كتاب السنة الخلال · الجزء الرابع ‹ وَقَالاَ جَمِيعًا , عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , أَنَّهُمَا سَأَلُوهُ عَنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ : كُفْرٌ بِاللَّهِ تَبَرُّؤٌ مِنْ نَسَبٍ وَإِنْ دَقَّ , وَكُفْرٌ بِاللَّهِ ادِّعَاءٌ إِلَى نَسَبٍ لاَ يُعْلَمُ . قَالَ صَالِحٌ : قَالَ : قَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا عَنْ · حديث 1087

1087- وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الأَثْرَمُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ , قَالَ : قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : فَأَمَّا إِذَا قَالَ : أَنَا مُسْلِمٌ , فَلاَ يَسْتَثْنِي ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ , لاَ يَسْتَثْنِي إِذَا قَالَ : أَنَا مُسْلِمٌ . قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : أَقُولُ : هَذَا مُسْلِمٌ , وَقَدْ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ( الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ ), وَأَنَا َأَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ لاَ يَسْلَمُ النَّاسُ مِنْهُ ؟. فَذَكَرَ حَدِيثَ مَعْمَرٍ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ , قَالَ : فَنَرَى الإِسْلاَمَ الْكَلِمَةَ , وَالإِيمَانَ الْعَمَلَ . قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ , عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ.

مُسْلِمٌ قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَقُولُ هَذَا مُسْلِمٌ وَقَدْ ← نَعَمْ لاَ يَسْتَثْنِي إِذَا ← مُسْلِمٌ فَلاَ يَسْتَثْنِي ← قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فَأَمَّا إِذَا ← الأَثْرَمُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ← وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ

مُسْلِمٌ وَلاَ أَسْتَثْنِي. ← وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ الْمَيْمُونِيُّ أَنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ

1089- وَأَخْبَرَنِي زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ الْفَرَجِ , عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ , قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , يَقُولُ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ , عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , فِي الرَّجُلِ الَّذِي مَنَعَهُ , قَالَ سَعْدٌ : ( وَاللَّهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لأَرَاهُ مُؤْمِنًا , فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَوْ مُسْلِمًا ) , قَالَ : رَوَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ وَمَعْمَرٌ جَمِيعًا. قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ : وَقَالَ مَعْمَرٌ : قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ : فَنَرَى الإِسْلاَمَ الْكَلِمَةَ وَالإِيمَانَ الْعَمَلَ , فَاسْتَحْسَنَهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ.

الزُّهْرِيُّ الإِيمَانُ الْعَمَلُ وَالإِسْلاَمُ الْكَلِمَةُ. ← يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ الإِسْلاَمُ سِوَى الإِيمَان وَكَذَلِكَ ← الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ،

كَانُوا يَرَوْنَ الإِسْلاَمَ الْكَلِمَةَ وَالإِيمَانَ الْعَمَلَ. ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← مَعْمَرٌ، ← سُفْيَانَ، ← سريح بن يونس ← عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ الْمَيْمُونِيُّ

1093- أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرٍو قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ , عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ , عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ , قَالَ : قِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ فُلاَنًا مُؤْمِنٌ . قَالَ : ( مُسْلِمٌ ) .

قِيلَ ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← مَعْمَرٌ، ← سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ← اَبُوْ اِسْحَاقِ ← مُعَاوِيَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرٍو ← عَبْد الْمَلِكِ؛

1095- أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الأَثْرَمُ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , قَالَ : مُؤَمَّلٌ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ , قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ هِشَامًا , يَقُولُ : كَانَ الْحَسَنُ وَمُحَمَّدٌ يَقُولاَنِ : مُسْلِمٌ , وَيَهَابَانِ مُؤْمِنٌ . قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ مُؤَمَّلٍ ؟ قَالَ : مَا عَلِمْتُ.

1096- وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ سَهْلٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الأَسَدِيُّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ , عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ , قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ عَنِ الإِسْلاَمِ , وَالإِيمَانِ ؟ فَقَالَ : الإِيمَانُ قَوْلٌ وَعَمَلٌ , وَالإِسْلاَمُ الإِقْرَارُ قَالَ : وَسَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ مَنْ قَالَ فِي الَّذِي قَالَ جِبْرِيلُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , إِذْ سَأَلَهُ عَنِ الإِسْلاَمِ , فَقَالَ لَهُ : فَإِذَا فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ فَأَنَا مُسْلِمٌ ؟ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ , فَقَالَ قَائِلٌ : فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلُوا الَّذِي قَالَ جِبْرِيلُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَإِنَّهُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ أَيْضًا فَقَالَ : هَذَا مُعَانِدٌ لِلْحَدِيثِ.

هَذَا مُعَانِدٌ لِلْحَدِيثِ. ← جِبْرِيلُ لِلنَّبِيِّ فَإِنَّهُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ أَيْضًا ← قَائِلٌ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلُوا الَّذِي ← نَعَمْ ← مُّسْلِمٍ ← لَهُ فَإِذَا فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ ← الْإِسْلَامِ، ← جِبْرِيلُ لِلنَّبِيِّ إِذْ سَأَلَهُ ← فِي الَّذِي ← مَنْ ← وَسَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ ← الإِيمَانُ قَوْلٌ وَعَمَلٌ وَالإِسْلاَمُ الإِقْرَارُ ← الإِسْلاَمِ وَالإِيمَانِ ← سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ ← إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ← إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الأَسَدِيُّ ← مُوسَی بْنُ سَهْلٍ

كتاب السنة الخلال · الجزء الرابع ‹ وَقَالاَ جَمِيعًا , عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , أَنَّهُمَا سَأَلُوهُ عَنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ : كُفْرٌ بِاللَّهِ تَبَرُّؤٌ مِنْ نَسَبٍ وَإِنْ دَقَّ , وَكُفْرٌ بِاللَّهِ ادِّعَاءٌ إِلَى نَسَبٍ لاَ يُعْلَمُ . قَالَ صَالِحٌ : قَالَ : قَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا عَنْ · حديث 1098

1098- كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُطَهَّرٍ , وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سَلاَّمُ بْنُ أَبِي مُطِيعٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَعْمَرٌ , أَوْ : سَمِعْتُ مَعْمَرًا , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : ( أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَطَايَا , فَأَعْطَى فُلاَنًا وَفُلاَنًا وَمَنَعَ فُلاَنًا , قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَعْطَيْتَ فُلاَنًا وَفُلاَنًا وَمَنَعْتَ فُلاَنًا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ؟ قَالَ : لاَ تَقُلْ مُؤْمِنًا , وَلَكِنْ قُلْ : مُسْلِمًا ) . قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ : {قَالَتِ الأَعْرَابُ آمَنَّا , قُلْ لَمْ تُؤْمِنُوا وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا أَسْلَمْنَا}.
