حدثنا إسحاق ، ومحمد بن يحيى ، قالا ثنا أبو عامر العقدي ، عن شعبة ، عن عمرو بن عامر ، قال : سمعت أنس بن مالك ، رضي الله عنه يقول : « كان المؤذن يؤذن على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لصلاة المغرب فيبتدر (1) لباب (2) أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم السواري (3) يصلون الركعتين قبل المغرب حتى يخرج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وهم يصلون » زاد محمد بن يحيى قال : وكان بين الأذان والإقامة يسير وعن المختار بن فلفل ، قال : سألت أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه قلت : هل من صلاة بعد العصر ؟ قال : « لا ، حتى تغيب الشمس . قلت : فإذا غابت ؟ قال : ركعتين . قلت : قبل الصلاة ؟ قال : نعم . قلت : هل رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ؟ قال : لا . قلت : فهل رآكم تصلونها ؟ قال : نعم . قلت : أكان أمركم بهما ؟ قال : لا ، ولا نهانا عنهما ، كان إذا أذن المؤذن قام أحدنا فصلى ركعتين » وعن ثابت ، عن أنس رضي الله عنه : كان أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يبتدرون السواري إذا أذن المؤذن لصلاة المغرب يصلون الركعتين قبل المغرب وعن ثابت ، عن أنس رضي الله عنه : « كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يخرج إلينا بعد غروب الشمس قبل صلاة المغرب فيرانا نصلي فلا ينهانا ولا يأمرنا » وفي رواية : إن كان المؤذن ليؤذن فيتبادر ناس من أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم السواري ، فيصلون ركعتين ، فما يعاب ذلك عليهم وفي أخرى : « كنا بالمدينة إذا أذن بالمغرب ابتدر القوم السواري يصلون ركعتين حتى أن الغريب ليدخل المسجد فيرى أن الصلاة قد صليت من كثرة من يصليها » وفي أخرى : « ثم إذا صليت العصر فلا تصل حتى تغرب الشمس . فإذا غربت الشمس فصل ركعتين . فإن أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كذلك كانوا يفعلون » وعن أبي الخير : رأيت أبا تميم الجيشاني رحمه الله يركع الركعتين حين يسمع أذان المغرب . فأتيت عقبة بن عامر الجهني رضي الله عنه فقلت له : لا أعجبك من أبي تميم الجيشاني عبد الله بن مالك رحمه الله يركع ركعتين قبل المغرب وأنا أريد أن أغمصه . فقال عقبة رضي الله عنه : إنما كنا نفعله على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فما يمنعك الآن ؟ قال : الشغل « وعن عبد الرحمن بن عوف رضي الله عنه قال : » كنا نركعهما إذا زاحمنا بين الآذان والإقامة في المغرب « وعن زر رحمه الله : قدمت المدينة فلزمت عبد الرحمن بن عوف رضي الله عنه وأبي بن كعب رضي الله عنه ، » فكانا يصليان ركعتين قبل صلاة المغرب لا يدعان ذلك « وعن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى : أدركت أصحاب محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وهم يصلون عند كل تأذين » وعن رغبان رحمه الله مولى حبيب بن مسلمة قال : لقد رأيت أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يهبون إليهما كما يهبون إلى المكتوبة « يعني : الركعتين قبل المغرب . وعن راشد بن يسار : » أشهد على خمسة ممن بايع تحت الشجرة أنهم كانوا يصلون ركعتين قبل المغرب «

مختصر [قيام الليل وقيام رمضان وكتاب الوتر] · مختصر قيام الليل ‹ باب الركعتين قبل المغرب · حديث 42

وعن يحيى بن أيوب حدثني ابن طاوس ، عن أبيه طاوس : أن أبا أيوب الأنصاري صلى مع أبي بكر رضي الله عنه بعد غروب الشمس قبل الصلاة ثم لم يصل مع عمر رضي الله عنه ثم صلى مع عثمان فذكر له ذلك . فقال : « إني صليت مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، ثم صليت مع أبي بكر رضي الله عنه ، وفرقت (1) من عمر رضي الله عنه فلم أصل معه ، وصليت مع عثمان رضي الله عنه أنه لين » قال محمد بن نصر : وهذا عندي وهم . إنما الحديث في الركعتين بعد العصر لا في الركعتين قبل المغرب ، لأن المعروف عن عمر رضي الله عنه أنه كان ينكر ركعتين بعد العصر ويضرب عليهما . فأما الركعتان قبل المغرب فلا ، وقد رواه معمر عن ابن طاوس على ما قلنا وهو أحفظ من يحيى بن أيوب وأثبت وعن خالد بن معدان أنه كان يركع ركعتين بعد غروب الشمس قبل صلاة المغرب لم يدعهما حتى لقي الله . وكان يقول : أن أبا الدرداء رضي الله عنه كان يركعهما ويقول : « لا أدعهما وإن ضربت بالسياط وقال عبد الله بن عمرو الثقفي : » رأيت جابر بن عبد الله يصلي ركعتين قبل المغرب « . وعن يحيى بن سعيد أنه صحب أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه إلى الشام فلم يكن يترك ركعتين عند كل أذان » . وسئل سعيد بن المسيب رحمه الله عن الركعتين قبل المغرب . فقال : « ما رأيت فقيها يصليهما ليس سعد بن مالك » وفي رواية : كان المهاجرون لا يركعون الركعتين قبل المغرب وكانت الأنصار يركعونهما . وكان أنس رضي الله عنه يركعهما . وعن مجاهد رحمه الله ، قالت الأنصار : « لا نسمع أذانا إلا قمنا فصلينا » وعن الحسن بن محمد بن الحنفية رحمه الله أنه يقول : إن عند كل أذان ركعتين « . وسئل قتادة عن الركعتين قبل المغرب . فقال : كان أبو برزة رضي الله عنه يصليهما » وسأل رجل ابن عمر رضي الله عنه فقال : ممن أنت ؟ قال : من أهل الكوفة . قال : « من الذين يحافظون على ركعتي الضحى . فقال : وأنتم تحافظون على الركعتين قبل المغرب . فقال ابن عمر رضي الله عنه : كنا نحدث أن أبواب السماء تفتح عند كل أذان » وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنه : « صلاة الأوابين ما بين الأذان وإقامة المغرب » وعن سويد بن غفلة رحمه الله : « كنا نصلي الركعتين قبل المغرب وهي بدعة ابتدعناها في إمرة عثمان » وعن عبد الله بن بريدة رضي الله عنه ، كان يقال : « ثلث صلوات صلاة الأوابين وصلاة المنيبين وصلاة التوابين . صلاة الأوابين ركعتان قبل صلاة الصبح ، وصلاة المنيبين صلاة الضحى ، وصلاة التوابين ركعتان قبل المغرب » ، وكان عبد الله بن بريدة رضي الله عنه ، ويحيى بن عقيل يصليان قبل المغرب ركعتين . وعن الحكم رحمه الله : رأيت عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى يصلي قبل المغرب ركعتين . وسئل الحسن رحمه الله عنهما . فقال : « حسنتان والله جميلتان لمن أراد الله بهما » وعن سعيد بن المسيب رحمه الله : « حق على كل مؤمن إذا أذن أن يركع ركعتين » ، وكان الأعرج رحمه الله وعامر بن عبد الله بن الزبير رحمه الله يركعهما . وأوصى أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه ولده أن لا يدعوهما وعن مكحول رحمه الله : « على المؤذن أن يركع ركعتين على إثر التأذين » وعن الحكم بن الصلت : « رأيت عراك بن مالك إذا أذن المؤذن بالمغرب قام فصلى سجدتين قبل الصلاة » وعن السكن بن حكيم : « رأيت علباء بن أحمر اليشكري إذا غربت الشمس قام فصلى ركعتين قبل المغرب » وعن عبيد الله بن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنه : « إن كان المؤذن ليؤذن بالمغرب ثم تقرع المجالس من الرجال يقومون يصلونها » وعن الفضل بن الحسن رحمه الله أنه كان يقول : « الركعتان اللتان تصليان بين يدي المغرب صلاة الأوابين » . وقال أحمد بن حنبل رحمه الله : « في الركعتين قبل المغرب أحاديث جياد ، أو قال : صحاح عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأصحابه ، وذكر حديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فقال : إلا أنه قال : لمن شاء فمن شاء صلى ، قيل له : قبل الأذان أم بين الأذان والإقامة ؟ فقال : بين الأذان والإقامة . ثم قال : وإن صلى إذا غربت الشمس وحلت الصلاة أي فهو جائز . قال : هذا شيء ينكره الناس وتبسم كالمتعجب ممن ينكر ذلك . وسئل عنهما فقال : أنا لا أفعله وإن فعله رجل لم يكن به بأس »

مختصر [قيام الليل وقيام رمضان وكتاب الوتر] · مختصر قيام الليل ‹ باب الركعتين قبل المغرب · حديث 37.1

قال الله تعالى : وأتموا الصيام إلى الليل (1) فأجمع أهل العلم على أن الشمس إذا غربت فقد دخل الليل وحل فطر الصائم وجاء الخبر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بأنه نهى عن الصلاة بعد العصر حتى تغرب الشمس . فإذا غربت الشمس فقد حلت الصلاة ، والصلاة في جميع الأوقات مندوب إليها مرغب فيها إلا الأوقات التي نهى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الصلاة فيها . فالصلاة في الليل من أوله إلى آخره مباح مندوب إليه لم ينه عن الصلاة في شيء من ساعاته ، فكل صلاة بعد غروب الشمس إلى طلوع الفجر فهي من صلاة الليل . والفضائل التي جاءت لصلاة الليل مشتملة على صلاة الليل كله ، وإن كانت الصلاة في بعض أوقاته أفضل منها في بعض . وقد روي عن جماعة من الصحابة والتابعين أنهم كانوا يصلون قبل المغرب ركعتين . وثبت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه أذن في ذلك لمن أراد أن يصلي وفعل على عهده بحضرته صلى الله عليه وسلم فلم ينه عنه
