كتاب السنة الخلال · کتاب ‹ وَمِنْ قَوْلِ الْمُرْجِئَةِ : قَالَ مِسْعَرٌ : أَشُكُّ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ فِي الإِيمَانِ , وَهُوَ أَسْهَلُ قَوْلٍ لَهُمْ , وَقَدْ فَسَّرَهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ. · حديث 983

983- أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ , قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , يَقُولُ : قَالَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ , قَالَ لِيَ الثَّوْرِيُّ : كَلِّمْ مِسْعَرًا . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : يُشَكُّ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ فِي الإِيمَانِ , قَالَ : لاَ أَشُكُّ فِي إِيمَانِي , قَالَ : كَانَ سُفْيَانُ يُرِيدُ مِنْهُ أَنْ يَسْتَثْنِيَ.

كَانَ سُفْيَانُ يُرِيدُ مِنْهُ أَنْ يَسْتَثْنِيَ. ← لاَ أَشُكُّ فِي إِيمَانِي ← أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يُشَكُّ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ فِي الإِيمَانِ ← لِيَ الثَّوْرِيُّ كَلِّمْ مِسْعَرًا ← سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ← أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ← أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ

984- فَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ , وَأَخْبَرَنِي زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ الْفَرَجِ , عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ , أَنَّهُمْ ذَكَرُوا لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَنْ كَانَ يَقُولُ : إِنَّمَا قَوْلٌ , وَلاَ يَسْتَثْنِي , فَذَكَرُوا مِسْعَرًا , فَقِيلَ لَهُ : يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , كَانَ يَقُولُ بِالإِرْجَاءِ ؟ قَالَ : إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُونَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : أَشُكُّ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ فِي إِيمَانِي , قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا نُعَيْمٍ يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ مِسْعَرٍ , وَلَيْسَ يَرْوُونَ عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ غَيْرَ هَذَا , قُلْتُ : فَمَا مَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ : أَشُكُّ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ؟ أَرَادَ تَقْوِيَةَ قَوْلِهِ فِي تَرْكِ الاِسْتِثْنَاءِ , أَيُّ مَعْنًى لِقَوْلِهِ : أَشُكُّ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ , لاَ مَا يَشُكُّ نَحْنُ فِي الْمَوْتِ , وَلاَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ , وَلاَ فِي النَّارِ , وَلاَ فِي الْبَعْثِ . فَقَالَ : سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ , لَمْ يُرِدْ هَذَا الطَّرِيقَ , إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ فِيمَا أَرَى , أَيْ شَكَّ فِي الْحَدِيثِ , وَفِي الأَشْيَاءِ الَّتِي تَغِيبُ عَنْهُ , وَسَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ , قَالَ : قَالَ لِي سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ : أَلاَ تُكَلِّمْ مِسْعَرًا فِي هَذَا الَّذِي يَقُولُهُ : قَالَ : كَانَ مِسْعَرٌ عِنْدَهُ لَيْسَ كَغَيْرِهِ , وَكَانَ رَجُلاً صَالِحًا.

985- أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ بْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ , قَالَ : قَالَ لِي سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ : أَلاَ تَقُولُ لِمِسْعَرٍ : أَيْ بِالْهِلاَلِيَّةِ , يَعْنِي فِي الإِرْجَاءِ . فَقَالَ أَبِي وَقَالَ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ : قَالَ مِسْعَرٌ : أَشُكُّ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ , إِلاَّ فِي إِيمَانِي.

مِسْعَرٌ أَشُكُّ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ فِي إِيمَانِي. ← أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ← أَبِي ← لِي سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ أَلاَ تَقُولُ لِمِسْعَرٍ أَيْ بِالْهِلاَلِيَّةِ يَعْنِي فِي الإِرْجَاءِ ← سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ← أَبِي ← عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ

987- وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ سَهْلٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الأَسَدِيُّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ , عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ , قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ : مَنْ قَالَ : أَنَا مُؤْمِنٌ عِنْدَ نَفْسِي مِنْ طَرِيقِ الأَحْكَامِ وَالْمَوَارِيثِ , وَلاَ أَعْلَمُ مَا أَنَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ , قَالَ : لَيْسَ هَذَا بِمُرْجِئٍ.

لَيْسَ هَذَا بِمُرْجِئٍ. ← عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ← مُؤْمِنٌ عِنْدَ نَفْسِي مِنْ طَرِيقِ الأَحْكَامِ وَالْمَوَارِيثِ وَلاَ أَعْلَمُ مَا ← سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ مَنْ ← إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ← إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الأَسَدِيُّ ← وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ سَهْلٍ

988- وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ سَهْلٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الأَسَدِيُّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ , عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ , قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ : هَلْ تَخَافُ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ الْكُفْرُ عَلَى مَنْ قَالَ : الإِيمَانُ قَوْلٌ بِلاَ عَمَلٍ , فَقَالَ : لاَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِذَلِكَ.

الإِيمَانُ قَوْلٌ بِلاَ عَمَلٍ فَقَالَ لاَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِذَلِكَ. ← سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ هَلْ تَخَافُ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ الْكُفْرُ عَلَى مَنْ ← إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ← إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الأَسَدِيُّ ← وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ سَهْلٍ

ادْعُوا لَهُمْ بِالصَّلاَحِ. ← قِيلَ لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُرْجِئَةُ يَقُولُونَ الإِيمَانُ قَوْلٌ فَأَدْعُو لَهُمْ ← وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ

كتاب السنة الخلال · کتاب ‹ وَمِنْ حُجَّةِ الْمُرْجِئَةِ بِالْجَارِيَةِ الَّتِي قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : (أَعْتِقْهَا ؛ فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ) , وَالْحُجَّةُ عَلَيْهِمْ فِي ذَلِكَ ؛ لأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ سَأَلَهَا عَنْ ب · حديث 990

990- كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ حَدَّثَهُمْ , أَنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ : فِي الْحَدِيثِ أَعْتِقْهَا ؛ فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ , قَالَ مَالِكٌ : لاَ يَقُولُ : إِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يَكُونَ هَذَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تُنَزَّلَ الْفَرَائِضُ.

أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يَكُونَ هَذَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تُنَزَّلَ الْفَرَائِضُ. ← إِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ ← مَالِكٌ لاَ ← فِي الْحَدِيثِ أَعْتِقْهَا فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ ← أَنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ← إِلَيَّ يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ

كتاب السنة الخلال · کتاب ‹ وَمِنْ حُجَّةِ الْمُرْجِئَةِ بِالْجَارِيَةِ الَّتِي قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : (أَعْتِقْهَا ؛ فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ) , وَالْحُجَّةُ عَلَيْهِمْ فِي ذَلِكَ ؛ لأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ سَأَلَهَا عَنْ ب · حديث 991

991- وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الأَثْرَمُ , أَنَّهُ قَالَ لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فِي الْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي يُرْوَى : (أَعْتِقْهَا ؛ فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ) , قَالَ : لَيْسَ كُلُّ أَحَدٍ يَقُولُ فِيهِ : إِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ , يَقُولُونَ : أَعْتِقْهَا . قَالَ : وَمَالِكٌ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ هَذَا الشَّيْخِ هِلاَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , لاَ يَقُولُ : فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ , قَالَ : وَقَدْ قَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ : فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ , فَهِيَ حِينَ تُقِرُّ بِذَلِكَ فَحُكْمُهَا حُكْمُ الْمُؤْمِنَةِ . هَذَا مَعْنَاهُ.

بَعْضُهُمْ فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ فَهِيَ حِينَ تُقِرُّ بِذَلِكَ فَحُكْمُهَا حُكْمُ الْمُؤْمِنَةِ هَذَا مَعْنَاهُ. ← وقد ← فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ ← وَمَالِكٌ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ هَذَا الشَّيْخِ هِلاَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ لاَ ← فِيهِ إِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ يَقُولُونَ أَعْتِقْهَا ← لَيْسَ كُلُّ أَحَدٍ ← لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فِي الْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي يُرْوَى (أَعْتِقْهَا فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ) ← أَبُو بَكْرٍ الأَثْرَمُ أَنَّهُ ← وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ

992- وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْمَيْمُونِيُّ , قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ حَنْبَلٍ , يَوْمًا , وَذَكَرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ , يَعْنِي حَدِيثَ الْجَارِيَةِ الَّتِي أُتِيَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , فَقَالَ : هُمْ يَحْتَجُّونَ بِهِ , يَعْنِي الْمُرْجِئَةَ , وَهُوَ حُجَّةٌ عَلَيْهِمْ , يَعْنِي الْمُرْجِئَةَ , يَقُولُونَ : الإِيمَانُ قَوْلٌ , النَّبِيُّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ لَمْ يَرْضَ مِنْهَا حَتَّى قَالَ : تُؤْمِنِينَ بِكَذَا , تُؤْمِنِينَ بِكَذَا.

993- أَخْبَرَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : (أَعْتِقْهَا ؛ فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ) , فَقَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : لَيْسَ كُلُّ أَحَدٍ يَقُولُ فِيهِ : أَعْتِقْهَا فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ , يَقُولُونَ : أَعْتِقْهَا , وَأَمَّا مَنْ قَالَ : فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ , حِينَ تُقِرُّ بِذَلِكَ فَحُكْمُهَا حُكْمُ الْمُؤْمِنَةِ.

994- أَخْبَرَنِي حَرْبُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْكَرْمَانِيُّ , قَالَ : قِيلَ لأَحْمَدَ : مَا مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : (مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا) , فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فِيهِ . قِيلَ : فَإِنَّ قَوْمًا , قَالُوا : مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِثْلَنَا , فَأَنْكَرَهُ , وَقَالَ : هَذَا تَفْسِيرُ مِسْعَرٍ وَعَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ , كَلاَمُ الْمُرْجِئَةِ. قَالَ أَحْمَدُ : وَبَلَغَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ مَهْدِيٍّ فَأَنْكَرَهُ , وَقَالَ : لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلاً عَمِلَ بِكُلِّ حَسَنَةٍ أَكَانَ يَكُونُ مِثْلَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟.
