لَا يَحِلُّ لأحد يُؤمنُ بِاللهِ واليومِ الآخِرِ أَنْ يَجْلِس عَلَى مَائِدةٍ يُشْرَبُ عَليهَا الخمرُ، ولا يحلُّ لِمؤمِنٍ يؤمِنُ بالله واليومِ الآخرِ أن يَدْخُل الحمَّامَ إلا وعليهِ مِئْزَرٌ، ولا يحلُّ لمؤمنٍ يؤمنُ بالله واليومِ الآخِر أن يُدْخِل حليلَته الحمَّام أو امْرأَتَه، ولا يَحل لمؤمنٍ يؤمنُ بالله واليوم الآخر أنْ يَتَخَلَّف عن الجُمُعَة. عب عن عبد الله بن محمد مولى أسلم مرسلًا (4).

لَا يَحْلُبَنَّ أحدٌ مَاشِيةَ امْرِيءٍ بِغيرِ إِذْنِهِ، أَيُحبُّ أَحَدُكم أن تُؤتَى مَشْرَبتُه فَتُكْسَرَ خِزانَتهُ فَيُنْتَقَلَ طعَامُه؟ فإنما يَخْزُنُ لهم ضُروعُ مَوَاشِيهم أطْعَمِاتِهِم، فلا يَحَلُبنَّ أحدٌ ماشيةَ أحَدٍ إلا بإذنه. مالك، خ، م، د، هـ، حب عن ابن عمر (1).
