2352 - (3) [حسن لغيره] وعن عبادة بن الصامت رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أقيموا حدود الله في القريب والبعيد، ولا تأخذكم في اللهِ لومةَ لائمٍ". رواه ابن ماجه، ورواته ثقات؛ إلا أن ربيعة بن ناجد (1) لم يروِ عنه إلا أبا صادق فيما أعلم (1). __________ (1) بالنون والجيم المكسورة والذال المعجمة، كذا قال الناجي، وبالمعجمة وقع في "التبصير"؛ خلافاً لـ "التهذيب" و"التقريب"، وغيرهما، فإنه وقع فيهما بالمهملة. وقال في "الخلاصة": "بجيم ثم مهملة". وكذا وقع في الأصل والمخطوطة. والله أعلم.

2353 - (4) [صحيح] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها: أنَّ قريشاً أهَمَّهُم شأنُ المخْزُومِيَّةِ التي سَرَقَتْ، فقالوا: مَنْ يُكلِّم فيها رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -؟ ثُمَّ قالوا: مَنْ يَجْتَرِئُ عليه إلا أُسامة بنَ زَيْدٍ حِبَّ رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -؟ فكلَّمَهُ أسامَةُ، فقال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "يا أسامةُ! أتشْفَعُ في حدٍّ مِنْ حدودِ الله؟! "! ثمَّ قام فاخْتَطَبَ؛ فقال: "إنَّما هَلكَ الذين مِنْ قَبْلكُمْ أنَّهُمْ كانوا إذا سرَقَ فيهمُ الشريفُ تَركُوهُ، وإذا سرَق فيهِمُ الضعيفُ أقاموا عليهِ الحَدَّ، وايْمُ الله! لوْ أنَّ فاطمَةَ بنْتَ مُحَّمدٍ سرقَتْ لَقَطَعْتُ يَدها". رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي وابن ماجه.

2354 - (5) [صحيح] وعن النعمانِ بْنِ بشيرٍ رضي الله عنهما؛ أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "مثَلُ القائمِ على (2) حدودِ الله والواقع فيها، كمَثل قومٍ اسْتَهموا على سَفينَةٍ، فأصابَ بعضُهم أعْلاها وبعضُهم أسْفَلها، فكانَ الَّذَينَ في أسْفَلِها إذا اسْتَقُوا مِنَ الماءِ مَرّوا على مَنْ فَوْقَهَم، فقالوا: لوْ أنَّا خَرقْنا في نصيبنا خَرْقاً، ولَمْ نُؤْذِ مَنْ فوْقَنا، فإنْ تَركوهُم وما أرادوا هلَكوا جميعاً، وإنْ أخَذوا على أيْدِيهِمْ نَجَوْا، ونَجَوْا جَمِيعاً". رواه البخاري -واللفظ له-، والترمذي وغيره. وتقدمت أحاديث في الشفاعة المانعة من حدّ من حدود الله تعالى. __________ (1) قلت: وهذا معناه أنه مجهول العين، ولذا قال الذهبي: "لا يعرف". وأما الحافظ فقال: "ثقة"! ولا سلف له فيه إلا ابن حبان والعجلي. (2) الأصل: (في)، وكذا في مطبوعة عمارة والمعلقين الثلاثة، وهو خطأ، انظر التعليق على هذا الحديث وقد تقدم هنا (في الباب الأول).

2355 - (1) [صحيح] عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لا يَزني الزَّاني حينَ يَزْني وهو مؤمِنٌ، ولا يسْرِقُ السارِقُ حينَ يسرِقُ وهو مؤمِنٌ، ولا يشرَبُ الخمرَ حينَ يشْرَبُها وهو مؤمِنٌ". رواه البخاري والترمذي والنسائي، وزاد مسلم في رواية وأبو داود بعد قوله: "ولا يشرَبُ الخمرَ حينَ يشْرَبُها وهو مؤمِنٌ": "ولكنَّ التوبَة معروضَةٌ بَعْدُ".

2357 - (3) [حسن صحيح] وعن أنس بن مالكٍ رضي الله عنه قال: "لعَن رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - في الخمرِ عَشَرةً: عاصرَها، ومُعتَصِرَها، وشاربَها، وحامِلَها، والمحمولةَ إليه، وساقِيَها، وبائعَها، وآكِلَ ثَمنِها، والمشترِيَ لَها، والمشتَرى لَهُ". رواه ابن ماجه، والترمذي واللفظ له، وقال: "حديث غريب". (قال الحافظ): "ورواته ثقات".

2360 - (6) [صحيح] عن ابن عباسٍ رضي الله عنهما قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "أتاني جبريلُ فقال: يا محمَّدُ! إنَّ الله لَعن الخمرَ، وعاصرَها، ومعتصرَها، وشاربَها، وحاملَها، والمحمولةَ إليه، وبائعَها، ومبتاعَها، وساقيها، ومُسقاها". رواه أحمد بإسناد صحيح، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". [صحيح لغيره] وتقدم في "باب الحمام" [4 - الطهارة/ 5] حديث ابن عباس عن النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَنْ كان يُؤمِنُ بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يشربِ الخمرَ، مَنْ كان يؤمِنُ بالله واليوم الآخِرِ فلا يجْلِسْ على مائدةٍ يُشْرَبُ عليها الخمرُ" الحديث. رواه الطبراني.

2361 - (7) [صحيح] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "كلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خمرٌ، وكل مسكرٍ حرامٌ، ومَنْ شرِبَ الخمرَ في الدنيا، فماتَ وهو يُدمِنُها؛ لَمْ يشْرَبْها في الآخرة". رواه البخاري ومسلم، وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي. [صحيح] والبيهقي، ولفظه في إحدى رواياته: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَنْ شربَ الخمرَ في الدنيا ولَمْ يتُبْ؛ لَمْ يشرَبْها في الآخرة وإنْ دَخلَ الجنَّةَ". [صحيح] وفي رواية لمسلم قال: "مَنْ شرِبَ الخمرَ في الدنيا، ثُمَّ لَمْ يتُبْ منها؛ حُرِمَها في الآخرةِ". (قال الخطابي) ثم البغوي في "شرح السنة": "وفي قوله: "حُرِمَها في الآخرة" وعيدٌ بأنَّه لا يدخلُ الجنَّةَ؛ لأنَّ شَرابَ أهْلِ الجنَّةِ خمرٌ إلا أنَّهُم {لَا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنْزِفُونَ}، ومَنْ دخَل الجنَّة لا يُحْرَمُ شرابَها" (1) انتهى.

2362 - (8) [حسن لغيره] وفي رواية لابن حبان [يعني في حديث أبي موسى]: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "لا يدخُلُ الجنَّةَ مُدمِنُ خمرٍ، ولا مُؤْمِنٌ بِسِحْرٍ، ولا قاطعُ رَحِمٍ".
