2258 - (8) [صحيح] وعن أبي سعيدٍ الخدريِّ رضي الله عنه قال: قامَ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - على بَيْتٍ فيه نَفرٌ مِنْ قرْيشٍ، فأخذ بَعَضَادَتي البابِ فقال: "هلْ في البيتِ إلا قرشيٌّ؟ ". فقالوا: لا، إلا ابنَ أُختٍ لنا. قال: "ابنُ أخْتِ القوم منهُم". ثمَّ قال: "إنَّ هذا الأمْرَ في قريشٍ، ما إذا اسْتُرْحِموا رحِموا، وإذا حكَموا عدَلوا، وإذا قَسَموا أقْسَطوا، ومَنْ لَمْ يفعل ذلك فعليه لعنةُ الله والملائكةِ والناسِ أجمعينَ". رواه الطبراني في "الصغير" و"الأوسط"، ورواته ثقات. __________ (1) جمع (قمع) كـ (ضلع): هو الإناء الذي يترك في رؤوس الظروف لتملأ بالمائعات من الأشربة.

2259 - (9) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه قال: كنَّا في بيتٍ فيه نَفرٌ مِنَ المهاجرين والأنْصارِ، فأقْبلَ علينا رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فجعل كلُّ رجلٍ يوَسِّعُ رجاءَ أنْ يجْلسَ إلى جَنْبِه، ثُمَّ قامَ إلى البابِ، فأخذَ بعَضادَتَيْهِ، فقال: "الأئمَّةُ مِنْ قرْيشٍ، ولي عليكُم حقٌّ عظيمٌ، ولَهُمْ ذلك؛ ما فَعَلوا ثلاثاً: إذا استُرْحِموا رَحِموا، وإذا حكموا عَدلوا، وإذا عاهَدوا وَفَوْا، فَمنْ لَمْ يفعلْ ذلك منهُمْ؛ فعليهِ لعنةُ الله والملائكةِ والناسِ أجْمعين". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" بإسناد حسن -واللفظ له، وأحمد بإسناد جيد- وتقدم لفظه [2 - باب]، وأبو يعلى.

2262 - (12) [صحيح] وعنه قال: قبّلَ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الحسنَ أوِ الحسينَ بنَ عليٍّ وعنده الأقْرَعُ بن حابِسٍ التميميُّ، فقال الأقْرَعُ: إنَّ لي عَشَرَةً مِنَ الولَدِ ما قَبَّلتُ منهم أحداً قَطُّ! فنَظَر إليه رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ثم قال: "مَنْ لا يَرحمْ لا يُرحَمْ". رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والترمذي.

2263 - (13) [صحيح] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: جاءَ أعرابيٌّ إلى رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: إنَّكُم تُقَبِّلونَ الصِّبيانَ وما نُقَبِّلُهُم. فقال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أَوَ أَمْلِكُ لَكَ أنْ نَزَعَ الله الرحمةَ مِنْ قلْبِكَ؟! ". رواه البخاري ومسلم.

2264 - (14) [صحيح] وعن معاوية بن قرة عن أبيه رضي الله عنه: أنَّ رجلاً قال: يا رسول الله! إنِّي لأرْحَمُ الشَّاةَ أنْ أذْبَحها. فقال: "إنْ رحِمْتَها رحِمكَ الله". رواه الحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد" (1). [صحيح لغيره] والأصبهاني ولفظه قال: يا رسول الله! إنِّي آخذُ شاةً وأريدُ أنْ أذْبَحَها فأرْحَمُها؟ قال: "والشاةُ إنْ رَحِمْتَها رَحِمَكَ الله". __________ (1) قلت: ووافقه الذهبي في "التلخيص" (4/ 231)، وهو كما قالا، وقد رواه جمع آخر منهم الإمام البخاري في "الأدب المفرد" (373)، فكان بالعزو أولى. وهو مخرج في "الصحيحة" (رقم 26)، وقد جهل هذا العزو كله الجهلة المتعالون، فجزموا بضعف الحديث! لأنَّهم لم يعثروا عليه إلا عند الحاكم (3/ 586 - 587)، وعقبوا عليه بقولهم: "وصححه (!) وتعقبه الذهبي بقوله: عدي هالك، ورواه الأصبهاني في "الترغيب" (1553) "! وإن من غفلاتهم بل وجهالاتهم أن الحاكم بيَّض له ولم يصححه، فظنوا أنَّ مجرد إخراج الحاكم إياه تصحيح له! ولم ينتبهوا أن اللفظ الذي تعقبه الذهبي وهو غير لفظ المؤلف الذي عزاه إليه، ولقد كان هذا وحده كافياً ليندفعوا للبحث عنه في موضع آخر منه، ولو أنهم فعلوا لوجدوه في المكان الذي أشرت إليه، ولما وقعوا في إثم تضعيف صحيح حديث رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بجهلهم البالغ! والله المستعان. ومن الغرائب أنَّ حديث ابن عباس الآتي هو في الموضع الذي فاتهم عزو الحديث إليه، وتحته =

2265 - (15) [صحيح] وعن ابن عباسٍ رضي الله عنهما: أنَّ رجلاً أضْجَع شاةً وهو يحُدُّ شفْرَتَهُ، فقالَ النبيُّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أتريدُ أنْ تُميتَها موتاتٍ؟! هلا أحْدَدْتَ شفْرَتَك قَبْلَ أنْ تُضجِعَها؟! ". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" و"الأوسط"، والحاكم واللفظ له، وقال: "صحيح على شرط البخاري". (1)

2266 - (16) [حسن] وعن عبد الله بن عمرو (2) رضي الله عنهما عن النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ما مِنْ إنسانٍ يَقتُلُ عصفوراً فما فوقَها يغيرِ حقِّها، إلا سأَلهُ الله عنها يومَ القِيامَةِ". قيَلَ: يا رسولَ الله! وما حقُّها؟ قال: "حقُّها أنْ يذْبَحَها فيأكُلَها، ولا يقْطَعَ رأْسَها فيرميَ بهِ". رواه النسائي، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". [مضى 10 - العيدين/ 4].
