437 - حدثني أبي قال: حدثني أبي قال: حدثني إبراهيم بن أحمد بن سهل بن إسحاق الترمذي قال: حدثني القاسم بن غسان قاضي الكوفي قال: سمعت أبي يقول: حدثني جدك أبو غسان قاضي مرو قال: سمعت أبا عصمة نوح بن أبي مريم يقول: كنت عند أبي حنيفة جالساً ذات يوم إذ دخل عليه رجل، فقال: يا أبا حنيفة! ما تقول في رجل توضأ بماء في إناء نظيف أيجوز لغيره أن يتوضأ بهذا الماء؟ قال: لا، قلت: لم؟ قال: لأنه ماء مستعمل، قال: فصرت إلى سفيان الثوري فسألته عن هذه المسألة؟ فقال سفيان: يجوز أن #218# يتوضأ به، فقلت له: إن أبا حنيفة قال: لا يجوز ذلك، قال لي: ولم؟ قلت: يقول: لأنه ماء مستعمل، قال: فما مضت لي جمعة حتى جلست إلى سفيان فإذا رجل قد سأله عن هذه المسألة بعينها؟ فقال سفيان: لا يجوز لأنه ماء مستعمل.
