عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلِ: أَنَّہُ سَمِعَ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِی وَقَّاصٍ، وَالضَّحَّاکَ بْنَ قَیْسٍ عَامَ حَجِّ مُعَاوِیَۃَ بْنِ أَبِی سُفْیَانَ وَھُمَا یَتَذَا کَرَان التَّمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَۃِ إِلَی الْحَجِّ، فَقَالَ الضَّحَّاکُ: لا یَصْنَعُ ذَلِکَ إِلا مِنْ جَھِلَ أَمْرَ اللہِ تَعَالَی۔ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ: بِئْسَ مَا قُلْتَ یَابْن أَخِی ۔ فَقَالَ : فَإِنَّ عُمَرَ قَدْ نَھَی عَنْ ذَلِکَ ۔ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ قَدْ صَنَعَھَا رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَصَنَعْتَاھَا مَعَہُ۔
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 807
Mohammed bin Abdul Allہ bin Harith bin Nawfal: Onہ heard Saad bin Abi Waqas, and Aldhaک son of Kish in the pilgrimage Amaaoیۃ ibn Abi Sufyan and ھma یtma کran enjoy Balamrۃ to Hajj, he said Aldhaک: Do not make Zlک only Jھl is Allہ Almighty. Sa`d said: The worst of what you said, nephew. He said: “Omar has forbidden it.” Sa`d said that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, made it with them.۔
