2231 - (18) [حسن لغيره] وعن أبي عبد الله الأسْدي قال: سمعت أنس بن مالكٍ رضي الله عنه يقول: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "دعوةُ المظلوم وإنْ كَانَ كَافِراً؛ ليسَ دونَها حِجَابٌ". [صحيح لغيره] وقال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "دع ما يُريبُكَ إلى ما لا يُريبُكَ". رواه أحمد، ورواته إلى عبد الله محتج بهم في "الصحيح"، وأبو عبد الله لم أقف فيه على جرح ولا تعديل.

2232 - (19) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: المسلمُ أخو المسلم؛ لا يظْلمُه، ولا يَخْذُلُه، ولا يَحْقِرُه، التقوى ههُنا، التقوى ههُنا، -ويشير إلى صدره [ثلاث مرات] (1) -، بحَسبْ امْرئٍ من الشرِ أنْ يَحْتَقِرَ أخاه المسلمَ، كلُّ المسلمِ على المسلمِ حرامٌ، دَمُه، وعِرْضهُ، ومَالُه". رواه مسلم. __________ (1) سقطت من الأصل، واستدركتها من "مسلم"، وانظر "الضعيفة" (6906). وسيأتي الحديث بزيادة في أوله في (23 - الأدب/ 21).

2233 - (20) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي ذر رضى الله عنه قال:. . . . . . قلت: يا رسول الله! أوصني. قال: "أوصيك بتقوى الله؛ فإنّها رأسُ الأمرِ كلِّه". قلت: يا رسول لله! زدني. قال: "عليك بتلاوة القرآن، وذكر الله؛ فإنه نورٌ لك في الأرض، وذخر لك في السماء". قلت: يا رسول الله! زدني، قال: "إياك وكثرةَ الضحك؛ فإنه يميتُ القلبَ، ويذهب بنور الوجه". قلت: يا رسول الله! زدني. قال: "عليك بالجهاد؛ فإنه رهبانية أمتي". . . . قلت: يا رسول الله! زدني. قال: "أحبّ المساكينَ وجالسْهم". قلت: يا رسول الله! زدني. قال: "انظر إلى من هو تحتَك، ولا تنظر إلى من هو فوقك؛ فإنه أجدرُ أن لا تزدري نعمة الله عندك". قلت: يا رسول الله! زدني. قال: "قل الحق وإن كان مراً". . . . . . . رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه"، واللفظ له، والحاكم، وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". (قال الحافظ): "انفرد به إبراهيم بن هشام بن يحيى الغساني عن أبيه، وهو حديث طويل في أوله ذكر الأنبياء عليهم السلام، ذكرت منه هذه القطعة لما فيها من الحكم العظيمة والمواعظ الجسيمة. ورواه الحاكم أيضاً، ومن طريقه البيهقي؛ كلاهما عن يحيى بن سعيد السعدي البصري: حدثنا عبد الملك بن جريج عن عطاء عن عبيد بن عمير عن أبي ذر بنحوه. ويحيى بن سعيد فيه كلام، والحديث منكر من هذه الطريق، وحديث إبراهيم بن هشام هو المشهور، والله أعلم".

2234 - (21) [حسن لغيره] وروي عن عبد الله -يعني ابن مسعود- رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "أُمِرَ بعبدٍ من عبادِ الله يُضرَبُ في قبره مئةَ جلدةٍ، فلم يزلْ يسألُ ويدعو حتى صارت جلدةً واحدةً، فامتلأ قبره عليه ناراً، فلماً ارتفع (1) وأفاق قال: على ما جلدتموني؟ قال: إنك صليت صلاةً بغيرِ طهورٍ، ومررتَ على مظلوم فلم تنصرْه". رواه أبو الشيخ ابن حيان في "كتاب التوبيخ".

2235 - (22) [صحيح] وعن أنس رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "انصُرْ أخاك ظالِماً أوْ مظْلوماً". فقال رجلٌ: يا رسولَ الله! أنْصُرهُ إذا كان مظْلوماً، أفرأيتَ إنْ كانَ ظالِماً، كيفَ أنْصُره؟ قال: "تَحْجُزُه أوْ تَمْنَعُهُ عنِ الظُّلمِ، فإنَّ ذلك نَصْرُه". رواه البخاري.

2236 - (23) [صحيح] ورواه مسلم في حديث عن جابرٍ عن النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ولْيَنْصُرِ الرجلُ أخاه ظالِماً أو مَظْلوماً؛ إنْ كانَ ظالِماً؛ فلينْهَهُ، فإنَّه له نُصْرَةٌ، وإن كانَ مَظْلوماً فَلْينْصُرْهُ". __________ (1) الأصل: "افرنقع"، والتصحيح من "شرح الصدور" للسيوطي ص (68 - البابي الحلبي) و"مشكل الآثار"، ومنه استفدت إسناده وحسنه، لأن كتاب "التوبيخ" لم يطبع منه الجزء الذي فيه هذا الحديث، وقد خرجته في المجلد السادس من "الصحيحة" برقم (2774). ووقع في "شرح الصدور" معزواً للبخاري، وهو خطأ لعله مطبعي.

2237 - (1) [صحيح موقوف] ورواه [يعني حديث عبد الله بن مسعودٍ المرفوع الذي في "الضعيف"] الأصبهاني وغيره موقوفاً على عبد الله؛ لم يرفعوه. [قلت: ولفظه: "إذا خاف أحدُكم السلطانَ الجائرَ فليقلْ: (اللهم ربَّ السماوات السبع، وربَّ العرش العظيم، كن لي جاراً من فلان ابن فلان وأتباعه من خلقك؛ من الجن والإنس؛ أن يفرط عليَّ أحد منهم، أو أن يطغى، عزَّ جارُك، وجلَّ ثناؤك، لا إله إلا أنت) "] (1).

2238 - (2) [صحيح موقوف] وعن ابن عباسٍ رضي الله عنهما قال: إذا أَتَيْتَ سلطاناً مَهيباً تخافُ أنْ يَسْطُوَ بِكَ فقلْ: (الله أكبَرُ، الله أعزُّ مِنْ خَلْقِه جميعاً، الله أعزُّ مِن ما أخافُ وأَحْذَرُ، أعوذُ بالله الذي لا إله إلا هُوَ، المُمْسِكُ السموات أنْ يقَعْنَ على الأرضِ إلا بإذْنِهِ؛ مِنْ شرِّ عبْدِك فلانٍ وجنودهِ وأتْباعِهِ وأشْياعِهِ مِنَ الجنِّ والإنْسِ، الّلهُمَّ كنْ لي جَاراً مِنْ شرِّهِمْ، جلَّ ثناؤكَ، وعزَّ جارُكَ وتبارَكَ اسْمُكَ، ولا إله غيرُك -ثلاث مرات-). رواه ابن أبي شيبة موقوفاً. وهذا لفظه، وهو أتم. ورواه الطبراني وليس عنده "ثلاث مرات" (1)، ورجاله محتج بهم في "الصحيح". __________ (1) قلت: وهو موقوف يحتمل أن يكون في حكم المرفوع، وإسناده صحيح، بخلاف المرفوع فضعيف، ولذلك فرقت بينهما، وأما المعلقون الثلاثة فصدَّروا تخريجهم بقولهم: "حسن" دونما أي تفريق وتبيين بين المرفوع والموقوف كما هي عادتهم.

2239 - (3) [صحيح موقوف] وعن أبي مَجْلَزٍ -واسمه لاحق بن حميد- قال: مَنْ خافَ مِنْ أميرٍ ظُلْماً فقال: (رضيتُ بالله ربّاً، وبالإِسْلامِ ديناً، وبمحمَّدٍ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نبيّاً، وبالقرآنِ حَكَماً وإماماً)؛ نَجَّاه الله منه. رواه ابن أبي شيبة موقوفاً عليه، وهو تابعي ثقة. __________ (1) قلت: بلى! هو عنده في "معجمه الكبير" (10/ 314/ 10599)، وإسناده إسناد ابن أبي شيبة؛ سوى شيخه علي بن عبد العزيز، وهو ثقة حافظ. والأولى عزوه للبخاري في "الأدب المفرد" (708)، فإنه تابع ابن أبي شيبة.

2240 - (1) [حسن صحيح] عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَنْ بدَا جَفا، ومَنْ تَبعَ الصَّيْدَ غَفَلَ، ومَنْ أتى أبوابَ السلْطانِ افتُتِنَ، وما ازْدادَ عبدٌ مِنَ السلطانِ قُرْباً؛ إلا ازْدادَ مِنَ الله بُعْداً". رواه أحمد بإسنادين، رواة أحدهما رواة "الصحيح" (1).

2242 - (3) [صحيح لغيره] وعن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما: أن النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال لكعب بْنِ عِجْرَةَ: "أعاذَك الله مِنْ إِمارَةِ السُّفهاءِ". قال: وما إِمارَةُ السُّفهاء؟ قال: "أُمَراءُ يكونونَ بَعْدي، لا يَهْتَدون بِهَدْيي، ولا يَسْتَنُّون بسِنَّتي، فَمَنْ صدَّقَهم بكَذبِهِم، وأعانَهم على ظُلْمِهِم، فأولئك ليسوا منِّي، ولسْتُ منهم، ولا يَرِدُون عليَّ حوْضي. ومن لم يصدقهم بكذبهم، ولم يعنهم على ظلمهم؛ فأولئك مني وأنا منهم، وسيردون على حوضي. يا كعب بن عجرة! الصيامُ جُنَّةٌ، والصدقَةُ تطْفِئُ الخطيئَةَ، والصلاةُ قُرْبانٌ، أو قال: برهَان. يا كعب بن عجرة! الناسُ غادِيانِ؛ فَمُبْتاعٌ نَفْسَه فمُعْتِقها، وبائعٌ نَفْسه فموِبقُها". رواه أحمد -واللفظ له- والبزار، ورواتهما محتج بهم في "الصحيح". [صحيح لغيره] ورواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه"؛ إلا أنه قال: "ستكونُ أمَراءُ مَنْ دَخَلَ عليهِمْ فأعانَهُم على ظُلْمِهِمْ، وصدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذبِهِم؛ فليسَ منِّي، ولستُ منه، ولن يَردَ عليَّ الحوضَ. ومَنْ لَمْ يدخُلْ عليهِمْ، ولَمْ يُعِنْهُم على ظُلْمِهِمْ، ولَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذبِهِمْ؛ فهو منِّي وأنا منه، وسيَرِدُ عليَّ الحَوْضَ" الحديث. __________ (1) فيه نظر بينه الهيثمي (5/ 246)، فليراجعه من شاء.
