Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ حَفْصَۃَ: أَنَّھَا قَالَتْ : یَا رَسُولَ اللہِ ، مَا شَأْنُ النَّاسِ حَلُّوا بِعُمْرَۃٍ وَلَمْ تَحْلِلْ أَنْتَ مِنْ عُمْرَتِکَ؟ قَالَ:(( إِنِّی لَبَّدْتُ رَأْسِی ، قَقَلَّدْتُ قَدْیِی ، فَلا أَحِلُّ حَتَّی أَنْحَرَ))۔ أَخْرَجَ الْخَمْسَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمِنَاسِکِ، وَإِلَی آخَرِ الثَّا مِنِ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ، وَالثَّا مِنُ آخِرُ حَدِیثٍ فِیہِ۔

On the authority of Ibn Omar, on the authority of Hafsah: She said: O Messenger of God, what is the matter of people who have settled with a lifetime and have not analyzed you of your age? He said: ((I have lost my head, I have imitated my sins, and I will not dissolve until I recede))۔ Take out the five Hadiths from the Ritual Book, and to the last of the second from the different part of the hadith, from the time of the hadith, and the third

حَفْصَةَ، ← ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلِ: أَنَّہُ سَمِعَ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِی وَقَّاصٍ، وَالضَّحَّاکَ بْنَ قَیْسٍ عَامَ حَجِّ مُعَاوِیَۃَ بْنِ أَبِی سُفْیَانَ وَھُمَا یَتَذَا کَرَان التَّمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَۃِ إِلَی الْحَجِّ، فَقَالَ الضَّحَّاکُ: لا یَصْنَعُ ذَلِکَ إِلا مِنْ جَھِلَ أَمْرَ اللہِ تَعَالَی۔ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ: بِئْسَ مَا قُلْتَ یَابْن أَخِی ۔ فَقَالَ : فَإِنَّ عُمَرَ قَدْ نَھَی عَنْ ذَلِکَ ۔ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ قَدْ صَنَعَھَا رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَصَنَعْتَاھَا مَعَہُ۔

Mohammed bin Abdul Allہ bin Harith bin Nawfal: Onہ heard Saad bin Abi Waqas, and Aldhaک son of Kish in the pilgrimage Amaaoیۃ ibn Abi Sufyan and ھma یtma کran enjoy Balamrۃ to Hajj, he said Aldhaک: Do not make Zlک only Jھl is Allہ Almighty. Sa`d said: The worst of what you said, nephew. He said: “Omar has forbidden it.” Sa`d said that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, made it with them.۔

مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلِ:

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّہُ قَالَ: لأ نْ أَعْتَمِرَ قَبْلَ الْحَجِّ وَأُھْدِیَ أَحَبُّ مِنْ أَنْ أَعْتَمِرَ بَعْدَ الْحَجِّ فِی ذِی الْحِجِّۃِ۔

On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: Because I should perform Umrah before the Hajj and I give my love to perform the Hajj after the Hajj at that pilgrimage.

ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّہُ قِیلَ لَہُ، کَیْفَ تَأْمُرُ بِالْعُمْرَۃِ قَبْلَ الْحَجِّ وَاللہُ تَعَالَی یَقُولُ:( وَأَتِمُّوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَۃَ لِلہِ ) [ ابقرۃ:196 ] ؟ فَقَالَ: کَیْفَ تَقْرَءُ ونَ إِنَّ الدَّیْنَ قَبْلَ الْوَصِیَّۃِ أَوِ الْوَصِیَّۃَ قَبْلَ الدَّیْنِ؟ قَالُوا: الْوَصِیَّۃُ قَبْلَ الدَّیْنِ۔ قَالَ: فَبِأَیَّتِھِمَا تَبْدَءُ ونَ ، قَالُوا : بِالدَّیْنِ ، قَالَ: فَھُوَا ذَلِکَ ۔ قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ : یَعْنِی أَنَّ التَّقْدِیمَ جَائِزٌ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الطَّعَامِ وَالشَّرَبِ وَعِمَرَۃِ الأَرْضِینَ مِمَّا لَمْ یَسْمَعِ الرَّبِیعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِیِّ۔

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him: “What was said by God, how did you command the age before the Hajj and the Lord?” He said: How do you read that religion is before a trustee or a trustee before a debt? They said: The guardians before the debt۔ He said: So where do you start, they said: With debt, he said: So they are so۔ Al-Shafi’i said: It means that submission is permissible. The two hadiths were included in the Book of the Disposition of Malik and Al-Shafi’i, and the third from the Book of Food, Drinking, and the Reconstruction of the Two Holy Places

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنْ نَافِعِ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَجَّ فِی الْفِتْنَۃِ فَأَھَلَّ ثُمَّ نَظَرَ، فَقَالَ: مَاأَمْرُھُمَا إِلا وَاحِدٌ ، أُشْھِدُکُمْ أَنِّی قَدْ أَوْجَبْتُ الْحَجَّ مَعَ الْعُمْرَۃِ۔ أَخْرَجَہُ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ۔

On the authority of Nafi ': Ibn Umar Hajj in Al-Fitn, so he looked at the people and then he looked, and he said: I only command one of them, I testify to all of you He put it in the book of the difference of Malik and al-Shafi’i۔

نَافِعٍ

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہَا أَنَّھَا قَالَتْ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ

From Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: We went out with the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, for a year.

عَائِشَةَ

عَنْ ھِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَۃَ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ: أَنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّبِضُبَاعَۃَ ابْنَۃِ الزُّبَیْرِ فَقَالَ:(( أَمَا تُرِیدِینَ الْحَجَّ))؟ فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّی شَاکِیَۃٌ۔ فَقَالَ لَھَا:(( حُجِّی وَاشْتَرِطِی أَنَّ مَحِلِّی حَیْثُ حَبَسْتَنِی))۔

On the authority of Hisham Ibn Arwa, on the authority of Abiہ: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said Mabda`, the son of Al-Zubayr, said: () And she said: I am complaining۔ He told her: (Hajji and stipulated that I am a local where I was locked up))۔

أَبِيهِ ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ،

عَنْ أَبِیہِ قَالَ: قَالَتْ لِی عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہَا: ھَلْ تَسْتَشْنِی إِذَا حَجَجْتَ ؟ فَقُلْتُ لَھَا: مَاذَا أَقُولُ؟ فَقَالَتْ : قُلِ: اللّٰھُمَّ الْحَجَّ أَرَدْتُ وَلَہُ عَمَدْتُ ، فَإِنْ یَسَّرْتَہُ فَھُوَ الْحَجُّ ، وَإِنْ حَبَسَنِی حَابِسٌ فَھِیَ عُمْرَۃٌ۔

On the authority of his father, he said: may God be pleased with me, she said to me: Do you consult me ​​when you do Hajj? So I told her: What should I say? She said: Say: Oh God, the Hajj I wanted, and I did, and if I am pleased, then it is the Hajj, and if I am locked in a custodian, I understand

أَبِيهِ

عَنْ نَافِعِ ،عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّہُ خَرَجَ إِلَی مِکَّۃَ زَمَنَ الْفِتْنَۃِ مُعْتَمِرًا ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ صَدَدْتَ عَنِ الْبَیْتِ صَنَعْنَا کَمَا صَنْعَنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَہْہِ وَسَلَّمَ۔ قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ : یَعْنِی أَحْلَلْنَا کَمَا أَحْلَلْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْحُدَیْبِیَۃِ۔

Nafie, from Ibn 'Umar: Onہ came to Mکۃ time Afattnۃ pilgrims, he said: dissuaded from home as we made our own making with the Messenger Allہ peace Allہ Alہہ him. Al-Shafi’i said: It means that we are dissolved as we have with the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in the year of Al-Hudaibi.

ابْنِ عُمَرَ ← نَافِعٍ

عَنْ ھِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَۃَ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ: أَنَّ النَّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ صُبَاعَۃَ فَقَالَ:(( أَمَا تُرِیدِینَ الْحَجَّ))؟ قَالَتْ : إِنِّی شَاکِیَۃٌ ، قَالَ:(( حُجِّی وَالشْتَرِطِی مَحِلِّی حَیْثُ حَبَسْتَنِی))۔

On the authority of Hisham Ibn Arwa, on the authority of Abyei: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, commanded Sabah, who said: (“Do you want)?” She said: I am a complainant, he said: (Hajji and the policeman is a local where you are locked))۔

أَبِيهِ ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ،

عَنْ ھِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَۃَ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ ، قَالَ: قَالَتْ لِی عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہَا : یَابْنَ أُخْتِی ھَلْ تَسْتَثْنِی إِذَا حَجَجْتَ؟ قُلْتُ: مَاذَا أَقُولُ؟ قَالَتْ : قُلِ : اللّٰھُمَّ الْحَجَّ أَرَدْتُ، وَلَہُ عَمَدْتُ فَإِنْ یَسَّرْتَہُ فَھُوَ الْحَجُّ وَإِنْ حَبَسَنِی حَابِسٌ فَھُوَ عُمْرَۃٌ۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَۃَ الأَ حَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ وَالرَّبِعَ وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ عَلِی وَعَبْدِ اللہِ مِمَّا لَمْ یَسْمَعِ الرَّبِیعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِیِّ۔

On the authority of Hisham Ibn Arwa, on the authority of my father, he said: Aisha, may God be pleased with me, said to me: My sister's son, do you go to prison? I said: What do I say? She said: Say: Oh God, the Hajj I wanted, and I intentionally, if you are pleased, it is the Hajj, and if I am imprisoned, I understand it. He brought the three Hadiths out of the book of the rituals, the fourth and the fifth, from the book of a difference of opinion on the servant of God, who did not say,

أَبِيهِ ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ،

أَنَّ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِاللہِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَالَ: مَا سَمَّی رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فِی تَلْبِیَتِہِ قَطُّ حَجًّا وَلا عُمْرَۃً۔

Jabir bin Abdullah, may God be pleased with him, said: What the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, called in the fulfillment of the Qur’at Al-Qattam
