عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجٍ، قَالَ:قَالَ لِی ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ: عِنْدَ أَبِی کِتَابٌ مِنَ الْعُقُولِ نَزَلَ بِہِ الْوَحْیُ، وَمَا فَرَضَ رَسُولُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْعُقُولِ وَالصَّدَقَۃِ فَإِنَّمَا نَزَلَ بِہِ الْوَحْیُ

ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ،

عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ:إِنَّ عِنْدَہُ کِتَابًا مِنَ الْعُقُولِ نَزَلَ بِہِ الْوَحْیُ، وَمَا فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ صَدَقَۃٍ وَعُقُولٍ فَإِنَّمَا نَزَلَ بِہِ الْوَ حْیُ، وَقِیلَ:لَمْ یَسُنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ شَیْئًا قَطُّ إِلا بِوَحْیٍ مِنَ اللہِ عَزَّوَجَلَّ فَمِنَ الْوَحْیِ مَایُتْلَی وَمِنْہُ مَا یَکُونُ وَحْیًا إِلَی رَسُولِہِ فَیَسْتَنُّ بِہِ۔أَخْرَجَ الأََوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ، وَالثَّانِیَ مِنْ کِتَابِ إِبْطَالِ الا سْتِحْسَانِ

عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:أَنَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَضَ زَکَاۃَ الْفِطْرِ عَلَی النَّاسِ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِیرٍ، عَلَی کُلِّ حُرَّ وَعَبْدٍ ذَکَرٍ وَأُنَثَی مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِینَ

أَبِيهِ ← جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ

َنَّہُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُدْرِیَّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ یَقُولُ: کُنَّا نُخْرِجُ زَکَاۃَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِیِرٍ، أَوْصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ، أوْ صَاعًا مِنْ زَبِیْبٍ

The Prophet Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, may God be pleased with him, says: We used to give the Zakat Zakat al-Fitr, whether it was a matter of food, or whether it was a matter of affliction or famine.

أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ← َنَّہُ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھُمَا:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَضَ رَکَاۃَ الْفِطْرِ عَلَی النَّاسِ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِیرٍ

أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُدْرِیَّ یَقُولُ:کُنَّا نُخْرِجُ زَکَاۃَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِیرٍ أَوْصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ زَبِیبٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ أَقِطٍ

إِنَّ أَبَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُدْرِیَّ قَالَ: کُنَّا نُخْرِجُ فِی زَمَان النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ صَاعًامِنْ طَعَامٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ زَبِیبِ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ أَقِطٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِیرٍ، فَلَمْ نَزَلْ نُخْرِجُہُ کَذَلِکَ حَتَّی قَدِمَ مُعَاوِیَۃُ حَاجَّا أَوْ مُعْتَمَرًا، فَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ فَکَانَ فِیمَا کَلَّمَ النَّاسَ بِہِ أَنْ قَالَ:إِنّی أَرَی مُدَّیْنِ مِنْ سَمْرَاءِ الشَّامِ تَعْدِلُ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ فَأَخَذَ النَّاسُ بِذَلِکَ۔قَالَ الأَصَمُّ: وَإِنَّمَا أَخْرَجْتُ ھَذِہِ الأَخْبَارَ کُلَّھَا وَإِنْ کَانَتْ مُعَادَۃَ الأَسَانِیدِ،لأَنَھَا بِلَفْظٍ آخَرَ وَفِیھَا زِیَادَۃٌ وَنُقْصَانٌ

عَنْ نَافِعٍ: أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنَ عُمَرَ کَانَ لا یُخْرِجُ فِی زَکَاۃِ اکْفِطْرِ إِلا التَّمْوَ إِلا مَرَّۃً وَاحِدَ ۃً فَإِنَّہُ أَخْرَجِ شَعِیرًا

أَنَّہُ سَم،عَ أَبَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُدْرِیَّ یَقُولُ:کُنَّا نُخْرِجُ زَکَاۃَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِیرٍ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرً صَاعًا مِنْ زَبِیبٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ أَقِطٍ۔أَخْرَجَ السَّبْعَۃَ الأَ حَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ، وَالثَّامِنْ کِتَابِ الأَشْرِیَۃِ۔

وَبِہِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:أَنَّہُ کَانَ یَبْعَثُ بِزَکَاۃِ الْفِطْرِ إِلَی الَّذِی تَجْتَمِعُ عِنْدَہُ قَبْلَ الْفِطْرِ بِیَوْمَیْنِ أَوْثَلاثَۃٍ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ، وَالثَّانِی فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِ
