عَنْ نَافِعِ ،عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّہُ خَرَجَ إِلَی مِکَّۃَ زَمَنَ الْفِتْنَۃِ مُعْتَمِرًا ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ صَدَدْتَ عَنِ الْبَیْتِ صَنَعْنَا کَمَا صَنْعَنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَہْہِ وَسَلَّمَ۔ قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ : یَعْنِی أَحْلَلْنَا کَمَا أَحْلَلْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْحُدَیْبِیَۃِ۔
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 814
Nafie, from Ibn 'Umar: Onہ came to Mکۃ time Afattnۃ pilgrims, he said: dissuaded from home as we made our own making with the Messenger Allہ peace Allہ Alہہ him. Al-Shafi’i said: It means that we are dissolved as we have with the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in the year of Al-Hudaibi.
