عَنْ نَافِعِ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَجَّ فِی الْفِتْنَۃِ فَأَھَلَّ ثُمَّ نَظَرَ، فَقَالَ: مَاأَمْرُھُمَا إِلا وَاحِدٌ ، أُشْھِدُکُمْ أَنِّی قَدْ أَوْجَبْتُ الْحَجَّ مَعَ الْعُمْرَۃِ۔ أَخْرَجَہُ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ۔
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 810
On the authority of Nafi ': Ibn Umar Hajj in Al-Fitn, so he looked at the people and then he looked, and he said: I only command one of them, I testify to all of you He put it in the book of the difference of Malik and al-Shafi’i۔
