273 - حدثني أبي قال: حدثني أبي قال: حدثني أبو عبد الله محمد بن الحسن بن علي البخاري، ثنا أحمد بن بشر المرثدي قال: ثنا أحمد بن عمران الأخنسي قال: حدثني الوليد بن عقبة قال: لما قام داود الطائي من حلقة أبي حنيفة أتى أسطوانة من أساطين المسجد فجلس إليها، فلما قوي على الوحدة: دخل في العبادة.

274 - حدثني أبي قال: حدثني أبي قال: حدثني محمد بن أحمد بن حماد قال: حدثني شعيب بن أيوب القاضي قال: ثنا مصعب بن المقدام قال: ثنا داود بن نصير الطائي، عن أبي حنيفة، عن الهيثم، عن عامر، عن شريح قال: أربع لا تجوز شهادتهم: الولد لوالده، والوالد لولده، والزوج لامرأته، والمرأة لزوجها، والشريك لشريكه، والمحدود في القذف.
