولاء بنت تويت فقيل له : يا رسول الله إنها تصلي بالليل صلاة كثيرة فإذا غلبها النوم ارتبطت بحبل فتعلقت به ، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « بل تصلي ما قويت على الصلاة فإذا نعست فلتنم »

حدثنا يحيى بن يحيى ، أخبرنا هشيم ، عن حميد ، عن أنس ، رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم دخل المسجد فإذا حبل ممدود بين أسطوانتين (1) فقال : « ما هذا ؟ » ، قالوا : فلانة تصلي فإذا غلبت استراحت على هذا الحبل ، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « تصلي ما نشطت فإذا غلبت فلتنم »

حدثنا إسحاق ، أخبرنا عبد الرزاق ، أخبرنا معمر ، عن همام بن منبه ، عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : « إذا قام أحدكم من الليل فاستعجم (1) القرآن على لسانه فلم يدر ما يقول فليضطجع »
